WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO MAINTAIN MY FIGURE!!!


[Music] hey everybody what’s good wash popping I’m back with a new video that has been highly highly requested in regards to ye and day and how to maintain my figure so the first thing I do after I wash my face or teeth or ever shower is where my waist trainer now you can wear these to sleep although not advice but I just prefer to wear this during the day when I’m most active now these come in three levels so after each level it gets tighter and tighter once you’re on a third hook that means you can move on to a smaller waist trainer so that that’s how you kind of monitor your progress if that makes sense so as you can see here I’m just trying to scourge my affair in every way possible and you can see it also that I’m on a third hook which means that I no longer need this what I can still use it but if I want to maintain the shape I what now then I just use that but if I want a smaller waist then I go by a smaller waist ring and now that when a third hook so that’s how you maintain your progress now the first thing I do after that is start with a big cup of water now me personally have to do this anyway because I have hypothyroidism which affects my metabolism and so forth but regardless even if you don’t I suggest that you start with a cup of water it really helps your metabolism in general and it’s a great start to your day keep yourself hydrated so as you can see here I have your girl is taking this h2o and what I want to say is that when I take this water I’m not allowed personally to be anything half an hour after I’ve taken my medication so after I drink this water I sit half an hour without eating anything and I find this it helps me quite a lot because then I get hungry if that makes sense and also in general like you know you guys don’t have to do this obviously I do it because I’m sick well I find it helps with digestion as well so you know that’s maybe a tip that you can use if it works for you that’s great so about half an hour later I get a bit peckish and I start by having breakfast though for my breakfast I’m having a cheese and spinach quesadilla so I grab a whole wheat and white tortilla bread and put it in the pan in the meantime when I get the cheese I’d like to point out that I intuitively eat so I really listen to my body there’ll be times where I wake up and I can eat everything and anything and I’d feel pretty bad about myself but they’re there then there’s other times where I’d wake up and I’m not hungry too and I’d probably eat just once a day so i really suggest that you take this video with a pinch of salt just because this is not an accurate representation of ye every single day if i ever did a video about ye every day in a week then you would see how different each day is and if you do want to see that give me a big thumbs up and leave me a comment below and let me know if you guys want to see ye in a week so here I’m just putting some fresh spinach over the cheeses a hello cheese and I was feeling [Music] so while I’m filling the bread I make sure that the pan is on just so that it can help the cheese melt and crisp up the tortilla bread and just bring everything together so I followed it a long ways and then I start pushing it down you know just to make sure all the two pieces of bread stick together that makes sense with a fitting inside and kind of like a Taco Bell style have you guys ever been to Taco Bell I forgot a lot of Taco Bell so after a few minutes I just flip it over so it can brown evenly on the other side grand poppin Food Network hit your girl up seriously emotion hashtag at all to Europe so once again I just cut it up into triangles kind of like a Taco Bell style just looks more appealing and easier to eat that way and ooh a sauce I’d recommend is sriracha I totally recommend it with sriracha oh my god look how easy that is YUM but yeah so this is the finished product [Music] so this was pretty much straight after I finished my quesadilla I was still extremely hungry for whatever reason like I said there’s times where I don’t eat anything until 5:00 and evening because I’m just not hungry but this day in particular I was very hungry in the morning so yeah so as you can see my husband is extremely annoying we were playing around no one got harmed in the making of this video but he plays way too much he was actually teasing me about making this video fun fact about me I am obsessed with pink lady apples and smooth peanut butter now the thing is about this peanut bar that I use is that it’s none of that process stuff so it’s no salt no sugar no palm oil none of that so it’s actually freaking friendly too and you can kind of tell the difference in the texture as well because it’s way more runny er than all that processor so this is the finished product I find it a fantastic way of having a source of protein and one of your five a day so while I was getting ready to do some tick tock videos I got a bit peckish so my husband made me a nice bowl of cucumbers with lime and salt now this is pretty simple and basic but it is my go-to snack especially in the summer so all it is is cucumbers with freshly squeezed lime I use two limes for one cucumber and two pumps of sea salt and I enjoy this very very much so by this time it was around like six o’clock and I wasn’t really feeling hungry but I saw my husband eating chocolate so I thought I’d take a square root so yeah but then again like I said in the morning I was extremely hungry and in the afternoon I wasn’t that hungry anymore so always listen to your body and give your body what it wants if you want a piece of chocolate girl have a piece of chocolate it is fine so this was around nine o’clock again I really wasn’t that hungry in the evening so I just settled down for ramen and I made a big bowl for my husband and I caught just I think two or three pieces of steak in it as well and that was very very scrumptious indeed last but not least the final kind of snack of the day was some cucumbers again with lime and sea salt now I just want to point out that this day was me and my husband’s day off so what I’ve been eating hasn’t been that great for me but if you
