what’s going on guys welcome to shits that shred video so it’s gonna be a little bit different I started actually monitoring what I eat keeping track of my food and I’m doing the keto diet so a lot of little car was taking my my macros and everything else so I started that day and don’t know who Jack’s buco is he’s a podcaster survival podcast and he’s been doing the keto diet I think it’s on day 33 right now he’s lost about 20 pounds and you put out a challenge out there and people and ask people were willing to actually track their weight loss with a food macros all in line and all that other stuff and so I’m actually gonna take part of that which I think starts on Wednesday it’s like it’s kind of this kind of all fell together I wanted to go over what happened today so this morning when I officially started the keto diet and tracking everything I’m actually using an app called My Fitness Pal sure both y’all about but today I for my weight and body mass I took the BMI calculator where you measure your gap which was 54 necklace 18 and a half age and all that other stuff wait so it might be a nice 36% so opiez which I already knew but my how our use it I suppose take this 2424 80 mile and take that supposed to be on and today I’m actually have a hundred calories remaining actually did 23 80 total calories but if you look at my breakfast I had 695 calories I actually had the cafe au lait Organic Kirra cups I had to those about 18 ounce cup of coffee in the morning with my vital proteins collagen powder which was 70 calories and 20 grams of protein I put in some stevia in there I used heavy whipping cream three tablespoons of that slices of bacon I had a two cups of spinach but I actually cooked it with the bacon grease and head back with some cheeses and pastured eggs three three eggs so my breakfast was right around 700 calories for lunch I just had some a railer salad but sprout of pumpkin seeds and some vinaigrette which is about 475 calories and then my dinner was a thousand eighty but probably should have or tomorrow I might actually even all my calorie intake out throughout the day but the cool thing is nutrition here oh my starting weight today was – sorry I wish to write 320 real quick yeah 328 point one so when I did my first video I was about 340 on there I thought I was the shuttle restrict my food and you know I got down I went on vacation so when I started us at 328 and it’s a total of 340 point – I lost quite a bit of weight so that’s not too bad and my macros are weighing everything I’ll put this in the video here but I had a total of 27 grams of carbs 197 grams of fat 123 grams of protein and I was basically right in par with what I wanted to be at when you’re doing the heat of genic diet so look forward what am i do now is I’m gonna try to do a video every day cuz I am gonna do the 40 big challenge with Jack’s burger I’ll put a link down below this video to his page and he’s got a whole series of his something of his I’m looking forward to doing it and we’re all doing this so this is actually Monday this video about tomorrow so people one day behind on the videos but I plan on posting well we probably every single day my progress and everything so I’m also if I do any workouts I’ll let you know today I didn’t do a workout was outside working on my rose garden or trying to get that going so that our so but also include if I do any exercises or anything like that this is a quick video but you know what is going on with this stat shred and you want to follow along you know click that subscribe button give me a thumbs up you have any heart I start doing to is doing someone’s showing you what I’m eating as well a lot of people will just think it’s just bacon and eggs the cheese that’s a big part of it but there’s more to the ketogenic diet once you get into the so I look for to kinda go for some of that stuff with yeah but thanks for watching and this is the first video so day one of the Jack challenge will be coming here about two days so thanks for watching
