hi everyone welcome back to my channel today we’re gonna be talking about the keto diet I want to start the keto diet I’m pretty sure you probably heard it from your family or friends or just on the internet in general but it’s basically a low carb diet which can help you burn fat more efficiently and effectively and and there’s like a couple of foods you can’t eat you can’t eat I would recommend you to check out diet doctor com this is a really really helpful article and website they do have like the keto recipes up here meal plan guides and how to get started so this is really easy to navigate through and it’s um phone friendly too so as you can tell it’s not all weird and so the ratio is 75% from fats 25 from protein and a 5 percent energy from carbs there are some foods that you should eat in what you shouldn’t eat for example foods with fewer carbs our natural fats fish and seafood meats cheese eggs and maybe vegetables occur above the ground and those are actually really specific it’s not just all vegetable their growth bump the ground it’s actually like cauliflower that’s good tomatoes red onions cabbage so it’s not just all vegetables the foods that you should try to avoid our fruits potatoes bear rice pasta bread doughnuts chocolate bars soda / juice and candy if there are specific fruits that you’re not sure about and you want to figure out whether it’s a keto diet or part of it on the bottom it says visual keto diet guideline so you get like through those to see which one it is or which one it falls under but this is a really helpful website that I’m actually using right now so I have all my Kido meal plan for this week from Monday through Friday on Saturdays Sundays I usually use as my cheat days and just trying to get back into the workout lifestyle that I hated or I used to have so my workouts over the year have changed when I first started working out I weighed 105 105 to 110 so I was trying to gain fat I was eating bigger portions and whatnot and now that I method the weight that I want to be at 125 I actually want to maintain the weight and also you know like eat the right portions and I did notice that before it wasn’t eating the right portions it was so tiny I wasn’t starving myself but it was just like a lot smaller than I would presume someone meat means my size could eat so definitely trying to get back into the workout lifestyle and what that I actually stopped working out for a couple of months just to gain weight because when I eat and work out I actually just maintained the way I’m at I’m not necessarily gaming or losing so within a few months I just gained weight I didn’t work out as much as I used to so hopefully starting tomorrow Monday I get back to my workout lifestyle eat healthy also trying the keto diet thanks for watching you guys feel free to ask me any questions you want below up on the keto diet like this video subscribe and I will see you guys next week
