[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] good morning and welcome back to my channel just seen here looking fabulous look at me go I literally haven’t like washed my hair in I think it’s been just over a week this is a very big step for me to of washed my hair this morning but it literally took me a good like two and a half hours to get out of bed this morning so it’s currently Friday and that’s totally fine I think my body just kind of needed that extra bit of sleep because every other day this week I’ve been very go-go-go getting done it’s kind of been like my comeback week because I’ve been so busy lately that I haven’t really been doing like my to-do list or like doing the tasks that I need to do so I’ve been doing that this week but yet come Friday I’m a little bit exhausted so I think I needed that bit of extra time in bed and now with my vlog today I am going back to just a good old day in the life with Emma I love these kind of vlogs and I hate that I haven’t really been doing them lately because I’ve just had so much happening something you’re just showing you guys what I eat throughout the day and maybe doing like a full body workout at the end as well because I know that you guys love these kind of vlogs and I’m really excited to film it today but yeah I’ve had from that my week has been like really really good this whole like comeback week and getting on top of everything has been so amazing and I feel so productive but yeah like I said I’m just a little bit exhausted now and then it’ll be time to look at that how pretty do I look and then it would be time to cook some breakfast so I’ll show you guys what I eat for breakfast okay so officially it’s just finished getting all ready I ended up putting like a full face of makeup on as well because I’ve got quite a few things to film Kazu clothing and princess Polly today and I feel like there was something else that I needed to do but it’s obviously on my list I will look at that later but it’s time for me to have some breakfast and what I was craving was like oats and like protein porridge so I’ve got my quinoa flakes salted caramel protein cacao powder almond milk granola and I’ve got a little bit of honey just to sweeten it up today to make things it’s so simple and I made a before in a couple YouTube videos but I will explain it again for you guys so I’m going to put half a cup of the quinoa flakes into a hot sauce pan so I’ve had it on for a little bit put them in and then I’m going to grab my almond milk and I’m just gonna pull some one top I don’t really measure how much almond milk I pretty much just pour some in so it kind of covers it and then I mix it around because the quinoa flakes are going to absorb the almond milk anyway put my wooden spoon and then yeah mix now I have changed the way that I make these a little bit since the last time so make sure you’re listening that looks a creamy so once the sauceman’s turned off you want to adding a little bit more almond milk I’m scoop of the salted caramel happy whey protein and then 1/2 a teaspoon of cacao powder and then you’ll mix that around if it becomes too dry as well just make sure you add in a little bit more almond milk but the happy whey protein powder is quite fluffy so you [Music] [Music] okay so this breakfast for me is like my easy simple go-to healthy breakfast it doesn’t take longer or to cook you can change the flavor every single time you make it so for example happy way have very protein Coffee protein salted caramel vanilla chocolate chopped mint like they’ve got so many different flavors that you’re so spoilt for choice when it comes to making this particular breakfast and then you can just get creative as you want as well with the topping so you can put granola on top you can put it like loving earth chocolate on top and it kind of melts through so delicious I love doing that you can put honey maple syrup rice malt syrup absolutely anything on top so yeah that’s why this is kind of like my go-to easy healthy breakfast so I’m gonna enjoy this and then I’m going to start some work so I’ll catch up with you guys in the afternoon but look at Douglass he’s like fully Sun baking isn’t the most beautiful thing ever mmm absolutely goals I wish I could just Sun baked all day not have any worries in the world happy [Music] IPV are you having fun in the Sun are you having fun in the Sun yeah you’re so beautiful so beautiful and then there’s Fred would you like to tell everyone how naughty you’ve been recently so we have like a clothing rack that’s like a dryer and who broke it Fred broke it yes you did naughty boy it’s a shame you’re so beautiful though we can’t be angry at you for too long okay so I’ve been sitting in my study unlike a complete roll of like just smashing out work that I didn’t realize at the time was and it’s kind of lunchtime I’m kind of happy because the other day I prepped some food and I just prepped that pesto turkey meal that I made like a couple of logs ago so I’m just gonna heat that up in the microwave and have that now if you don’t know what recipe I’m talking about I will put it in the description bar below but it’s literally just pesto turkey mince and a whole heap of different kind of vegetables all cook together and it’s super simple and easy so I’m gonna have that now with like some water because I’ve been a little bit lazy with my water intake today and then I’m going to get back into work and then hopefully I’ll be able to do a full body workout for you guys after I finished all of this work [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] okay so I’ve just made my free workout which means it’s now time to start planning my workout in regards to the free workout I have been having the naked harvest pre-workout in the tropical flavor and all my it is so delicious and like I’m not usually one to really take pre-workout but I’m just really obsessed with the taste of this one and I really like the kind of energy kick that it gives me so I’m probably gonna keep taking it before workouts anyway I don’t have a code whew sorry but better being stuff to us and I’m pretty sure I should step 15 so go get yourself some in regards to my workout because I’ve been like sitting at the computer screen all day and I’m just like it would have been like mentally exhausted and tired I really can’t be bothered to like do the math and figure out like the timings and whatnot of like the workout that I want to do so I’m going to use the Sierra’s day timer app and I’m going to use one of her time is for the sweaty shredders so it’s like um 30 seconds on 10 seconds off I think and I think it’s like six rounds and like seven exercises or something like that anyway if you don’t have to get the app and you’ll know what I’m talking about so pretty much I just need to come up with seven different exercises that I want to do and I am just gonna do like a full body workout because like I said I haven’t really been working out much lately and I just think like a full body workout would be good to just kind of get back into it a mix of like body weight stuff with a few resistive band stuff and yes so I’m gonna keep planning my workout now and then it’s gonna be time to workout and sweat I don’t know if I’m ready but anyway too bad okay so I plan the workout and it’s time to get started I think it’s going to be a pretty tough but like good tough so it’s got like a mix of like squats push-ups bent over rows it’s got a few ab exercises there it’s gonna burn so let’s get into it I’ll show you the app that I was talking about so Scorsese’s timer and it looks like this if that wants to focus and I’m going to be using the sweatiest shredder timer so you just press that and she talks to you so let’s do [Music] last night we had something till I die I’ll be Kissin but I don’t really have a case you don’t have to mention you just like their attention it’s written on Oh just on my phone every time I see space just to keep your images if you strategies [Music] [Music] do not and stepped on my fear then said you have found your place not sure if i won you don’t think that I’m [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right her workouts done and I’ve made myself a smoothie about oh my god like so I didn’t train for a good life two months I reckon it was maybe even a little bit more and I can definitely like notice the difference in my fitness and endurance or just everything like I’ve actually got popped out in like two seconds but that’s okay because you can only go up from here you can’t you isn’t that how it works even like I did a CrossFit class at the beginning of this week as well and I couldn’t even finish the class that’s how like much I was struggling but I was good because yeah I need to get back into it anyway but I think I’m just gonna keep doing a bit of work for the rest of the afternoon and then like have a shower and whatnot and then I think Aaron and I are just gonna have like a short night and I know I was going to show you guys what I was like eating all day and whatnot but I don’t actually know what we’re gonna be eating tonight and let’s be real it’s probably gonna be like grilled or something like takeaway because we actually didn’t have anything in the fridge because we finished up hollowed fresh for the week but um yes so that’s pretty much going to be that I’ll let you guys know what we have though so we didn’t end up and getting a takeaway and we’re going to make our own dinner I am I making nachos with lots of cheese and sour cream I’m so excited and I also got a bottle of wine now I got this bottle of wine because it has a cute little pin-up girl on the front and actually when I get a pin-up girl tattooed on me so yeah that’s something that I’ve wanted for a while so hopefully the wines nice because I definitely bought it with my eyes because there was a picture on the front but I’m so excited to eat these nachos oh my god and then I think we’re gonna watch the football but let’s be real I’ll probably be on my laptop working well Aaron much is the football because yeah I mean foodie you know oh and I also got a little snack to have like a cooking dinner cuz I was like hungry now so I got these a Byron Bay white chalk macadamia cookies I’m so obsessed with them I mean they’re all the best for you but I’m obsessed with them so too bad thanks for cooking dinner Bay you’re much better chef than I am look over at Aaron has made for us oh my goodness PS the wine was a good choice it’s really really yummy how good does this look so look at that cheese I love you so I didn’t keep looking last night because we just sat down and watched TV all night but Aaron’s making us produce right now and he just went to crack an egg into this bowl but it into the bin instead that era needs to wake up a little bit more but we’re gonna have breakfast go to Bunnings because look at this poor Margaret she’s dying oh so sad so we’re gonna go and try and get something to keep Margaret alive because yeah the poor thing just isn’t doing too good and then we have to go do boring stuff and get our tax done ill Gert so
