you know I’ve done that many takes this morning I’ve kind of forgotten what I was going to say so the other day I was asked why do i do carnival and not Quito and I have tried Quito with the moderate protein high fat lots of green leafy vegetables and things but I found because I’m always working away it’s not quite as convenient as you know the carnival hours and I like simplicity if you’ve looked at how a workman macros out and you know how work happening meal plans of stuff it’s all about simplicity that I can literally get up do me work eat really really nutritious diet and feel good about myself in the most simplest of terms and also because I’m a you know a self-confessed sugar addict I also need to break down how I see food instead of it being you know something that is always super rewarding that in this times when I’ve got to break it down into fuel and hydration because otherwise I find I do get terrible terrible carb cravings and it’s almost like I’ve got a voice inside my head which stops justify my need to eat excessive carbs and go looking for sugar I have driven through the night to go to different gas stations and supermarkets just to get sugar or carbohydrate based stuff in the past and I needed to break all that and the best way of doing that was with a Carnivale diet because it’s very basic animal products water fat that’s all I need and I’m able to live very very happily and healthily on that a new thing about keto is it’s the buzzword and it’s been infiltrated by all the keto products the keto bars the Kiko cookies the different recipes on treats and basically replicating the that made you fat and unhealthy in the first place that makes absolutely no sense to me if you got fat and unhealthy and on the point of shortening your life by eating Pizza and bread and pastors in cheesecakes and stuff like our which are all delicious I know they are but if they’re the evil which made you poorly unhealthy and potentially ready to croak in the first place why would you want to make an alternative to that and keep yourself tied into those those things all the artificial sugars you know making cookie dough in putting tons of swerve in a wreath retal and stuff like that whilst it works some people for me it just creates a massive spike my body just sees those fake sugars as the same thing as sugar and I just go off the rails so I got a Veloz and I just for me personally I don’t think keto with all those added extras of light you know keeping you tied into the original crap that made your Paul in the first place does any good I think if it was keto with good quality animal products green leafy veggies I think that’s a great approach I think that’s that’s great it’s just all of garbage that that is flooding the market with and the justifications for flooding knows they’ve markets with em products the amount of keto channels where all the do is they just review keto products without it what they probably have no revenue in no content because what else do they talk about and it’s the way that they justify their sponsorships like you know oh here’s our latest exhaustion Asst ketone supplement and here’s our ketone protein bar and stuff not for me not to me it might sound like a bit of a negative thing against you know keto I think the people who are on keto in doing you know a good quality healthy keto diet I think they do gray but like doing things like fat bombs and bloody bulletproof coffee and crap like art I can’t be asked with that to be honest I like to keep things as close to nature as possible and sitting there a loader fat bomb it at nighttime because you a bit low on fat just seems particularly ridiculous to me but Easter Road I mean feel free to comment below if you fit up but I’m being a complete dick and I’m just talking nonsense about your favorite diet then you know feel free to comment below just my personal take on it I think people who follow like am dr. Berg’s version of keto where it’s you know moderate protein high fat loads of leafy green badge I think that’s a good approach yeah that’s fine I think it’s all just about the artificial crap which don’t sit well with me I like rocking steak I like the roast chicken I like me lamb let me pour my eggs cheese and then it from low on fat I just add a bit of extra fat that simplicity to me I love that but everybody’s different well I can I can almost hear that the comments come in but who knows maybe as you agree with me maybe you think I’m being a complete dick and a complete tool for giving you your favorite diet bit of bashing anyway I wish you a great weekend I hope you living life to its fullest and being as positive as possible sharing your positivity and trying to help people out is often as you can’t because one thing I’ve found through life is the more you help other people the better you end up being the Betty the end up feeling I found that you know in every different career I’ve had don’t matter which I’ve had what I found the more I’ve helped people or help them to understand things the more I’ve understood and the better I felt and the greater rewards I’ve received in the end
