hey Elsa I’m cuter Davin and for those of you who don’t know me and my crazy-ass youngin I have used the ketogenic diet so far to lose 135 pounds over the last two years and I’m gonna show you to edit or change anything even though I probably could have made it much shorter and much better I’m at the post office I ordered these things off Amazon with gift cards something you guys sent and I’ve got some mini chocolate chip cookies from hockey I’ve got some diabetic kitchen cinnamon pecan granola cereal and some key doughnut granola with blueberries cereal kind of stuff I already know I’ve been kicked out of ketosis because of the sausage today I’ve already checked my ketones so I’m probably gonna have to wait a few days before I can really even try these and see if they affect me or not okay you guys so well I’ve got a minute I’m in the car without any distractions I’m gonna go ahead and try a sample of each one of these just to see what they taste like so since it’s not like they can kick me out of justice anyway since I’m not can let’s see what they can’t like these are the hacky mini chocolate chip low-carb cookie snacks let’s see what they’ve got it 13 grams of fat 11 carbs 2 from fiber hmm 6 pieces is yeah I don’t think that the carbs on these are actually low-carb but they are almond flour coconut oil on collagen naturally sweetened but it not to read through this real good I see stevia extract to see your throat oh look at it real real good one day I’m gluten free grain free it’s kind of high on the carb side but who knows maybe it’ll be worth it and likes idiot fix cookies and there’s two servings in a peck to little bitty grainy things oh my damn I gotta give it to him doesn’t taste like keator I mean it doesn’t taste like um it doesn’t taste like it’s sweetened with anything other than normal stuff that you would normally use i probe of those now again there’s no telling how they’re gonna treat your ketones or anything like that all right now I’m gonna try the low-carb keto nut granola let’s see for a third of a cup there’s actually 11 carbs for from dietary fiber to from sugars but no added sugar for sugar alcohols let’s see what this stuff tastes like it’s kind of I definitely see walnuts that one’s a llama I gotta get him to that that’s definitely good it’s cinnamon almond pecan with blueberries that’s what the other little thing in there was it does taste good how well say that much now we are cinnamon pecan granola cereal a third of a cup is eight carbs five from fiber for two from sugars I assume at it because it doesn’t say C sweetened with monk oil I’m sorry it’s DV extract let’s see okay you know what I’ve got to give it all three of these companies they’re all good they’re genuinely really tasty hmm hmm I don’t know which one of these three things I like best or since I’m not into Texas I do think I’ll have a ball of this when I get home in some almond milk no need to make the being kicked worse I’m already potentially gonna go up to point four that’s what I went up yesterday from that sausage I thought it was the ice cream but now I’m thing is this sausage I definitely in because I definitely don’t feel right is what it is you know I guess I’m trying this with the almond milk so I’ve got unsweetened vanilla almond milk it’s not like frosted flakes but it’s like Talent raisin brim no man which is it I recognized the flavor very well but I don’t know where’s so by the way I’ve never tried the almond milk as cereal milk before I taste like watered-down can milk you know how about when you pour like Capitan and half water the struggle thing when we were children I’m not mad at this at all you know the total carbs on it they kind of suck but the net carbs not so much 2 3 grams net all right so I’m going to read the things well if I could see it yeah I think it says 16 grams of fat 11 total carbs 5 grams of fiber if I’m not mistaken I’m I’m really not mad at that and since I’m not into toasters anyway at least I don’t have to worry about being kicked at the moment so okay guys now much tried to diabetic kitchen cinnamon pecan granola cereal in the coconut milk cream they get the unsweetened almond vanilla nope not coconut milk got lots of them alright so 14 grams of fat 8 total carbs Bobby from fibre so with 3 net carbs and protein is 4 grams and apparently all the sweetness comes from the chicory root which I hope that calls for the coconut chips is immediate and the ingredients aren’t bad in it [Music] they’re both definitely edible as breakfast cereals without any problem no remember Guys and Dolls I’ve been kita for two years so my sweet buds with sweetness and taste buds with sweetness and your taste buds with sweetness might be different if you’ve been kita for a very short amount of time we’re just talking keto this might not taste very sweet to you but being that I’m not real interested real used to sugary sweetness anymore it’s plenty sweet for me my darling love cannot stand dark chocolate like 85% and worse but I like it just fine you know the second I couldn’t tell ya you can’t it’s like oh that’s sweet alright so if this doesn’t it says nothing about pistachios but I swear there’s little green nuts in here that look like they might be so it could be something else let’s see we got sliced almonds sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds pecan degree rude coconut chips sodium something cooked brown right wait up brown rice don’t disappear and he looked it up just be sure because I mean I haven’t done any rice since I started keno at all proudly made in the USA there love that anyway that’s my review on their taste I meant to tell you guys which one of them cereals were best but the truth of the matter is they’re both pretty good they’ll both work now let’s be absolutely honest Kito sweets not really recommended on a daily basis not something you should have a lot but if you’re really really misses them cereal that’s a great alternative and if you’re really really missing some chocolate chip cookies once in a while those are some great alternatives this one bowl of this and later one bowl of this if I can have it all by the way this one is the diabetic kitchen and tastes kind of like honey nut clusters guess is to sum up a large servings of all three of those products yesterday this morning I woke up my ketones were good my blood glucose was good and I dropped one pound of the water weight I was holding that doesn’t necessarily mean anything for me I like to try multiple times to make sure but we’ll see they do seem like pretty good cereal and cookie alternatives if you need something like that on ketta once again no I do not necessarily recommend keto sweet very often sparingly once in a while and if you absolutely feel like you need them or need a little something different that’s left to you die [Music]
