hey what’s up guys Michelle here welcome back to my channel good morning good evening whenever you’re watching this but it’s currently 10:30 in the morning and literally just woke up I haven’t even brushed my teeth yet I had such a hard time sleeping last night I slept with my dog I sleep with him maybe every other night last night was just one of those nights where he did not let me sleep like my under eye circles are like worse than usual also my facebook so I compared to my neck I haven’t gotten Sun and a hot minute that’s my dog drinking his water so we’ll wait until he decides to finish drinking his water okay he’s dead but yeah it was a pretty interesting weekend I guess you can say the entire weekend put the beginning of the week it was like on hurricane watch and the hurricane just wouldn’t move and like the hurricane made a curve but like it was so close to us like I still can’t believe that that damn hurricane really did curb us I’m very thankful for that because it was honestly stressing me out just a little bit I went out on Sunday I had a lot to drink I didn’t eat enough I need to stop doing that I have a bad habit ever since I was in high school that when I go out like I either don’t eat your ate really really early and that’s just so I don’t below like I’ve told you guys before I blow literally for anything like I can have a bite of something and I blow and it’s so annoying or gwah I just don’t like to feel that way but then I end up like blacking out or just like you know all around just not feeling good so I have to find like a perfect like half and half maybe like how like a protein shake or look I don’t know but it needs it used to stop like I just don’t want to go too far deep into it but it’s always been a bad thing of mine a bad habit has been not to eat before I go out it’s literally just because I don’t want to look bloated and I want to look as like skinny as possible and it sucks and it’s a really bad habit but it’s also super not healthy for me not one bit thankfully I didn’t wake up with a hangover so that’s good I just woke up a little tired I didn’t cheat on my diet which is good too which is a very good thing I haven’t had alcohol in like about three weeks almost a month and the last time I did cheat I did cheat on my dad well not really I mean I had like orange juice and stuff but usually when I drink it doesn’t go good but thankfully this time I didn’t I stuck to my diet I probably had a little more carbs than I usually do but all around I so sucked Aikido this weekend I’m actually going to Disney with my boyfriend and you guys are nil I’m going to cheat absolutely 1000% I’m ready to drink around the world at Epcot and eat all the yummy food for food and wine it’s been a hot buttons I’ve been to Disney and it’s just so much but I look like a ghost I look like I’m sick in this camera I’m so sorry okay and sorry for the lighting it’s cuz I’m using natural lighting so that’s why I look scarier and less scarier and scarier and less scarier but yes it’s been kind of hard these past couple days to stay keto because I’m just thinking about vacation and I just want to eat all the yummy foods so stinking taquito has been a little rough I’m not gonna lie so right now I’m not really hungry I just kind of wanted to talk to you guys and kind of catch you cut catch mm kind of catch you guys up on what I’ve been doing I don’t really know what I have planned for the day I do want to go to the gym but I also want to get like a post in I got some lashes sent to me so I’m really excited to use those I also have some really yummy Kido goodies coming in which I’m really excited to try like really really excited to try so I checked and my ketone strips yesterday because on Sunday I didn’t drink a lot and I also had um low-carb tortillas like two days in a row which is kind of like a not a big no-no to me but it’s just kind of like bindus thing for for me where ever since I started having low carb tortillas I always have them at least like once a week if I have them it would be once a week I usually don’t have them as often but I try to avoid it as much as I can no particular reason I just I just feel weird every time I had them I really wanted like a quesadilla on Monday after I drink Sunday and I was like you know what Michelle have a little curb tortilla for the second day in a row even though it’s a personal no no rule for me I was like it’s way better than going out and cheating on your diet so I had to low carb tortillas in two days and alcohol and I went over my carbs a little bit so I was kind of scared I was like look I didn’t even cheat on my diet but did I kick myself out of ketosis and I checked and we’re still in that bag we’re still in there so I’m still ketosis thankfully the alcohol and the two days with low carb tortillas and going over my carbs did not kick me out but I’m trying to behave good because obviously once it hits Saturday it’s a full send of cheats until at least Monday no lie I almost started to like go on my little