yo what is good my bg8 crew welcome back to my channel so today you guys I’m having some breakfast and I want to show you guys how you can have a delicious breakfast and yes that’s a waffle you’re looking at right there and yes we’re about to have some chocolate milk yes we’re about to have some saira or whatever and i’m gonna show you how to do it all on keto babies so just stay tuned okay as you can see right here I got before eggs or whatever some pepper turkey and a cinnamon waffle now I have not had this yet but this is my first time trying it you guys teto pancake slash waffle mix so it is by birch benders Micro pancake yeah yeah Micro pancake erine just add water pancake and waffle mix you guys five net grams of carbs for two pancakes which is one serving and nine grams of protein now in order to make this one huge waffle I use two servings which is in the back supposed to make four four inch pancakes or one big waffle 2/3 cup whatever follow the recipe in the back that’s to service necks as you guys already know milk has a lot of carbs and a lot of sugar however this brand right here fair life has a lot less carbs and sugar almost what I think it cuts it by yeah 50% less sugar um so yes that’s what week for the hair is on what we should milk so per serving 8 ounce serving a day we got Hershey’s sugar-free syrup now this does have three carbohydrates but that’s okay if your there is sugar alcohols two of them so when you deduct sugar alcohols which you already know you deduct sugar alcohols and fiber from your total carbohydrates leave is one carbohydrate per serving and I was serving this one tablespoon so I like two tablespoons because I like by to be shocked woody so one to two tablespoons okay oh so yeah since this carb since this waffle was two servings that is 10 carbohydrates I’ll treat it myself today I’m still doing hito following my guidelines a good boy oh yeah and then for the waffle we’re gonna put simply chips simply jiffs you guys is the lowest peanut butter I found with the lowest sugars and carbs this says a low sodium 33% less sugar than regular peanut butter yep and it’s per serving which is 2 tablespoons I’m only gonna use 1 tablespoon I feel like that’s enough so yeah this one serving of peanut butter it’s 2 carbohydrates per tablespoon so 10 12 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 so I like to have about 20 to 25 carbs per day this puts me at 20 so I have 5 carbs for the rest of the day and that’s ok I’m not complaining hmm I’m also gonna talk about a little bit about hmm some delicious treats oh and if I didn’t mention this it’s sugar-free this is the Target brand sugar-free original syrup um and this is it has five parts and five sugar alcohols which cancels each other out so is 0 for 2 tablespoons you guys don’t try to overdo it even though it says sugar-free da da dee da dee da don’t go like using a cup of syrup just because it sugar-free follow the serving size hmm you don’t want to overdo it I just have salt and pepper okay oh my what I just did a regular 16 hour fast I’m so hungry I’m ready to fight this is my first meal of the day Oh God mom you guys – this a batter mix all I added or was a cinnamon I added cinnamon to the batter hmm oh my god oh my god I don’t want this to go away Wow oh yeah I’m having me another one of these tomorrow mm-hmm Wow it’s really good especially when you’re on keto you guys and you’re deprived of eating you know carbohydrates um this is a good alternative I mean it’s not I’m gonna be honest with you I’m gonna give you an aunt you know me I’m honest 100% it is not a fluffy fluffy thick dense waffle how you’re thinking it’s a little thinner and it’s a little a little crumbly err just a little bit but it’s it’s a good waffle it’s better than a frozen egg Oh frozen waffle whatever so what I wanted to show you guys and there oh how are ya how you guys when you’re so hungry you can’t even think of anything else hello today is Friday today is weigh-in we weighed in let me tell you yeah uh-huh yeah uh-huh your boy is losing don’t wait wait wait uncle his kimchi I’m scanty I’m scared empty yeah you guys so I got on the scale first thing this morning and what I weigh this morning you will not believe last week I was 329 this week I am 322 you guys I lost seven pounds this week gay uh-huh then uh-huh oh oh oh I’m so happy I can twerk twerk it and with 20 belt you guys I’m on cloud nine I cannot remember the last time well yes I did at the beginning of the year I was gonna say I cannot remember the last time I stuck to a diet this long but it’s been three weeks and I’ve been doing fantastic you guys my bg8 crew are such amazing motivators like you guys wrote me accountable I don’t want to let you guys down so if you need a little extra so I said follow this serving size but if you need a little extra go ahead just don’t overdo we um yeah you know I feel like I don’t want to let you guys down on that night when I’m not starving and I’m ready to like wanna fight um I just I just think about you guys and I’m like I can’t let them down hmm I am trying to be Hazzard role model I’m trying to inspire you guys and I’m saying this because you guys tell me that I’ve inspired you or whatever the case you know and that right there runs through my head and I’m like I can’t let them down I can’t so you guys I’m happy that’s a total oh my god what is that 21 pounds and three weeks fourteen plus seven mm-hmm yeah twenty-one pounds oh I feel like Albert Einstein I just like totally headed 14 plus seven mind without using my face I totally felt like Albert Einstein right now like I was solving a mathematician herb whatever see I don’t even know what I’m talking about bad I like my Hills a little more runny but well so