WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ON WW FREESTYLE | FULL DAY OF EATING


good morning guys welcome back to another with a you today video I woke up this morning and I said I’m gonna film alone I even ate today so I’ve got the girls I’m getting ready to take to school and we’re gonna grab a little bit of a part of my breakfast this morning and yeah I thought I bring you guys along and just show you guys what I eat today haven’t done one in a couple weeks and I have said that I want to do them like once a week when I able to say we’re gonna do it what ie today I’m taking this pretty girl to school and we are gonna run and grab my coffee this morning so yeah if you guys are new I follow the Weight Watchers twist I’ll plan I am a nursing mother so I get extra points a day well nurse that I get 41 points a day while nursing so I’m gonna bring you guys along um what I’m gonna eat today I still have no idea what my day is gonna be planned as far as eating but some things maybe reapeaks of what you guys have seen but I thought up bringing us along means like first stop I’m gonna grab some coffee this morning and it’s super convenient after I drop Lainey off in the morning it’s just to come back here so I’m gonna grab me some coffee alright I have Duncan iced coffee with cream and caramel I give this most mornings and I don’t count my coffee and I talked about it several times before but I have not found a low point option for coffee that I enjoy as much as I enjoy this so I enjoy my coffee each day and I actually don’t count it in my points and that’s been working for me I’m not telling you to go do that yeah I think you should just have some what works for you I can still do this and still lose weight if I stay on track the rest of the day with my points so I’m not telling you to go do that because it may not work for everybody there is still a lot of sugar and calories in this but that just works for me so well I get a large iced coffee most mornings with cream and caramel in it I just haven’t found a glow point I tried so many different combinations of iced coffee and my favorite and it’s not necessarily low points I’m sure it’s a little bit lower than this but I love just some iced coffee and at home I can do the Starbucks caramel syrup that I found at Walmart I love that with some either having heavy whipping cream or liked create I’ve been able to find light to cream that’s not as many calories and not as much fat is heavy heavy whipping cream that’s my if I make it at home that’s my favorite that’s not necessarily like low in points that I usually count it as I think it’s about 10 points for what I put in it with that coffee which is lower than this but hey me a girl but this is um yeah I got to get this drink in the mornings and then since I wake up so early in the mornings I typically at start getting hungry between 10:00 and 11:00 so we’ll see what how when I get hungry today and then I’ll find me something a little bit later it is a little after 10 o’clock and I’m starting to get hungry Milly’s happen so I thought what’s the best time but you go ahead and cook like a brunch I guess is what I’ve been doing um so that’s what I’m about to do and I know you guys have saw me make this meal before I’m grabbing my frying pan and then you can help me make this meal before but I have been loving this for the past like three four weeks is so good so I’ve got my Aldi barians hashbrowns and I’m gonna do three ounces of these and I’m gonna do two scrambled eggs and the cottage cheese I have been loving this I wish I had some Center cut back in to go with it but I think getting in my grocery haul so I’m just gonna I really honestly just been a mess this is a really good low point feeling little brunch lunch and breakfast whatever you want to do with it the hashbrowns for three ounces is only two points and I’m gonna measure them out I might use a little bit more and then obviously eggs easy right and I put some cottage cheese for one point for that sometimes I make it a little bit more and I might do that today I’m just not sure I’m Mei may use a little bit more hashbrowns and a little bit more cottage cheese trying to decide what I’m going to do but I’m going to turn that oven all and I’ve got my cooking spray spray the pan and let it start getting hot and I’ve got a food scale I had this thing for years so I’m gonna use that and I’m going to put that was a lot 3 ounces 3 ounces of hash browns in here and going today in the pan I’m actually going to use a little bit more I’m gonna make it three points let me see on that check in half for three points actually all right I’m gonna do another ounce of eights because I feel like I feel like they might be a little bit more intense versus the or a determined so I hope you get more for less points with or other brands but this is what I have to say now spray those salt and pepper them really good and let these cook and then I’ll cut my eggs up and that would be my brunch so while those are cooking I’ve got the audio and low-fat cottage cheese this is not my favorite not necessarily the taste it’s just like you’re running here and then rinse up you’re helping me it’s just running then like when I get it at Walmart or my local grocery store but it’s cheap in an eminent spot it’s just like a lot running here so I’m actually going to do a half a cup in there and it’ll be baby who woke up I just got it fixed this is actually five points three for the hashbrowns I did three points worth and two for the cottage cheese and zero for eggs because eggs are zero points and