hey guys welcome back today we have a full day of eating while on the keto egg fast so if you guys want to see what a day of eating looks like while you are fasting go ahead and stay tuned good morning guys welcome to a class day one this is going to be a full day of eating while on the three day egg fest so it is currently 10:10 and my phone just went off here anyways it is currently 10:10 and I have yet to eat anything today but I did have a bang I actually finished it this is my absolute favorite is the peach mango one yeah I love these ones I was actually because I went to Walmart real quick to pick up a couple things and I was in between getting uh paying or those new I think they’re called rains like a power drink or whatever those ones have carbs in it this one has zero so I was like let me just stick with what I know and legit this is so very good so I picked up a couple so on the egg fast I went ahead and laid out the rules like what I’m following but we’re doing you know maximum about eight eggs today four ounces of cheese and you know for every egg you have a tablespoon of some kind of fats you’re able to have you know your bangs you’re able to have creamer in your coffee I’m your sugar substitute all those things but we just try to eliminate okay so yeah this is going to be my pre-workout we’ll go home we’ll have something to eat but I did want to share with you also it is very very important to get your electrolytes and bangs do have some electrolytes in them but also I’ve been really enjoying these waters from Walmart they’re about 98 cents they are let’s see 33.8 fluid ounces one quart one liter of water and they do have electrolytes in them I really like them if you guys want to pick them up also they do have something this at Whole Foods I think is for like a dollar 10 they’re also really good or you can get like core water which has it in there as well so yeah I picked up a couple of those electrolytes are super important make sure you’re getting those in guys yeah so I’m actually at the gym right now I’m going to go in there and just go ahead and get this dates on my workout schedule this week is going to be Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday so I’m gonna go in today and do some arms and some shoulders along with some cardio and then tomorrow is going to be a leg day just because I tend to go really heavy on leg days so I like to have a day off afterwards so yeah let’s go get this day together get it on hopefully you know you guys get some motivation from this and let me know if you guys are here for the egg fest all right let’s go get this workout in I’ll see you when I get out guys so if you guys can see let me put it that way it’s pouring down rain it’s really crazy here with our weather because today like the last couple days it’s been cooler like height like 65 today is gonna preach like 80 the next 40s are gonna be in the 90s and then it’s gonna drop again everybody in Chicago is gonna be sick it’s gonna be insane but I really did a really really great workout right now I always want to reiterate some things to late it’s my ladies out there do not ever be afraid of lifting weights your body will morph it will mold into something you wouldn’t you could never do just ricardio alone I promise you that so really hit the waist ladies and I’m not saying you have to be like a power lifter and like hit thousand-pound Bell barbells or whatever moderate weights higher reps you know there’s so much information on it and the benefits so yeah always do that and I know a lot of ladies now are really getting into weightlifting which i think is so great but I do see and I’ve seen it a while mouth especially here when I go to the gym I’ll see the same that kind of group of girls and they only do legs and abs I know everybody wants like a Kardashian but I understand that I appreciate that because I – I do – also want one of those but you have to workout your whole body guys you have to and it takes a long time for your built muscle so don’t get discouraged but you have to work out everything for example if you want that hourglass Kardashian figure you know tiny waist you know real big but you know all that stuff your back you have to work out your back because it’s gonna give you that silhouette you know you want to tighten up your arms all my sister calls and bingo arms but anyways like you want to really tighten up everything focus on the whole body okay not just the booty guys the booty limited select two days a week everything you gotta get the rest get the rest of them the muscle groups in there so yeah alright let’s go home we’ll walk Betty and then we’re gonna eat I have an idea what we’re gonna make today and I’ve been thinking about it the whole time I was working out and I really hope it comes out as good as I think it is so I’ll see you when we start cooking so we are going to be our first meal and as you can see I got the little dish thing out here so we’re gonna have ourselves a little shuffle but what I’m gonna do differently than the last one you see me make is I have a taste or like a egg sandwich but I have a taste for like a bagel egg