What I Ate on Keto 9/10/19 | Overcoming Emily


good morning guys I am starting the morning at 1:28 a little bit elevated from my lowest but that’s okay kind of what I’m expecting to happen much like the first week is to have numbers in the 120s now as my new range and then have a drop towards the end of the week we will see if my prediction comes true good morning everyone and welcome to the second day of the week I believe it’s September 9th no it’s the 10th it’s the 10th Oh I’m currently drinking my coffee right now this coffee has my unflavored collagen powder in here it also has half-and-half and my sweetener I did not do sugar-free hazelnut creamer this morning I just wasn’t feeling it I’m sitting at my dining room table facing the living room because my children are playing quietly by themselves I’m keeping an eye on them and I’m just relaxing at the table I woke up this morning feeling really great to be honest with you my body is just feeling a lot better when I started keto up on September 1st I was so a key I could feel inflammation in my joint it was a rough time and I can already feel like that has gone down significantly it wasn’t pure torture to get out of bed this morning so that says a lot I’m gonna enjoy my coffee keep an eye on the boys and I’ll be back with you guys a little bit later the boys have been napping for about a half an hour now and I busted out making my bed cleaning my bathroom and my husband’s bathroom I’m feeling accomplished but I’m also feeling hungry I’m totally out of my cottage cheese and I want it desperately so I think I’m gonna just ground around in the kitchen and see if I can find a breakfast this might be the funniest breakfast you have ever seen in your life but I totally forgot that I had leftovers from going out to eat on Sunday so it’s Tuesday and I want to eat them up these are rib tips and they measured with the bone and everything at 5.4 ounces I looked up on my fitness pal as best as I could to get some kind of idea and the best thing that I found was Famous Dave’s rib tips I found an entry that said 3 ounces was 260 calories so what I’m gonna do is I’m going to eat what I can off of here and then measure what I don’t eat like the bone and stuff right there and I think this would probably be around 3 ounces so it measured at 5.4 and then I’ll kind of like do the magical math and show you guys what this ends up being I have a small side of steamed broccoli on the side nothing’s on it is just plain I am eating the remainder of my Kido Zuppa Toscana soup for 460 calories I had measured things out perfectly you guys this is exactly one and a half servings with the Parmesan cheese is 460 calories I am eating this while the twins are having noodles for lunch yeah having noodles I’ll get you some noodles here you go they love noodles do you like your kitty hey be nice be nice Oh be nice she is way too nice to us and she gonna eat her fur it’s 5 p.m. right now and I am going to start prepping dinner for the night I decided to make something kind of fun and delicious for dinner for a change so we’re going to have homemade Red Lobster basically I’m going to make a bunch of garlic shrimp scampi I’m going to make a really good Caesar salad with my favorite Caesar dressing and I’m going to make garlic cheddar keto biscuits my husband gets a baked potato I don’t get a baked potato but it’s gonna be like total total Red Lobster and it sounds so good so I’m gonna start cleaning my shrimp and then working on the biscuit it took me like a half an hour to clean the shrimp I am working on my biscuit recipe now this recipe is on my channel if you’re interested in it that’s why I’m not going to go over it with you tonight but it’s really basic butter almond flour coconut flour egg seasoning and garlic of course and cheese so real basic my garlic cheddar biscuits are ready for the oven don’t they look great garlic powder salt pepper and parsley and here was my dinner for the night so I had six ounces of shrimp that I cooked in butter and I am counting half a tablespoon of butter for what you see here I had two of my Kido garlic cheddar biscuits and then my Caesar salad had three tablespoons of Caesar dressing on it I really hope that you enjoyed this video everyone thank you so much for watching and you will catch me all again really soon [Music]
