[Music] you [Music] all right good morning breakfast I have this like tropical you old that I made so 1/2 a cup of mango and I forget how many grams pineapple that is but I think that’s that was like old over half a cup and then I have for the yogurt you know that yogurt it has a lot of protein on that and then I have some sweetened coconut flakes so yeah for breakfast I just have like this big giant bowl of yogurt and some of my favorite fruit thank you for clicking on this video and the sprinkler system is running so if you hear that that’s why but I hope you guys like the video and if you guys want to see more content like this but make sure to subscribe down below turn on your Bell notification and give this video a like yeah today for lunch I’m not really sure what I’ll eat I’m already thinking about my next meal just hold on I’m going to enjoy my breakfast now hungry also be sharing with you guys the macros of course on the screen like I always do and there’s plane ok like 10:15 in the morning and I wanted to snack and so I just grabbed like some going meat and it’s one ounce of Turkey I don’t measure it out so now this is weird but it is what I’m eating [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] hi it isn’t a lunchtime and I realized that I’m wearing the same sweatshirt that I did in my last what I eat in a day videos how that tells you something I just have this giant not giant but a pretty good sized salad I saw in Pinterest where it was just Suruga goat cheese and pear not pears peaches and we have a lot of peaches at home and I’ve been really addicted to them lately Rugel a– peaches goat cheese slivered almonds and Turkey as well for protein and stuff and then I had olive oil and balsamic glaze on top oh good even though it’s like on a little crunchy paper play like I’m just so happy look at my salad so I’m gonna eat that I saved to the other half of the peach for later and I measured out everything on my scale just so it can be pretty precise with my macros I’m gonna eat this and I’ll probably like snack a lot later this afternoon hopefully not but that’s usually always the case okay I look like an absolute mess right now but besides the point I’m gonna do like a quick little workout take a shower and probably take a nap and maybe if whenever I wake up maybe I’ll have a snack I really don’t know but that’ll probably be the case [Music] [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] this is the sriracha arugula salad with olive oil lemon salt and pepper and parmesan [Music] [Music]
