What I Eat In A Day | Realistic Healthy Weight-loss Diet | Indian In Canada |


[Music] hello everyone and welcome back to my channel in today’s video I’m gonna share with you all what I eat in a normal working day so keep watching in a pan I’m taking 1 tablespoon of olive oil once the oil is hot I’m adding 1 TSP of garlic 1 chopped onion [Music] then I’m adding all the veggies you can add the veggies of your choice [Music] putting the green beans and cooking for four to five minutes [Music] now I’m adding on some Malian pink salt covering it and letting it cook for two to three minutes once the veggies are half cooked I’m adding the mushrooms mixing it well now I’m adding the leftover rice giving it a mix again and adding some seasoning salt some soy sauce around one teaspoon and some sriracha this is as per the level of spice you need also adding half a teaspoon of red chili flakes give me a good mix and cooking for another five to ten minutes adding some cooked beetroot and now cooking for two to three minutes once it is ready adings of parsley so this will be my lunch so I’m just packing in in my lunchbox and I will garnish it with some cashew nuts and my lunchbox is ready [Music] Oh mid-morning snack I’m packin some grapes so once my lunch is prepared the first thing I’m gonna have is a glass of water then I’m gonna go and prepare my breakfast for breakfast I’m making an avocado sandwich today this is just a soya bread and one avocado and I’m using half of it just taking out and mashing it and I will add some seasoning salt and pepper to it avocado is itself a very good source of fat and it’s very tasty as well just try it once I am sure you’re gonna make it again and again it is very easy quick and very healthy as well once I’m back from my book I have a little bit of hunger so I’m just munching on some apple chips and planning to make palak paneer in dinner this is just a boiled spinach grinding it with one green chilli in a pan taking some butter some garlic and some cumin seeds some Cuban tourism red chili powder and I totally forgot to mention here the salt probably I have not captured that and adding the paneer this is the low fat bunny so just don’t that’s it for today’s video guys thank you so much for watching bye guys
