hello everybody welcome to my channel my name is christine today i’m gonna be doing a what I eat in a day on the lazy keto video for you guys I think it’s important that I do these at least once or twice a month because it’s constantly changing up what I eat in my routine so a lot of you guys have told me that you’re interested so I thought I’d go ahead and film today’s you’re not to subscribe over there you know tons of stuff added to the story I will show the rest of my family again in case you don’t know my entire family is following the ketogenic lifestyle and we are down over a hundred and 20 pounds probably closer to 150 at this point so go ahead and make sure you check us out over there let’s go ahead and get started with this what I eat in a day first of all I’m not a doctor below in the description box if you want to check anything out okay this is definitely it’s something new that I’ve started in about the past week and it is zippy is and I want to do is just open this tube I feel my perfect cute over shaker bottle all the way up with water just a little bit of ice and then I pour my Zipf is Ian put the lid on and then shake that up zip is is sort of like an electrolyte mix a ton a literal ton of b12 in this it also has some magnesium some potassium it’s got a little bit of everything in it don’t have an affiliate link guys but you can go check it out I can tell I have managed to go ahead and pack the girls lunches for school and get them off and I’m going to sit here and finish drinking at my Zipf is what’s left of it definitely something I do first thing in the morning now like I said I changed things up often but I got a lot of work to do today so I need to go ahead and start cleaning up as soon as I finish this but I plan on having a big breakfast to stick around for that and this is my view while I’m drinking it as it is no deer out this morning in the backyard look we took down at the plum tree it was dying it so we plan on planting a new tree back there probably in the spring I guess but there’s the art view oh and did I mention you know my studio and office right here we are converting it that back room into a home gym I’ll let you guys see my process it’s the same as everyone else’s I’m sure I mean there’s so many different things you can do with choppa one thing I do I always add garlic I’ve told you guys a billion times that this family will love garlic so I always like to add a little bit of seasoning so one egg makes two topples and then I add a ton of a freshly shredded mozzarella just by the block and then I’ll mix those up I’ll probably add a little bit of pink salt – what you got going and might as well add a little bit of pink salt we always need some more electrolytes don’t we I like to get the outsides crunchy and I’ve noticed that if I take like some of my cheddar cheese and put it down first it gives it like a crispier texture on the outside so it’s more like a toasted sandwich and then I’ll just pour some of this in and then on top of this I’ll just add some more the cheddar cheese with that crispy outside crunchy texture and then just close it up but you can add whatever seasonings you want to your topple you guys know chop chocolate offal while the chocolate I’m just going to go ahead and warm up a couple of slices of this it’s like breakfast hands they’re small so they fit on here really well and I just warm those up in the skillet some little more me and Chris both have one someone going to do two okay so while this is all cooking up like my next Dollar Tree haul I wanted to tell you guys that what I’m trying to do now is I realized that I’ve been snacking way too much and of course that can cause weight loss styles you want your blood sugar to be stable on keto so what I’m trying to do is eat larger meals and I’m trying to eat breakfast lunch and dinner larger meals so here’s breakfast and I’m not really a big breakfast eater but I’ve noticed that if I eat a big breakfast then I usually like a smaller lunch and then I need a bigger dinner and I’m not snacking all day so that is my goal okay let’s go ahead and open this up I want to show you what I’m talking about see that crispy outer layer and then I just pull that off let me show you the other side see then I’ll just put this one on plate and continue making like 60 more into the top of my topple I add a little bit of this chef Shammi garlic butter with Parmesan cheese a basil this stuff is so good and it has a kick so it just gives me a little bit of extra fat no carbs nothing bad inside this and it gives it a really good taste okay so this morning I fix truffles I went ahead and took a bite so you could see there’s a piece of ham I put butter on each side and I just split half an egg and I gave half to me and half to Chris I can’t open an avocado I’m eating half he’s eating the other half I did sprinkle this with the dyke seasoning that everything but the bagel seasoning and also salt and moms here we’re going shopping to go to Dollar Tree and she’s eating a toppled – so we’re all having breakfast together this morning and so mom and I had to run to the natural food market to pick up a few things they have tons of keto stuff here I don’t think this is a place that is everywhere I think this is just something that’s local to me just so you guys know what chris loves these when they’re on sale I’ll pick them up when they’re like two and three dollars and this is what I came for it this week this is their stevia-sweetened sham they have the blueberry the strawberry and the apricot and I think I’m gonna get that apricot this time what mom loves be good to go bars these are friendly and which one is your favorite this one should just clean the bugs out this is one gone this is TMI become like their favorite okay it’s 1:13 and we are having a midday pick-me-up and by we