this is a really good I’ll shut you guess it’s a really good feeling little breakfast lunch brunch whatever you want to do with it sometimes I even eat this for supper because it’s so good inside feeling in such low and points so yeah this is gonna be my lunch for the day and then you guys have already seen this I know it’s a weird combo but it’s so good I actually made this from seeing someone on Instagram her name is Felicia Keighley and she makes this oh okay I’m gonna try that looks weird then I’m gonna try I think she makes it a little bit differently like but yeah that is my garage for the day all right I wanted to share my like snacky lunch like heavy snack I guess I’ve got to laughing cow cheese wedges that one broke when I’ll spittin and cheese on it so I just left it like that I got two days and I got two of my favorite white cheddar rice cakes from these cheese wedges are from Aldi I believe I’m gonna I’m can’t get my app to work right now to skin it but I believe two of the wedges are two points one point apiece and then I know they’re one point apiece that I can’t remember if two of them are two or three points and then I’ve got another one right here and then so I’ve got one on both of those one right there and then I got some pretzels for three points and this is gonna be like my little snack I’m getting hungry and this is a total of eight points for all this ice a little just a little snack we are actually getting we’re heading out right now to get people i nee up from school normally when I pick her up I have been bringing one of those yes I bars the yogurt bars with me just ate on the way to pick her up and I’m out of those and so I grabbed four points worth of veggies cause I love they just rouse they are so good so this is gonna be my little snack I think I have 28 points left for the day but now 24 so by the time we get home though it’s like there’s an is no time and then it’s suppertime so I’m gonna eat this and then I should forget to supper so yeah I got four points worth of edges Charles getting my water in today I really feel like water is if he success with losing weight a water helps so much I don’t always do the best with it but I do try a daily to get as much as I can in it’s about 5:15 so I actually like to start supper put this on first because our supper is super easy tonight and this has been my freezer for a while my girls I love broccoli my girls love broccoli so I have it roasted broccoli in a very long time and so I’m gonna roast some broccoli in the oven and some juice olive oil spray and then garlic powder and roast it in the oven and then I’ve got two these meals like I got my fridge right I reckon cuz I’m just adding got to these noodles I was just I’d known I got these at Aldi this week I’m sure you guys press all that but I thought them look really good Trader Joe’s has a very similar one to this and we love it so I’ll bet this is really good but I think tonight we’re gonna try this Hawaiian style chicken these are super easy all you have to do is microwave them or you can do the stovetop so I’m not sure which one I’ll do but then think we’re gonna do this I’m gonna cook some rice to go with it and I think that’s gonna be supper tonight it sounds good I may do like some type of bread for everybody else but thing we’re gonna do Hawaiian chicken and roast in broccoli and some rice [Music] [Music] dinner looks delicious I’ve got 3/4 so cup of rice which is four points that chicken for five ounces is how to get back on the thing to do it with five ounces is six points but I use like not even four ounces so I’m counting just five points and then I did get pizza bread because I have two points for it and it’s three and broccoli is zero so this is a 12 point supper and it will look so good I will keep you out I will come back on here when we eat and let you guys know how it is but it looks really goodness smells so good too ok don’t suffer for those of you guys who shop at Audion might want to try that it was really good we can eat then even commented on it and he never comments on my slippers is it for sake it was really good that has super good flavor to it I’m not I’m doodling very weird about like a microwave chicken I put in the microwave in that’s how I cooked it I actually did it wrong I was supposed to cook it inside the packet inside that cooking part cooking pan thing in there you’re supposed to getting that and like I didn’t knew that I’d check it out of the whole pack in the nuts has to be but it could try it was really good that had a super good flavor I had pineapples in it and it was a really good flavor it was super good over rice so he then I really enjoyed that I’m actually ending my day I am so tired so I think I have like 10 points left for the day I mean one of these however these are the Aldi brand which I probably won’t buy these anymore they’re definitely cheaper but there are two extra points for these versus the actual fiber one brownies the fabula brownies are 2 points and these are four and I don’t understand that I haven’t compared the Nutrition Facts on them these are four points and when I scan my fiber one brownies they’re only two I think they used to be four but now they’re only tea so I probably won’t buy the I’ll probably just stick with the original fiber one fiber one brownies because they are so good and they’re my favorite I just heat them up and it’s so yummy so this is probably what all I’m gonna eat for the rest of the night I’m super tired I’m ready to go to bed these early mornings I just get really tired so anyways I hope you guys
