hey everyone so yeah so you all know I’m not normally like really negative or you know a debbie downer if some people may call it that however actually actually way before I even get into that my rant my issues are so many note and so insignificant to what’s really going on in the world for example the Bahamas the hurricane that’s gonna hit Florida or the East Coast I just want to say that my heart and my prayers are with you guys and I’m sorry for whatever you guys are going through I know I shouldn’t sit here and complain about my little minut insignificant issues but you guys know that I’m an open book and I always share everything about me or as much about me as I can and I never hide or fake anything from you guys so today this video is gonna be a little I don’t want to see melancholy because I’m not gonna make it melancholy first of all before I even get into that what I have today is a t-bone steak cut up into strips with purple onions white onions bell peppers red green yellow the works essentially this is a steak fajita and what I got right here are the spinach and herb ole a low-carb tortillas you guys yes these are only one gram of carbs so as most of you already know I have been doing the ketogenic diet and has of up until recently since I started I guess the first couple of days when I started I was super pumped super excited but I have been in a funk that I cannot seem to shake off and barely today I’m starting to feel like my normal self again I have like a big relationship with food as most of you may know as mostly you can tell I did not get this size because I hate food I love food and being on this ketogenic diet I feel like food is my wifey and wife you done packed up the kids and left with Sancho like she don’t left me in the dust so yes I’m hurt we me and food right now we file them for divorced like this is serious like I don’t lost all my money I don’t lost all my weight well I haven’t lost on my way yet but I’m getting there you guys all in all I don’t want to make this video all sad and depressing so what I’m gonna say is I’m excited for these fajitas cuz I have been this is my first meal of the day I’m breaking my fast I did an 18 hour fast you guys you know I’m never selfish or greedy so take the first bite even though I’m feel like I’m starving and take the first bite I love you guys I am so sorry that I have been gone I have been have sinned for a couple of days I know you guys understand as some of you guys reached out to me and we’re wondering what was going on why I have been posted so that is the reason why I haven’t posted I’ve just been very you know a little melancholy in a funk but you know what I’m excited because Friday is weigh-in day you guys I have stuck to my guns and I have not cheated on my diet I have been doing fantastic so anyway here we go [Laughter] I like J I’m like having so many emotions right now like really wanna whole cries over food this is so good so tender tell my work work ah you guys this is so good I love food I don’t know what else is new hmm I don’t want to talk right now you guys just give me a minute hmm give me a minute give me a baby that’s my right oh yeah look at this bite look at that and then smother it with sour cream whoa I love Kido you can have sour cream [Music] Wow huh mmm I’m starting to feel a little bit better Wow I’m still having a moment I’ve been into like a little fatty part of me and my whole body just felt like it was Christmas so I know several of you guys have been asking me how have I been feeling on keto what has been going on what are my updates and honestly I can say besides me having carb withdraws just trying to get away I wasn’t going to put a little side street darkness and wakamono but I’m not mm-hmm I just want yes I’ve been eating a lot of avocados and I’m like low-key stack of avocado right now well you know I’ve been feeling good super hungry my body notices that there is definitely change going on um it has affected my mood it has affected like my motivation as far as I wanting to do certain things like like I said I’ve just been in a funk but we have been a week now and I feel like I’m coming out of that funk I’m reaching a point where like me and wifey were in litigation right now and she’s not asking for too much I feel like we’re going back and forth with our lawyers she don’t want to keep the house she don’t want half my money so I’m starting to feel like I’m coming out of it [Laughter] well good and these tortillas are keeping me alive now mind you just because these tortillas say low-carb don’t mean that you can finish our pack and one day you can have you a tortilla or two you know in a day this is well this is what I do hmm you guys have to count your carbohydrates I’m not giving you advice on what to do I’m just letting you guys know what I do hmm what is it crazy huh somewhat spicy is there crazy now I’m lucky getting four oh my god like I have been waiting to eat all day I sit down to eat take a couple bites and I’m four the media so tender no control hmm I have such a deep relationship with food like I eat when I’m hungry obviously I meant to say I eat when I’m bored I eat when I’m happy I eat when I’m sad like you take that away from a person and their emotions go crazy I don’t know if any of you or anyone else deals with this but I know this is the way my my mind works and it’s not even so much my body it’s my mind my mindset like it’s just you know you feel blue so I’m feeling better though thank God I’ve you know been praying on it and I’m working through it I’m eating good food that’s for sure but I’d miss pasta bread I want my indomie noodles 1 X 6 bags what I don’t need right now I’m saving this for tomorrow this is so good hmm I’m gonna cook my vegetables I cook them not all the way I like them just have a crunch happy right now I’m so happy room 101 okay Wow all right I’m tired of chewing and I’m for I know several of you guys have asked me to do like a what I eat in one day Kito video and I’m thinking about doing that I just want to see I want to get some ideas or not ideas but I want to get some feedback from you guys if this is a good idea for those of you that are doing the keto diet as well for those of you that join me on this keto journey for those of you that have been doing gay and are just you know watching on the sidelines or even if you joined joined in on this I want to say we got this keep it going we could do it whether your goal is to lose five pounds or your goal is to lose a hundred and fifty pounds like we got this let’s get it let’s do it and let’s be each other support system when we’re down let’s pick each other up and yeah what that being said I want to say again that I apologize I let my feelings get the better of me and I feel extremely guilty that I didn’t post the last couple days but in all honesty I do feel a sense of like rejuvenation I got some time to like just think I stayed
