hey guys to be live here for tip details welcome to week 10 of a 12 week vlog series in this week we have some big wins and we also have some dramatic challenges at the end of the week [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] I feel like I really engage my muscles I don’t think that I felt that in the previous weeks because I was so fixated on moving up in weight because we only have five weeks left 4 weeks left it was just like that countdown mentality but now I am focusing on just getting the technique I’m getting the form right because without that what’s the point I’m moving up right that must my win I feel like I gotta roll the chains back but I felt really good with my form what do you think babe yeah I think you did great [Music] the lens are all fogging in here because it’s so warm in here I am the first one in the class I like to come a little bit earlier because I just want to go to the back corner and that’s where I feel the most comfortable at right now my practice I can’t get enough of this fried rice every week [Music] this is awesome yeah should I say it should I say it this is little whatever don’t say that man oh my god just like a brownie cookie its fudgy it’s rich it’s decadent you definitely want to wash this down with a glass of milk and you take a look at the moisture there there’s nothing dry about this it’s definitely decadent oh my gosh look at that lilies oh hi Lily [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] wina of today I did 65s all across the board on bench and I did one more rep than last week classmate at four four and two and this week I did five five and three so just one more and sometimes all it takes to win just one more one more rep one more set whatever you got just a little bit more where are we baby [Music] I’ve got my regular I got the spicy tonkotsu and Ryan I’m just trying something new try the new scope is it saltier [Applause] no yours is better yeah I made the better choice our person that could taste difference between waters are you that our person the today’s difference our mind is crazy because I’m very picky on water I just walk by the tea and I realize I’m out of teeth a little bit keep on my green teeth I love Rishi this is a really good brand but I do like yogi because they always have those quotes and they’re so cute and motivating so let’s go yogi [Music] [Applause] [Music] looks delicious it is delicious it’s better than I thought it was yeah the GZA complain insulting tracker yeah you know what I forgot to add I’ve got to add salt it babe a second of the crack okay there you go I forgot to put salt on the crackers that’s my dad so add salt to your cracker all right oh my goodness that’s my right there that’s good feels really good this is delicious oh my god it is right you want another one it says eat one yeah definitely if the duck filly gives you that feeling of wanting more Cheers [Music] I know this is gonna sound really weird guys but I’ve never played Domino’s and my husband is teaching me how to play Domino’s were first time he confirms all right let’s see if I have beginner’s luck I just scored for the first time whoa and I’m at zero so I ended up taking that round [Music] [Music] Dave does okay I promised that it’s way harder than it looks so you’re really engaging all of these muscles and hanging using all your strengths to just hold your body weight up it’s so hard try it it’s definitely good practice into getting your form and chin up right [Music] it’s fit Friday this is a personal record three seven zero 370 [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] the only like I’m getting a little something here probably throw de Saussure I don’t know if you can hear it but push through it Friday squats did really well squats pull-ups fellini to work my froggy legs there but getting there overall really good Friday it’s been a really long week and it feels really good to be in the gym getting all the attention the stress all of that out of the gym it’s um on our favorite therapy sessions gym session it’s Friday we’re craving some barbecue Ryan and I are trying out to be places called tank house BBQ and far let’s check it out [Music] good girl [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] our car died all the electrical power started failing and the dome lights are starting to fail now it’s not looking very good but we got a tow truck on the way we’re just gonna have to grab a hotel for the night it’s super foggy and it’s extremely dangerous luckily we were able to make it off the highway and we’re on a pretty deserted off-ramp here so I feel I feel somewhat safe that nobody’s gonna rear-end us in the fog it could be a lot worse but it is and it does never ever fun to have your card I filled the night in the middle of nowhere what is gonna make the best of it yeah you see a little bit there it is so foggy you cannot see more than 10 feet here it is insane I can see the dome light damage diminishing right now hell yeah we gotta cut the camera cut the camera off so we’ll keep you all posted on when the tow truck gets here from the tow truck it is freezing and very very foggy it’s warmer in here we’re here and we’re gonna the night and keep on trucking literally [Music] we lead it to a hotel we’re staying at the Best Western the driver was so so kind to bring us here he did not have to that was not part of its job he brought us here free of charge didn’t ask anything of us made sure we were warm in the truck he was just so so kind his name was Leo and I’m going to definitely remember that name because he was so kind beyond client I don’t even know what to say there’s some kind people out there that want to help you out and he knew we were in need and he stepped up to the plate and I’m so grateful for that Leo thank you so much for helping us out tonight and making sure that we were taken care of you know taking the extra time going the extra mile to you know help us help us out here when we literally have nothing we have a bottled water and a camera and some cell phones and that’s like pretty much so next morning I got a pretty good night’s sleep did you yeah I did I slept really really well okay we just called it uber and we’re gonna make it over to Pep Boys all right I got the car done it was the alternator it went out on us so they replaced it they did an oil change as well which I also needed and I gotta say thank you so much to the Pep Boys Merced you guys did a great job you gave me a great deal I really feel like I got a lot of value for what I paid for so thank you so much I’m going to leave you guys [Music] week ten I did not move in wait I am still at 111 point four but I really want to show you a big picture of things I know we get really bogged down by all the little details every day weighing ourselves and so forth I personally don’t care about that but I wanted to show from a monthly perspective what I’m looking at here as far as trends so if you take a look at the graph here it is trending downwards that’s a good sign yeah there might be some dips here and there but overall I am downwards I’m really trying to try the point home where we’re looking at the big scheme of things right emi downwards body fat overall like I said you’re gonna have some dips here and there as you can see there 1119 I did not move but overall I am down which is great skeletal muscle trending upwards big scheme of things I am moving in the right direction week from week some weeks may be stagnant some weeks may you may make improvement but overall take a look at the big scheme of things guys that’s what I’m really trying to drive home here and you’ll see here I did not move in weight but the smallest tiniest shorts I own are loose in the waist here again the weight doesn’t have a whole lot to do with your body composition you’re gonna fluctuate but I really really want to emphasize that we put so much on our weight and it’s really in how you feel how your clothes fit and so forth and judge it based on that rather than based on a number on a scale and keep on going guys here’s what I