mini food vacay yesterday but I was like no Michelle no no no no no no no no no so my birthday month in September anyone else have their birthday in September but yeah my birthday September 20th so I also want to look really good for my birthday so I don’t want to cheat too much I’m just gonna make sure I enjoy the food and drinks that are going to be worth it I’m gonna try to keep it still as keto as possible as far as if we go to a Starbucks still get the same order if I get so does it get diet sodas you know what I mean like not waste like how they’re using carbs on things like that that aren’t really worth it now I’m just going to organize myself around the house get my mind right take a shower I’m just gonna keep on fasting because I’m not hungry so I just wanted to come here and talk to you guys again I’m so sorry for the people who think I talk too much we’re all BFFs here we love to talk and catch up but yeah if anyone else’s birthday this month that is anyone else burger gang because very go gang please look at the bruise that I got from going out I had jeans on so like it was kind of like a cushion I guess so I would put my leg up and I would just say like shake my ass and obviously I wouldn’t feel anything I was drunk but I woke up with the most painful bruise on this planet it’s in such an uncomfortable place like it hurts I’ve never had a bruise hurts so much in my entire life but that’s what I get for being ratchet but it was a great time okay and here’s my first meal of the day I guess you can say my lunch it’s noon so here I just have these real good cheese enchiladas they’re so freakin good I’m not a fan of the chicken crust pizzas I don’t know I find you’re really weird and I move you don’t like the texture of it I haven’t tried the poppers or anything else really also I’ve heard really good things about their cauliflower pizza crust but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere so I need time I find these I picked these up cuz they’re so easy to make and they’re so delicious they’re really tiny but they’re so friggin good I would have to if I had another box of these but I only have these and I kind of want to empty out my fridge does that have a lot of things that I haven’t used yet so that’s kind of what I’m in the mood for today but yeah I just put these in the microwave for like about three and a half minutes and I have it with a scoop of sour cream and I’m just gonna pair it with some slice of pork rinds I just have a few left just to pair this together I love to dip the pork rinds in the little cheese around it really yummy know why hey guys I’m back I actually just finished taking my second shower of the day because I surprisingly did my makeup and got a really cute picture to post on my makeup Instagram it’s so crazy cuz I woke up like the last like the original plan was for today to take a picture for Instagram but I woke up honestly in the crappiest mood like not in the crappiest mood but just like really tired I told you guys cuz of my dog my dog didn’t let me sleep all of last night I went to sleep maybe like a three-four woke up at 9 and I was like am i hangry like is this a real thing I always make fun of people who like tweet and say like I’m hanging your E I’m hangry which is hungry and angry so I’m kind of like that’s so annoying but no lie as soon as I eat I feel so much better I feel so much more energized it’s just crazy what food does to you right after eight I was like you know what why don’t I do my makeup and I did my makeup use some new products use some products that I haven’t used in a long time and I got a good picture which I’m really happy about so now I’m just gonna make some food so I’m actually going to attempt to make some chicken nuggets some keto chicken nuggets I’ve been craving chick-fil-a like crazy but the nearest chick-fil-a to me is far but not far but far too dry for chick-fil-a so I’m gonna try two different types of chicken nuggets so I’m gonna do like spicy chicken nuggets and with that I’m going to use spicy pork rinds like crushed up with paprika and cayenne pepper to give it that really red color and then I’m going to fry them in coconut flour because I was watching a few videos on how to make you know like keto chicken nuggets that come out like nice and crispy and I was watching one with keto connect and they kind of did like a little experiment on baked and fried but I’m in the mood for fried not so much baked and coconut flour surprisingly was their favorite so coconut flour was the one that looked the most like actual like chicken tenders not so much chicken fingers there’s a difference there’s such a difference between chicken tenders and chicken fingers but they were mostly all looking like chicken fingers and the one with coconut flour looked like chicken tenders so I was like I need to try it out so we’re gonna try two types and what I’m gonna do is I’m going to wash it first in an egg wash mix with heavy whipping cream and then I’m going to put it in the oven