sandwich so you gonna make this into like a bagel like a waffle bagel and I read what you guys said so I’m only doing one egg per chuckle set so I have some cheese here this is an ounce of cheese I just cut it in pieces and I also have my frying pan going right here Samba fry one egg as well and we’re just gonna do it they don’t do it so I’m melting down the cheese so I’m just gonna pour half of the egg mixture in here just a smidgen more and then I’m gonna take one more egg and I’m gonna just drop it in this pan real quick and fry it up just gonna add a couple more pieces of cheese here I think I had too much egg it’s a curse all right drop on the top all right we’re gonna drop some more cheese our egg is gone turn off the heat if this cheese to melt down [Music] [Applause] so I’m gonna take one ounce of cream cheese you guys can see I’m just gonna cut it so I make sure I stay within the marginal region here I don’t even know if that was the right word to use but taking my cream cheese I slip my knife that’s right and I opened it I made sure I got exactly one else okay you guys see what I’m doing here and by catching on just yet I’m taking my cream cheese I’m gonna spread it onto my Chapel getting it in all the little nooks and crannies I like it better when I use an egg for each I feel like these are really thin but nonetheless well that’s not a lot of cream cheese on that one so so we have our cream cheese cheddar waffle which I’m acting as a bagel I’m gonna take some of this everything but the bagel seasoning I got this at Trader Joe’s they have them everywhere now I’m gonna go ahead and sprinkle that you see what I’m doing here you see that give it a little a little sprinkle make it a mess all over the kitchen counter so we got that then I’m gonna take my egg put the egg on top so this is what we have we have a big ol sandwich kind of sort of like that so we have so it’s technically 2 eggs and 2 ounces of cream cheese so we’re right on track here so that’s gonna be our first meal of our egg fast and it’s going to be yes so dang good so here we go did you guys to see you so it’s like 2:30 and I’m gonna have me a little afternoon pick-me-up this is my new coffee mug for Halloween and I’m probably gonna have it like every day after like it’s gonna be Christmas and you’re gonna see this mug but anyways I got it from Marshalls and it was like three bucks but it says strong enough to wake the dead so in here I just have 30 grams of half-and-half what a couple packets of this horse sweetener which is totally egg fest approved so yeah I’m just gonna have that with some like regular Starbucks blonde roasts because that’s what I have right now I’m gonna sit on that I got to get my kids from school in a little bit but I want to show you what I have on right here I just have like a dozen and a half of eggs boiling I’m going to make a egg salad and that I’m probably also going to make some deviled eggs for maybe later on or tomorrow so we could have maximum maximum of eight eggs and we’ve only had two so far so I wanted to have like a little bit prepared so yeah I’m gonna let those cook up and then that’s about it and then we’ll see what’s for dinner but yeah have you guys ever heard of the egg shake I was gonna make one but the more I read about like drinking raw egg it kind of grossed me out and I was afraid I was gonna die but if you guys have ever had the keto egg shake let me know down below you so right here I have three hard-boiled eggs diced up with two tablespoons of mayonnaise that was even pushing it a little bit for me I usually don’t like too much mayonnaise with my um with my egg salad because it gets kind of soupy and gross and then I bring a little smoke peppery down there so that’s three four or five eggs 2 tablespoons of fats and then I have two eggs scrambled so I’m gonna make probably like four those little egg muffin thingies and I have one ounce of cheese right here and I’m gonna have another ounce of cream cheese right here to do like the whole like cream cheese and bagels a it was really good earlier and I really really liked it so that’s gonna be my next meal I’ll show you everything when it’s done I also make egg salad for Leo and Rhea because they love it and they’re gonna have theirs on toast so we are making dinner so there we go that’s a dinner for the sake fast so here is the wrap-up of the egg fests so we have this is two eggs with one ounce of cream cheese and one ounce of cheese so and that’s three aches what two tablespoons of mayonnaise so three four five and then six seven from this morning so we have a 68 range for the eggs and then I’ve had four ounces of cheese so I had two from this morning and two this afternoon so we’re looking pretty good and then I’ve also had the two ounces of facts with these eggs so this is kind of a very simple meal so if you guys aren’t really into you know getting really extravagant you with what you can have then you know there you go so I’m gonna go have these were really really good and very filling so I’m gonna eat these and I’m gonna drink my Powerade and I’m going to call this a wrap so here is a day full day of eating