I mean me I’m sitting here stressing over something else we’re out doing a little bit of shopping at Dollar Tree I impart just to you guys now but I’m going to open this up and go ahead and drink it now okay the plan today was to not do any snacking but it is 2 o’clock and we have decided a mom just to drive on to Greenville since I’m so close and pick up some rebel icecream I’m about 30 minutes away and I’m usually not this close so she’s eating a quest bar and I’m eating my favorite tried-and-true perfect keto bar these are my absolute favorite this is the chocolate chip and my other one that I love is the cinnamon roll these are so good so this is what I’m gonna have right now for lunch so it turned out we were 23 miles away from Publix which was no time when it comes driving so we just came here to check out the ripple ice cream see what I came for but I did pick up this and I’m going to drink it on the way home you know so let me go and show you it is a green orange flavored sparkling water with natural flavors low sodium calorie free sugar free and it is work so I’m gonna be drinking this on the way home today but some pedo mail today and yes I paid to this myself this is how much I absolutely adore this but you see what I got if you have not tried you know candy girl make sure you check it out this is the chocolate chip cookie mix and I make the girls birthday cookies out of it you know the big giant cookie cakes you get this is what I use so I got birthday’s coming up so I went ahead and ordered them all in advance so that I would have them and here is my other order of I’ll show you there I picked up some of lollies new pumpkin spice this is their cookies clusters it used to be lollies at low carb granola but they change the name to cookie clusters I’ve not tried at the pumpkin at slice and I’m gonna wait Kerrigan’s not home and so I don’t want to eat it without her but I’m really excited about this new seasonal one we love it there are other flavors this I do have a discount code for so I’ll have that below if you guys want to check out any of lollies stuff but this stuff is so good and that’s a can you see the micros on there you go so it’s like a 5 o’clock right now and I’m getting ready to start supper I did want to say this I got this in the mail this week this is the southern Aikido cookbook and I’m gonna make the salmon patties out of here tonight and I wanted to thank Anna she’s one of my subscribers she sent this to me thank you so much okay so here’s what dinner looks like I made two of the salmon cakes I made them smaller that recipe in the book calls for six and two is a serving but I made them smaller because you know we like smaller foods were those people I have some steamed broccoli and I put some of the chef’s shammy garlic butter over top of that I also made the biscuits from the cookbook those are absolutely amazing and I put some of the apricot jam on those that I picked up earlier today so this is what dinner looks like so far and I made these so right after dinner I’ll be having one of these chocolate coconut fat bombs and these are also from the southern quito cookbook they are amazing okay so it is 717 at the moment and I’m going to take some of my perfect keto base I have worked myself up to about 3/4 of a scoop so I put that in there I mix it up with some kind of sparkling eyes or sparkling water or something this one is the peach it’s probably my absolute favorite I just put a little in there and then I use my broth just to mix all of it up and then sort of just take it like a medicine shot but it tastes good and I really like it if you’ve not checked out the perfect keto do of course I’ll let you guys know may do some rebel ice cream it depends on how late we’re up but I’m already ready for bed I’m her out mom wore me out to ask where that woman can go more than I can okay it’s nine o’clock and we went ahead and set some of the rebel I scream out you knew we were going to I mean I drove like an hour to pick it up today so we’re gonna let this sit out for about half an hour and then me and Chris will sit down watch a movie and eat we can’t go to bed too late anyways not because Kerrigan is at a football game away so we’ll wait for her to get back before we get asleep so this will keep us away for a while well I may even drink it bang energy drink before it’s over with because those things you don’t keep me up but if you’ve not tried the rebel ice cream and it is so if you’ve not tried the rebel ice cream and it is available near you I highly suggest that it’s absolutely delicious look this entire pot is support net carbs is that not insane I would not suggest eating the entire pot just mainly because when I do my stomach kills me so I eat about a serving at a time and Bradley is having her ice cream tonight which one are you eating the glazed doughnut she has the enlightened and this one is the glazed doughnut she can have around 50 carbs a day so we let her have this one and this one is at a store near me for 50 cents right now so I went and got her two of those is it good is it good let me see the micros on the coop I don’t eat the enlightened just because it’s got a lot of carbs in it so your total carbs is 18 your erythritol for your fiber is so you’re gonna take off 10 so it’s going to give you eight for half a cup but she won’t eat that much of it she’ll just have a couple bites and then she usually puts it up not that it in but I’ve actually seen her eat an entire pot of rebel in the mint chocolate chip mm-hmm that one’s her favorite and Carrigan’s fiber is the coffee chip and chocolate is mine man and chocolate you like the chocolate peanut butter to me how they’re good aren’t they okay but anyways when you eat these you have to let these sit out for at least a good 15 minutes to 30 minutes so that they get soft