a flower or the pork rinds so let’s see how this goes let’s get started so over there I just have the chicken chopped up me but I cut them into little square pieces like this over here I have some coconut flour and here I have some hot pork rinds with paprika and cayenne pepper the coconut flour I didn’t really put anything else in there because in the keto Connect video they said they didn’t and I don’t really want to like mix it up so I’m just going to keep it plain like that and then over here I just have an egg wash with about three eggs and added a splash of half-and-half because I ran out of heavy whipping cream so I guess how can happen have to do and all I’m gonna do is I’m going to just dip the chicken in the egg wash first and then in our breading and then we’re going to get it ready to fry I’m really excited it’s pretty legit so here we go this is what we’re looking like I’m really really excited I’m gonna put the camera down before I burn them and I’m just cooking them frying them in canola oil because that’s what keto can let use and that’s what I had in my pantry so yes already and this is what they look like so the crunch here looking ones are the ones with the pork rind and then the one that looks like this other ones are the coconut flour honestly they both taste really really good I would just recommend putting salt I didn’t put salt I didn’t put salt a little after this recipe is absolutely delicious I was just pairing it with some spicy mayo and I have over here for my leftover keto sushi from yesterday look at this I’m gonna be a committee see that but it’s so good you guys ten out of ten I did not expect it to be this good I swear already and for dessert I’m actually not going to have it just yet I’m gonna actually put it in the freezer so what I’m gonna do is kind of like my own take on a keto frosty I know I told you guys not so long ago that I had a dream that Wendy’s literally had a keto ferocity so I’ve been dreaming with it so basically it’s super simple I only use two ingredients so in there I just have some almond milk and that’s unsweetened vanilla and then I added one scoop of this perfect keto a chocolate collagen you guys know I’ve been absolutely loving this I’ve been making shakes I’ve used this in one of my popsicles I like to sprinkle it on top of with cream for one scoop it’s 80 calories of four grams of fat and zero net carbs which is super bomb if you guys do want to try out perfect keto you can use my code keto gun a glam they have pre-workout they have bars that are absolutely delicious they also have ketones strips they have all the stuff if you want to start keto and kind of want to get everything all at once I know it’s hard to find like pre workouts and collagen and protein and all that stuff all together they literally have bundles that you can buy all together and not get it all confused especially if you’re just a beginner on keto I definitely recommend it you guys know I got your back so yeah today I’m just going to make myself a little keto frosty so what I’m gonna join us I just blend this all together I also added a little bit of sweat for sweetener and I’m just going to put this in the freezer and I’m gonna let it freeze for a little bit so it gets that kind of like frozen consistency obviously it’s not gonna be a perfect consistency of a ferocity but I like to let it freeze for a little bit and then kind of have it like an ice cream it’s absolutely delicious 10 out of 10 I’ve been dying to try the salted caramel one so I can do like a salted caramel kind of frosty type of thing that’s definitely the next one that I’m getting but for haven’t really been doing look at my dog I actually haven’t been doing all that great with my water but like I’ve been doing at least half a gallon a day which isn’t terrible but now I’m just gonna focus on my water intake for the rest of the night so I don’t think about food later because I always get hungry lately at night but yeah that’s where we’re at but yeah that’s about it for today’s video you guys I hope you enjoyed it was a pretty fun day I did not expect to enjoy my food as much like I told you guys I’ve been on vacation mode so I’ve just been dreaming about all the yummy Disney food that I’m going to have so I haven’t really been craving a lot of keto stuff that I’m really happy I tried something new today it was super successful my tummy is happy now it’s time chug my water for the rest of the night I’m actually pretty done early with the day I mean go off go me I’m gonna go and probably edit this upstairs Chuck some water watch Jane the Virgin because I started watching Jane’s a virgin and I’m hooked I am so hooked on Jane the virgin it’s ridiculous know why it took me so long to start but at that type that likes to start shows when there’s a lot of seasons so I don’t have to waste I can just keep on watching and watching and watching and watching but yeah that’s been my latest obsession has been Jane the virgin like I’m so attached to all the characters
