[Music] hey guys welcome back today we have a full day eating keto on the go quick easy meals that I know you guys are gonna love so I stay tuned and see what I ate today good morning party people today is a full day of eating and it is currently 8:30 in the morning I just dropped off all my little people at school and I am finishing up this bad boy right here so I’m still fasting it’s kind of a debating people say because of the creatinine and the BCAAs that this will break your fast I’m gonna count it as breaking my fast still because I don’t know the exact science again different opinions but this is all I’ve had I’ve had water guys I cannot even begin to tell you how much coffee I do not drink any more like I don’t drink any coffee anymore it’s insane completely insane but literally I think I maybe have like a cup every couple days since I’ve been like really restricting myself and not having anything but water during my like fasting windows it’s crazy my energy is through the roof also like I don’t sleep and I don’t feel tired it’s insane but so yeah I’m gonna have my bang and then I’m gonna go into the gym I had to come today because I didn’t want to come today I need to tell you guys that not every day do I feel like being some Fitness person you know I just didn’t feel like it and I was like look the more I know I don’t want to go with the moring it’s important for me to go because if I go down that slippery slope then I’m gonna be somebody’s coming in right now they don’t see me on the camera but nonetheless I am gonna go in today I have my period feel like it but I’m gonna come in and get the workout in today is going to so let’s break it down for workouts this week monday was a heavy leg day which I’m still paying for today Tuesday was shoulders and bison tries Wednesday I head off today I was going to do legs but my legs are still pretty sore so I’m probably going to do them tomorrow which is Friday today I’m probably just going to do a back day my lower back has been bothering me so I’m going to switch up a couple of movements to see if I kind of make it feel a little bit better but I’ve been doing cardio for a minimum of 25 minutes each day that I’ve been here and I’ve been doing a lot of core work as well and it’s it’s it’s it’s painful but yeah let’s go ahead and get this workout in if y’all are new here hey what’s up my name is Danielle and we do a little bit of everything but we eat keto so we share a lot of what I eat in a day and we friends around here so anyways let’s go get this workout in guys I’m out of the gym I got in there I did the damn thing a lot of people ask what I listen to you why I’m working out so if you guys are from the city are you from Chicago I don’t know I think New York was kind of big too but I am like a legit old school like Chicago House classics and freestyle head like that is my music of motivation okay so this is what we’re gonna have I’m guys I’m gonna I need to tell you something I am so mad right now because I had like a few of these in my freezer and Leo ate them can I not have anything that makes me so mad when people eat my food oh my god but anyways these are the flexpro meals my friend Lauren and you know Lauren breezy and Amanda Fuji dojin jet they always talk about these and swear by them so when I haven’t got some because you know just for easy meals you know so anyways I got this one this is the Kido chicken bacon ranch and I like it because it’s already like done so 410 calories already protein 35 5 carbs so I’m gonna go ahead you throw this in the microwave for like 3 or 4 minutes and that’s it I can’t believe believe you Leo ate them but yeah Boren and like I said one of them swear by these so I’m gonna go ahead Leo must be liking them I’m gonna call them right now and tell them something but all right I’m a little so microwave them let’s try it out what I do like too is that they have like these um biodegradable containers appreciate that you know I’ve got to keep this earth nice and clean and in good standing from my babies and their babies and their babies babies you know but yeah so oh snap that means a burrito baby put some hot sauce on my burrito you guys know what I’m talking about anybody but yeah you’re gonna add a little sour cream here me get my scale and I’m only gonna do one tablespoon so that is that burrito it’s looking real good and it’s smelling even better so this is meal number one we went ahead and got our workout in feeling real good today let’s just let’s cut into it let’s you mean we’re working with okay that’s what it’s looking like I may get a little sour cream here let’s try it okay so honest review here we go wow so good this is really freaking good yes yes yes yes this is that what I tell you the name of it was if you guys wanted to order it so they have like he told they have a taquito menu okay and they have like other ones if you’re you know doing like alley now and stuff like that so it’s not only for keto you can do any type of their meals but obviously I go with the keto one cuz I practiced keto this is a keto chicken bacon ranch and it tastes so freakin good it tastes like if you guys ever went to like a Pepe’s you know if there’s puppies everywhere but like how they have like those song flower burritos that’s what it tastes like it’s good it’s real good all right I’m gonna eat this so meal number one is this little deliciousness and I’m gonna have me a water be back in a minute all right so we came to pop bellies say hi sissy everybody always asks about you so she got a Mediterranean with chicken enchiladas soup and some chips I got the farmhouse salad with no red onion so hopefully I don’t know what the macros are not looking up on my phone and then I got some of the buttermilk ranch and then a Coke Zero so 60 days see days you so let’s make dinner I’m about to put you guys on to the easiest dinner of life okay and it’s good to so this is Papa Charlie’s you guys can get this I got to say that local grocer on sale but I know possible sells them and it’s just a big thing of Italian I’d roast beef its thinly sliced and it’s in like this little gravy if you guys have ever been to Chicago you guys probably have heard like the Chicago style beefs so basically um they just go ahead