hey guys to be live here for tippy tails welcome to week 11 of the 12 week blog series yes this is the second to last episode of the vlog series and in this week one of my biggest dreams comes true [Music] you [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so I’m gonna give the the post-workout recap today Kippy did phenomenal she crushed it but I’ve always told her that you know not every day is gonna be your best workout today was probably my worst workout it’s extremely frustrating I couldn’t get up a single deadlift that I attempted my shoulder press was just way down today you know it’s just incredibly frustrating I’m used to going into the gym I’m just crushing it but you know I gotta take my own advice it’s you know be patient not every day is gonna be great in some days you’re just gonna you know you’re not gonna have it in you so that’s alright I’ll get it on Wednesday hey you’re making some jerky right sure yeah tell me about it so this is a keto jerky there is no sugar in here so it’s basically soy sauce water for our sauce amino acid some chili flakes being Liquid aminos Liquid aminos correct amino acid um and that’s it it’s very simple you marinate for for 24 hours so it’s been about 24 hours now so I’m taking it out it’s already like jerky it does so I’m just gonna Pat it dry it on the rack and then let it sit in the oven for about 6 hours at 175 so I made some rice trying to fog up the winds here cool thanks man I love grilled spring to winter I see always say hi so good so good guys so good guys it smells so good right now ping it’s been about six hours or so has been about six hours oh man I can smell it all the way from my desk this is the beef jerky that thing’s been working on you can see it right there the oven light is shining beautifully on it okay ping you’ve got a minute on the clock literally and then it one minute the countdown begin [Music] all right so ping your patting the oils off I sure AM so you see all that oil coming up right now so I’m just gonna Pat it off and I’ll do this for the other ones it’s past my eating window so unfortunately I’m not going to have any but I will tomorrow and I’ll let you know how it tastes but just judging from the smell of it I’m sure it’s phenomenal oh yeah it’s got beef jerky texture written all over that pressure all right wow this is really good mmm the flavor and the salt everything the meat is wonderful it’s spectacular you can still taste the meat the cow mm-hmm this is Tippy’s one words a winner see it’s been 20 hours I’ve been fasted and we’re gonna break our fast by trying pings jerky I phoned him last night taking it out and it was so tempting because it smells so good that’s really good ma’am you even need sugar and if you look at jerky if you’re buying it from the store there’s so much sugar in jerky like Perales like 6 to 14 grams of sugar this is sugar-free it’s just different salts oh man it is phenomenal hey he’s not here he’s actually working right now he doesn’t know that we’re eating this right now but paying great job this is delicious [Music] it tastes incredibly impressed I mean take a look at how unconventional the patties look they don’t look like it’s been manufactured in any way so it feels like somebody just press the patty together and they put it on the grill I don’t think I’ve had an experience where I feel like someone just freshly patted my patties [Music] [Applause] [Music] son [Music] I actually struggled so much with breathing perfectly that your breathing right makes a whole lot easier so breathing I actually was in Alaska during the summer and I caught a halibut so this is halibut from that trip we’re going to put a little bit of sour cream on it and Gruyere cheese on top and a little bit of salt pepper and we’re gonna bake it [Music] I really hope this turns out really well because it’s so simple and this is my first time making a Calvin like this so let’s see [Music] the beer cheese comes balances it very nicely I think that use a little bit more salt a little bit more gunpowder but other than that this is really good [Music] this 1499 look at this thing look at the size of this this is amazing how much would that cost right there just that one thing 1:21 Wow little tempted to get that but we’re gonna go with our New York steak get it pull it good Wow [Music] [Applause] I am attempting 115 I have never done this in my life so let’s see let’s see [Music] [Music] [Music] Big Wednesday I did four chin-ups I’ve never ever done that in my life and I did a hundred and fifty pounds on squat never done that in my life oh man it feels so good it’s Friday and I feel so good oh my goodness I am just over the moon right now so awesome I can’t believe it I’m just I don’t even know I’m just in all I just dreamt one day I would even do one chin up I did for I’m I’m pretty emotional right now so cool [Music] got that Bradley Cooper effect going on right now we Cooper fresh cut Friday looking suave yeah you got workout in you got a nice haircut yeah and we’re ready for a awesome steak dinner these steaks we’re making our own spin studio here we have our a boombox here we have our instructor here paying I [Music] will spend today winning yeah today presidents gonna win so yes sir nice wet sesh all right cool high five yeah [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] week 11 I’m at 109 point 8 my body fat is dropped as well BMI is down body fat is at 16.8 pretty insane I am shooting for 15 percent I have two weeks left until the end of the year until the end of this competition not sure if I’m gonna hit that because that’s a 2% in two weeks is a lot and you’ll see here my body composition is changing but skeletal muscle is going up all great things but I want to touch base on another app that I use and that is Bora this is a fasting app it tracks all my interment at fasts you’ve been following on YouTube you know I upload it in a minute fasting video a couple days ago and it’s how to start what it is why I’m even doing it I know I showed this app in beginning of the series a week one and a little bit throughout the vlogs but this is how I keep track of all my fast I fast for 20 hours as you can see I’m almost at 2 hours right now and it’s counting to 20 hours so use this app it’s so intuitive it’s so amazing and if you want to learn more about intermittent fasting check out