let me show you these treat and then I’ve been talking about so I’m not sure if you guys are familiar with the Atkins diet the Atkins diet is similar to the South Beach South Beach and both of those are almost similar almost the same thing as the keto diet so they have these you guys I found these at Target Reese’s Pieces zero zero sugar two net carbs two carbohydrates and four fiber you guys and this is for two pieces so if you just have one Reese’s Pieces that’s only one carb you guys they come in a little pack like this I am Telling You I look look I cannot tell the difference from this Reese’s Pieces Butter Cup to the real thing like usually diet sugars have like a bitter aftertaste these are legit these are amazing next are these now these are not as sweet but these are more to say to satisfy like your crunch like oh I want like a crunch a sweet and crunchy whatever this is not too sweet it’s a light this is a lemon vanilla wafer bar so it’s wafer inside with lemon vanilla cream and then it’s battered in or dipped in like a white chocolate it only has it has 11 grams of protein 3 carbohydrates one sugar and four fibers so you guys check out Atkins when you’re at your local supermarket or even Target or Walmart I know I’m not sponsored by any of these companies when I like something whether I’m sponsored or not I’m gonna promote it and they they don’t just have Reese’s Pieces you guys they have coconut Chuck up chocolate-covered coconut um they have like little bars that are like coconut inside um they have M&Ms they have like a V equivalent of a snicker bar the same thing and they also have an equivalent to the payday so if you like peanuts and caramel and all that they have that equivalent you guys get on it get on it see if I what I’m in it’s crumbly it falls apart a little bit but you don’t I mean the texture is still amazing like [Music] that was a perfect bite mmm peanut butter and syrup hmm oh my god oh man that is so good I don’t like the way my eggs came out I’m so mad this one done busted up this one got in a fight with the frying pan oh it’s like a boiled egg and y’all know the only way out you tableau de présentation a seafood boil or if it’s a deviled egg that was a little and this is just simple deli meat pepper Turkey I feel like pepper Turkey goes great with breakfast it’s a little bit spicy I really feel like Lee and again I reiterate this every time I talk about this I’m not giving anyone any medical advice or any advice on doing this diet I’m just speaking about my experience what works for me and what I love about this ketogenic diet like I said it’s 3 weeks already I’m down 21 pounds I am so ecstatic you guys I feel like the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting for me works amazingly and they go hand-in-hand I feel like by incorporating the interim and fasting with my ketogenic diet I accelerate my weight loss I have I have done the ketogenic diet by itself without doing the intermittent fasting and I noticed that the pounds were blessed like I would lose maybe 3 to 2 5 pounds a week and I noticed that when I do incorporate interim and fasting with my ketogenic diet I’m losing 7 pounds anywhere from 5 to like 10 pounds a week and I know I know some of you guys are gonna be like well that’s unhealthy but you know what you cut the cards and you eat your protein your fat and your veggies you know your healthy veggies count count your card so many are having a day the weights gonna come off period look at the people on that show where they get the bariatric surgery he puts them on a carbohydrate and sugar restricted diet strictly protein and these people in one month dinners dangerous thirty pounds in this month if you know who else talking about I love I love dr. nazar Dean he is so amazing he does amazing bariatric surgery for a lot of people on that show this diet is amazing I am so happy I eat amazing food I eat a lot of food I don’t feel I only feel hungry at nighttime but that’s because of a habit that I have had I don’t feel hungry because I’m hungry I’m hungry at night I don’t eat past seven and I felt hungry some days because that’s my habit that was a routine I watched my show TV shows at the end of the day or I’m watching mukbangs and I start to get like a sweet tooth or a crispy crunchy to it like I want to get or something you know and yeah it’s it’s it’s a mental game but if you don’t feed into it you’re alright and then D I feel like stuff like this obviously I don’t need a whole box and one day I’ll have one or the other and one day you know just to satisfy that sweet tooth and keep me going I just want to say that I’m so proud of all of you that have been doing this diet with me for those of you that that share your results every week and say hey big guy guess how much I lost this week or I lost this much this week I am proud of you and I do saluting you yeah hey shake it shake it shake it don’t baby yeah yeah you guys I am so excited for you yeah I’m excited for us cuz we we bout to be some sexy B she’s your sexy we she’s hahaha I’m so sorry y’all anyway anywho any care route or whatever you guys keep going keep fighting keep pushing this weight-loss journey is not easy it won’t be easy hey if you slip up that’s okay pick up right where you left off I’m not saying Oh to morrow no and let’s say for lunch you messed up okay get right back on track for dinner and then keep it moving forget about it don’t dwell on it don’t sit there and feel guilty it happened already there’s nothing you can do keep pushing keep it moving one slip-up that’s okay keep it moving eyes on the prize you guys keep your eye on the goal I I hope that you guys stay strong I hope that you do amazing and I can’t wait I can’t wait to weigh in next
