VEGAN KETO COCONUT CURRY RECIPE EASY


hi everyone welcome back so today is my first day back on the ketogenic diet now I had no intention on going on keto this earlier my competition prep however I spoke to my best friend who’s also my coach I showed off fitness and we decided that we were going to switch things around this time and I would go on keto now lose the body fat that I need to because I have been eating a lot of food and I’ve accumulated some what is that which is completely fine but obviously for competing I need to reduce that so I’m going to go on key through now and get to the point where I’m comfortable and then I’m going to bring the cars back in and have a nice slow easy coast into my show whereas last time I was other way around I had loads of carbs and then I got to a point where I was nearly not going to make my show I went on teacher as a necessity and it was it was man and it was crazy so my calories aren’t that low I’m starting on 1800 which is fine which is a lot more than I was on last time when I was like in the last few weeks of the show so and also I’m really enjoy keto this is not an issue for me I love the food and of how light it makes me feel I love the energy and I definitely love the results because for me it gave me great results something I didn’t mention last time was that it really helped with my arthritic pain and I think that’s because I was when I was eating carbs dogs eat a lot of grains and grains have been known to increase information so communis is a win-win situation today I’m going to show you a keto friendly vegan coconut curry I love curries and I love coconut and I will be serving this to my family with some rice and some vegetables and herbs to take out the rice to myself and just have the curry and vegetables so it’s completely adaptable so if you are on keto and your husband and wife are nor your children are you know it’s going to work for everybody it’s family friendly so I hope you like it it tastes amazing and I am going to show you how I make it now here is everything you need to make the coconut curry we’ve got some coconut oil some mushrooms yellow green and red peppers Montu – onions garlic and a frozen ginger cube got some black pepper a vegetarian stockpot some coconut creamed some turmeric and some hot Madras curry powder now the main source of protein in this meal are these corn meat-free pieces that are vegan and I’m going to be serving this with some broccoli and cauliflower and this brown basmati red camera goo and wild rice so the first thing I need to do is chop and repair all those vegetables [Music] just going to put all of these offcuts into our compost bin can you do it for me like mommy doesn’t like doing it because every time you open it what comes out yeah lots of lots of like tiny fruit flies I’m scared of them I can’t come any closer otherwise I would help put the bowl down yeah use your big muscles max has just been to the boxing gym have a near max so you’re super strong for you does need to lift it yay oh not too many flies Thank You max thank you darlin I’ve chopped everything up and put the cauliflower and broccoli in the steamer I put the cauliflower at the bottom so it takes a bit longer to cook than the broccoli [Music] you don’t want to overcook your vegetables because you want them to say bit crunchy so right that now you can add in all of your spices and slavery [Music] now just simmer gently until the liquid is reduced down to a slightly thicker Clearasil [Music] here is my portion in my bowl and it smells absolutely divine and I’m so hungry and cannot wait to eat it I’m not even gonna sit at the table to do this I’m going to eat it standing out here off of the kitchen side because I’m just so hungry and I just I think you know it’s really nice because these corn pieces the first time I had them I didn’t really like them I didn’t really like I dunno it was just something about them I didn’t like but once you put them in this curry even if you haven’t liked them before trust me if they are amazing really really nice and curry all of my children like it the whole family like you I hope you like this video and I really recommend you try this especially if you’re on keto especially if you’re vegan and even if you’re not vegan it’s really really tasty I think even I think a lot of non vegans would really like this because of the texture of the corn pieces I think that you’ll really like it and it’s absolutely amazing healthy perfect for keto and it feels like you’re having a real proper meal sometimes on keto I haven’t didn’t always feel like I was having like that big heavy meal I mean it’s not heavy but it sort of feels like you’re you’re really full up afterwards in a nice way so thank you so much for watching I really hope that this helped some of you and hope that you’ve learned something something new and we will see you tomorrow guys bye
