hey guys what’s up happy Monday I hope you guys enjoyed the vlog miss yesterday I know it was super random I hung out with my family at church and then I came home and I went out with my husband and my son we went to the aquarium and we got some food and the day just kind of like flew by I feel like I just really need to be in the moment with my husband and my son and I just did not vlog and I feel really bad about it because the eclaim was so much fun and so pretty but anywho I had that clean with me pre-recorded from like a week ago so I just put that up for you guys I hope you guys don’t mind and let me know if you guys did like that little clean with me because it was kind of fun to do even though it was a short little video but anywho today we are kind of gonna just hang out i’ma show you guys what I’m eating we might make some cookies later today and we’re just spending a day here at home today so it is about noon and I’m about to make my first meal of the day I’m actually going to make that like cheddar mud biscuit that I made for my soup a few videos back and I’m gonna make a breakfast sandwich with it because it sounds amazing and speaking of food yesterday was just not a keto day at all I ate all the things I can’t even explain really what happened I just ended up eating off-plan which is totally fine it’s whatever so after yesterday and eating all of the things I’m getting back at it today and I’m excited about it let’s make a little breakfast sandwich because I am stoops hungry [Music] hey guys so I just put together my little breakfast sandwich and I actually had another little half of an avocado because it was in the fridge and I kind of forget about it need to be eaten so here’s my little first meal of the day I thought I would try the breakfast sandwich with you guys um I already know that I love this mug recipe it’s just not only does it taste amazing it’s so easy to put together it’s like 1/4 cup of almond flour 1/4 tablespoon I have it on my fridge 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder 1 egg a little pinch of mozzarella or any kind of cheese you want to do I did cheddar actually salt and pepper and then one that tablespoon of heavy cream mix it all together put it in the microwave for a minute and a half and it’s done it’s so good you guys look at that it’s it’s it’s not even like it’s a decent-size – you don’t feel like you’re eating like some tiny little thing I mean this thing is pretty big so I don’t know your guys’s brains work like that but sometimes I make keto meals and I’m like oh this is all I get where’s my food but anyway I thought I would try for you guys I have put butter on this little biscuit before and dipped it in soup and it was phenomenal so and I also thought about what if you put butter on it and toasted it kind of like a grilled cheese to give it like a toasted sandwich thing but I thought about it before I already put the sandwich together I mean after I had already put the sandwich together so yeah maybe we’ll have to try that too but look at that look at this cute little breakfast sandwich is it not adorbs is it just me they must just be me anyway it’s so good oh my gosh and I just got an idea what if you added some sort of sweetness to this abun like a sugar-free syrup or even like stevia I wonder if it would taste like a McGriddle because MIT griddles have like the sweet bread I don’t know it sounds pretty genius I’m also drinking water I want to do down the whole thing but just didn’t work anyway mmm can you guys tell hungry I love avocado I will check in with you guys a little bit later today happy Monday taarna don’t go boy no boy he like knows when I’m video tip him cuz he won’t look at me hey Cora look at us oh he’s so cute we just finished doing some like ABC work and some spelling work and some sound work with him and stuff and now we’re gonna relax for a little bit on the couch we imprison we’re gonna make cookies yeah we are we’re gonna make cookies in a little bit are you excited yeah a little bit baby hey guys so it’s a lot later now it’s go it’s like 3:40 and I’ve decided today that we’re gonna have to do something a little bit different and fun we are going to attempt to make some Kido Christmas cookies the cookies that I’ve made that I’m making I’ve actually made before but I’m gonna add a little bit of a twist to it I’m going to add a little bit of green food coloring so hopefully they’ll be like a pretty green color and then we’re gonna dust them with a little bit of this like the tiniest bit of this because I know these are not sugar-free I’m actually gonna look up the ingredients on this and try to use these I’m sure you can find sugar-free sprinkles online but I unfortunately do not have sugar-free sprinkles but I’m probably gonna use these I’ll let you guys know I’ll update you guys let me look up the information right now actually alright so I just looked up the stats on the sprinkles these red sprinkles or honestly just these sugar sprinkles from Wilton right here I looked up this brand and what I’m finding is that one teaspoon right here is four grams of sugar and 15 netkar I’m 15 they’re carbs 15 calories so 15 calories and 4 carbs for this so there’s no way I’m gonna put this many sprinkles on one cookie so I’m just gonna put these on here and just add a carb ish per cookie just to be safe umm just letting your eyes now let’s make some cookies [Music] [Music] [Music] these are our finished cookies the trick with these is they’re very easy to put together I’ll put the recipe down below for you guys to try out it’s like very minimal ingredients they’re basically just butter cookies and to make them like Christmassy I just added the green food coloring and some sprinkles on top and literally these have like less than a carve of sprinkles on each cookie so personally I’m not gonna worry about it if you’re very very strict I totally get your girlfriend order you some sugar-free sprinkles I even saw some recipes to make some sugar-free sprinkles online so do whatever you know your