in this video I’m gonna give you the ultimate guide to reversing fatty liver disease let’s do this [Music] hey keto camper ben Azadi here certified functional health practitioner best-selling author Americans have fatty liver there’s even children with fatty liver it’s an epidemic and it’s been growing rapidly over the last few years another sad fact is that fatty liver is the leading cause of liver failure it’s why so many people are on a list for a liver transplant and it was done by diet it was done by lifestyle and the cool thing about it is that it could be reversed with diet could be reversed with lifestyle that’s what this video is about we’re getting to the cost because there’s always a cause and an effect so the effect the symptom is fatty liver what’s the cause will this video explains the cause and gives you solutions to reverse it the liver is what I call the soccer mom of all organs it is your master detoxification organ and the reason I call it the soccer mom of all organs is because it does everything and anything it’s a three and a half pound organ on your right side which has over 500 functions in the body really cool fact about the liver it’s one of the few organs in the body that could regenerate it could actually regenerate 100% back to normal function okay so that should give you some inspiration some empowerment if you have a fatty liver you could bring it back to optimal levels if we follow this routine here symptoms usually don’t occur until later on it takes years and years and years but when you do experience symptoms here are a few the the common ones a big belly alright a potbelly hard to lose fat it’s just packed in here around your organs including your liver you have an irregular heartbeat because it creates the fatty liver it expands and it creates pressure on your heart so it creates a irregular heartbeat I’ve seen heart arrhythmias occur and high blood pressure and there’s many more symptoms those are those common ones and like I said it usually doesn’t occur until later on so before we get into how to reverse it the solutions to diet or supplements and all that which is very important I want to get to the causes remember I said there’s a cause and an effect let’s get to the causes because if you’re still having these in your lifestyle then doing all the other things won’t get you the result you want you have to remove the interference and then your body could heal the liver could heal so here are the top contributors to fatty liver disease alcohol for sure you’ve heard of alcoholic fatty liver disease alcohol is one of the most common reasons why somebody gets fatty liver they might be saying I never drink alcohol Ben and I have fatty liver how does that happen well NAFLD non-alcoholic fatty liver disease happens it’s very often and you get it from simple carbs too many carbohydrates you liver has to deal with that too much fructose high fructose corn syrup which is hidden in salad dressings it’s hitting and ketchup and when you’re eating a lot of fruit yeah fruit is better than getting it from high fructose corn syrup but fruit does also have fructose and the only cells in your body that can metabolize fructose or your liver cells so if you’re eating a whole bunch of fruit a whole bunch of bananas I mean doing that for years that’s also contributing and it has contributed to your thigh to liver so you want to reduce that for sure starches fried foods no good vegetable oils are a big one it creates inflammation in your body and in your liver it makes it even worse tylenol aspirin all contribute to it because your body has to deal with that as a drug as a toxin then like I said your liver is your master detoxification Oregon so it’s dealing with every time you take an Advil or Tylenol or aspirin and you’re doing it all the time not only is it wrecking your guts beating up your liver something else I just thought of that I don’t have on this list a synthetic multivitamin that has folic acid in it your liver has to deal with that so you’re beating up your liver also medications keep in mind always talk to your doctor about getting off a medication but medications have been shown to beat up the liver lipitor statins beat up liver and here’s a big one right here toxins toxins come in all forms I talk about it a lot so make sure you watch videos and just do a search for toxins on this YouTube channel but check it out these are just standard toxins they are not aware of the biggest thing I’ve seen with my clients is the laundry detergent that you use honestly because most or I should say all conventional laundry detergent loaded with toxins loaded with chemicals and your liver has to deal with that and this is a big one because we are essentially breathing in these toxins about 24 hours a day think about it we have our clothes on and if it was washed in these toxic detergents we’re breathing it in all day long even in our bedsheets the only time during the day that were nice when we’re showering because we don’t have anything on so it’s important to make sure that you grab a healthy non-toxic detergent I love my green fills my studies show help with fatty liver parsley cruciferous vegetables like broccoli Brussels sprouts things of that nature coconut oil MCT oil grass-fed butter grass-fed ghee so there’s a lot of these are keto foods these are all keto rich foods actually parsley I put parsley twice I must have loved it so much I put it twice tumeric grass-fed beef grass so when I say grass-fed beef you want to make fish nuts and seeds now there’s an item on here tumeric and I want to read a study to you about two American what it did specifically for fatty liver so tamerica is a spice that has been used in medicine back for thousands of years and the Kirk humanoids in it helped give it that distinct yellow flavor it’s a powerful anti-inflammatory it heals the body and here’s a study that showed it helped with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease a randomized double-blind placebo control study it took patients who were suffering with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease which might be you watching this right now and they broke them into two groups one of the groups took 70 milligrams of curcumin once daily for eight weeks while the other group did the same with the placebo multiple measures were taken at baseline following the eight weeks of treatment it was found that those in the curcumin experience group had a significant reduction in fatty liver content compared to those in the placebo group get this on average the co-payment participants experienced a seventy eight point nine percent improvement in their liver fat when compared to the placebo group that is amazing if you want to read this study I’m gonna put a link for it down below here’s the thing when it comes to tumeric you want to make sure you combine it with black pepper and or fat because the body is notoriously known to have a poor absorption rate of turmeric so always combine your turmeric curcumin with healthy fat and/or black pepper it’ll increase the absorption rate for your body by 300% and this study is very powerful so two things if you’re gonna do two things from this list tumeric and choline you’ll make a big dent if you do more you’ll reverse your fatty liver even faster well there