and put make the beef sandwiches like this and they’ll top it with a little bit of you know the gravy but I’m gonna serve like the girls and this like right here and these um French rolls and then I I’m gonna shred up some mozzarella cheese and then just throw it in the broiler for a few minutes so it gets crispy but so let me show you how I make this he didn’t take the plastic off I got my big pan right here on the stove it’s still like frozen ish I let it defrost a little bit so I can slide it out of the carrier or out of the canister here and then you’re gonna go ahead and put it on like low medium heat and it’s gonna start to melt and then the juice will come out that’s how ya do how do ya do I’ll probably drop a lid on it that’s it and then if you get a fabulous like me you save this for Tupperware because we bought that life here are the macros so for two thirds of a cup 151 grams is two grams of fats zero carbs and 15 protein so I’ll kind of see how it goes and I’ll do it that way I’m obviously not gonna have the bread but we can go ahead and get a fresh brick of this mozzarella and I’m gonna shred I’m gonna go ahead and shred up some of this fresh mozzarella for to go on top of the bread but yeah so I’m gonna let this cook down literally just like I said it and forget it type thing and it is legit so good it’s all right I’m gonna go ahead and let this cook and I’ll check in in a minute I wanted to also show you the macros for today so this is what I’m looking like after I have dinner okay so 93 fat 100 protein so I want all my protein slightly and then 16 of 20 net carbs I did go ahead and count this farmhouse salad what I did do is I went ahead on the Pat belly’s website and looked up to the nutrition and then I didn’t have onions on there so I took those out and added the ranch dressing that I had so that’s kind of what we are looking like for today and then I’m having four ounces of the meat with two ounces of cheese and that’s like my meal so guys this suck you know I’m the pro-flex meal that they sent me so good I mean I cannot believe how good and filling that was it was really really good I did reach out to them and they gave me a discount code so you know you guys can go ahead and save yourself some money I like I said I got these on the suggestion of my friend Lauren and Amanda and they didn’t leave me wrong so I’ll go ahead and suggest it I’ll see you I reached out to that and see I told my wasn’t a half us in a video and I think give me a discount goal for you guys so they did so you guys can save yourself some money if you want to check it out but it was really really good and Leo said the other meals that I got were just as good too so there you go I want to show you how I do my meat here so I have 4 ounces of the you know the roast the roast beef in here and then I have 2 ounces of shredded shredded mozzarella I’m gonna go ahead I have my oven set I’m brail on high and I have the sandwiches in here for the family already going so I just put them in one of these little oven dishes and they’re dry right now and I just pulled the meat out of the pot and then put them in these sandwiches no these breads and then top them with some mozzarella and then what I mean is that they’re dry is I don’t have any odd you on there when they come out I’m gonna plate them and then I’m gonna take some agio and then I will go ahead and put it on top of the meat so I like to roast my sandwiches dry and then add the that mean but yeah so once the sandwiches come out our probably gonna throw this in here and give it real crispy this is my first oven that’s ever had the broiler on top I usually just always had them on the bottom but we just got this one and I don’t think they make them like that anymore so yeah I’m gonna go ahead and let this cook and I’ll pull it out and then when it’s all done I’ll show you guys so this is the sandwiches for the family I’m just gonna school you guys so what I take is a little bit of the odd you right here and I just pulled it coated I pour it on their sandwiches so they get a little bit of the moisture back it’s really really good and yes I like for the bread to be crispy because when you bite into it it has a crunch and this was all literally done in about 20 minutes so can’t beat that and you didn’t have to throw one in a crock pot you did it all like this again this is one of those meals where if you’re a low carb or if you’re keto you pay that so cook a meal for your family and they can eat and you could eat too like I’ve always said guys keto is very very accommodating to the everyday life you don’t have to you know think so much on it you know what I mean so I’m gonna go ahead and mines down here and still cooking up don’t take a minute I’m gonna plate these up for my kids and feed them because they’re hungry and I’ll check in with you guys so here is mine you can see all the cheese is melted and I just go ahead and there’s that I just go ahead that’s just what I say okay that’s just my thing I’m sorry but I just find it it out and then I’ll take a little bit of the odd shoe and put it on top I don’t put as much as I put like on my kids or my husband’s just clothes on I don’t like for it to be too wet some people even have a side Bowl and they’ll dip their sandwiches in there it just depends on your liking usually we have like hot peppers and I wonder if I have any I love beef sandwiches what have peppers but I think I finished it the last time we made food I’m going to add this Dicky’s mile jar Nero here are the macros so three and a half of fat one a protein and zero carb to fit into it there’s really not as much as in there but yet sauce on top I’m give it a little something Leo doesn’t like cherry Nerra I do I think it’s and yeah so let’s put that on there that’s about it that’s all they got out of there so this is how you’re gonna have yourself an Italian style beef without the bread and it tastes just as good is real good honey I’m gonna go ahead and eat this food and then I’m a I think that’s it I think we’re gonna wrap this day up I’m not gonna be eating any more so that’s it here’s a full day of eating keto and working out and doing other things you know making goals and stuff but that’s uh that’s my day in a wrap honey [Music]