your little heart desires or your plan calls for but for me I’m not personally super worried about itself but the tricks like I was saying I forgot to say this is you have to let them cool completely or they will break so when they come out of the oven leave them alone until they cool so now I’m just putting them in this little container and I will probably try one later for you guys these are like 80 calories or the cookie and then they’re like one to two net carbs and that’s me counting my sprinkles on top too so hey guys what’s up I’m back it’s 544 now and I’m actually making some dinner and making some meatballs and pasta for the boys and for me I’m gonna make like a ground beef cabbage dish I wanted to have like cracks all but I’ve actually never made cracks all correct me if I’m wrong I think cracks laws like cabbage ground beef and cream cheese I might be totally messing that up and people might be laughing at me right now but that’s fine but that’s basically what I’m making I’m just gonna Brown some ground beef drain it add some cabbage and some peppers and onions and then some cream cheese and that’s gonna actually be my dinner so I’ll show you guys that when it’s done and so yeah we’re just cooking right now we got everything over here we got some noodles some meatballs back there and then I’m about to crown my beef before my meal and yeah but I wanted to like give you guys a little bit of a laugh because me and Jackson we’re outside a little bit ago and we were playing tag and I was like running in the grass with him and the ground was wet but it didn’t look money like it’s just grass but under the grass there was a little bit of mud and I went to chase him and I totally like slipped and fell right onto my butt and it was just I was a hot mess I’ll actually insert a picture so you guys can see real quick but yeah that was super funny and now my hip is hurting a little bit that’s just I guess part of getting old because when I fell like I felt fine and then later I’m like oh I feel that now so I guess that just means I’m getting old but anyway I’m letting him we’re actually like cooking together show me your little apron show me your apron it’s his Superman cape turned backwards and I said no you silly did you help me make the meatballs right inside this king bumi baby or I’m gonna have to put it off did you help me make the meatballs he’s having a blast with the water I’m letting him play with the water for a minute he likes being in the kitchen with me so excuse my mess back here I’m about to clean up I just want to update you guys because I feel like it’s been a little bit so we’re listening to Christmas music cooking we got the tree on and I would like play it louder but I don’t want to be copyrighted so yeah I’ll show you guys our dinners when it’s done alright so for my meal this is what I have going on so far I’ve browned the ground beef in the peppers and onions and now I added the cabbage and the cream cheese I’m gonna add a little bit of seasoning so I’m gonna add some of this cuz I really like the flavor of this and then I’ll also add some salt and pepper and then once the cream cheese is melted and everything is kind of combined it’ll be all of them here’s my finished dinner guys it looks really really good I just split it into two portions so this is almost 500 calories I think if I had to guess so yeah it’s a pretty good you know Keller caloric dinner so it’s gonna keep me full and I’m really excited to eat I think it’ll be really good so hey guys it’s 9 o’clock it’s this guy’s bed guys bedtime but he’s still up working on the house he’s got lots of work to do so he takes it very seriously anywho I’m gonna have a little snack butter because my stomach’s are starting to get a little bit hungry I just finished doing some work on my laptop and getting some editing done and stuff so I made myself a little snack platter with some black pepper Turkey some pepperoni and some cheese so I’m just gonna snack on this and watch some sort of holiday thing I’m actually watching like a little holiday baking championship on Food Network and I actually really enjoy watching that but at the same time it makes me want cupcake cakes and stuff so bad like oh my goodness everything looks so good but yeah I’m gonna eat this and hang out for a little bit and I’ll probably try one of those cookies that we made here in a little bit to stay tuned for that baby’s asleep it’s cookie time he actually could not sleep and wanted me to hold him so I held him and I sang to him it was super cute and yeah so now I’m gonna have one of these little cookies and then I’m gonna shower and go to well not go to bed I’m not gonna lie I have to finish editing this video and then I’ll probably watch a little bit of YouTube and then go to bed so let me just try one of these cookies by the way I have no idea if I’m supposed to refrigerate these or not but this is the cookie focus it’s not gonna focus you dark so like I said this is just basically a butter cookie with green food coloring and sprinkles on top so so simple and so good guys in 80 calories per cookie so so good I don’t know if I said this earlier but I will put the recipe for you guys below definitely not my recipe I always get my recipes from online or if they are my recipes I’ll totally let you guys know but I’m gonna have that below for you guys to try if you do as I wanna let me know let me know how you guys like it and also I don’t know if I mentioned this either if you guys have any keto cookie recipes or any recipes you guys want me to try let me know below you guys can even like send me links of stuff you guys would want me to try out and see how it turns out I was looking on Pinterest and there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of like keto Christmas desserts really so I am I do plan on making a few more things throughout the holiday season but if there’s any in particular you guys want me to make feel free to let me know I’d love to make some stuff that you guys want to see and yeah that’s gonna be
