yo what’s going on everybody welcome to the end of the video at the beginning of the video I know that sounds crazy right but I want to say if you watch this right now you know what that means that means that you woke up somewhere so that means that you are waiting to our your stress or your pumps kind of phase you can’t face me cuz you and I are to winning and this little girl is a ranch Queen ranch Green ok now we start the video you want me to sit down okay look can I see your shirt Kito down so you keep your dog it doesn’t look like it but you’re eating some eggs and some cantaloupe and some watermelon what’s goodie everybody welcome back to another family vlog so today I’m super super busy so I’m gonna show you how you can do keto but every meal is gonna be fast food yes you heard me correctly fast food and you could still make a keto freely so time for the first bill of day you ready I don’t think she’s ready he has just the sandwiches these are all gonna just be sandwiches okay so I’m gonna get an Egg McMuffin with no bun I kind of get a sausage McMuffin no bun and they can I get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit no bun okay guys so typically I never eat a McDonald’s but since this is a full day of fast food I want to eat at places that everybody knows who doesn’t know McDonald’s so this is gonna be the first place for breakfast and plus everybody can get McDonald’s everywhere they’re at let me pay for this one moment okay guys like I was saying so yes I want to make sure I eat at places that everybody can go to so everybody could go to McDonald’s I don’t care where you live whether you live in America you live overseas live in Japan do you live in China McDonald’s is freaking everywhere so I’m gonna show you when I get home how my food looks and yeah that would be the first meal today so on let’s head home before this little munchkin freaks out cuz she’s already freaking out yes okay okay so we’re back home and I do apologize for the nursery rhymes that you hear in the background but baby love is watching TV whoa okay so here’s what I got pretty much I ordered every single biscuit that you can get at McDonald’s with obviously with no bun and no biscuit so this how it turns out it almost looks like a really big egg sandwich so you got the egg at the bottom you got ham you got cheese you got sausage you got cheese yeah more a got more cheese than you got bacon and baby lows crying because she doesn’t like to get a dress so for all my parents out there if you struggle to get your kids dress you’re not alone okay they below hates getting dress hates doing her hair if those the biggest biggest fits but there’s gonna be the first meal of the day guys for my first fast-food meal today so uh cheers mate not bad not bad at all Oh from their nap what what what what are you watching what show is this what is it I don’t know what you get scary Oh so scary are you doing the splits are you doing this but don’t don’t scare me please all right guys so we are out and about right now and it is time for meal number two and we’re gonna stop at one of the best fast food in my opinion best fast-food chain restaurants and that is Wendy’s absolutely love Wendy’s me I don’t know something I would be like let me know if I’m just crazy or if you’re like me like Wendy’s as well so uh can I get your Baconator I just want the burger can I just get the burger by itself um no onions no tomatoes no ketchup no mayo just meat cheese and bacon and that’s it and that would be it so here it is I obviously made a mistake so I had to check back on the video because I swear I said no bun Krystal corrected me I said nope I said only burger cuz I don’t want the meal cuz a lot of times we know ordered the meal that obviously they give you a burger and coke I mean they give you fries and a coke and I’ve said didn’t want that I forgot to ask no bun not that it’s a big deal but I know a lot of people hate whenever I just don’t the buns cuz right throw you’re just wasting food how can you be so wasteful and don’t get me wrong I do I do I don’t like wasting food you’re alright but yeah anyway so you know just make sure you order nobody but here it is second meal of the day this is the Baconator it’s two patties two big juicy patties with bacon and cheese and like I said it’s a perfect fast-food meal as you can see I’m eating this in my car cuz we are just running around all day so here we go second mill today Baconator going down just like so hmm this is my pre-workout meal today is Monday so we’re gonna hit chest boom so I know you saw those socks so since I am in a watermelon mood I’m gonna have some watermelon pre-workout this is actually keto pump right here guys you’ve heard me talk about it before I’m telling you guys talk about it and so what I wanted to talk to you about was so you guys remember the keto coach challenge that we did about two weeks ago it was the five-day ketosis challenge could you be in ketosis for five days in a row it was an absolutely amazing amazing response a lot of people loved it you guys got involved it was someone that was really really cool again I’ve talked about it many many times it just brought the community together and it was just like something I was really cool and everyone was taking part of it talking to have a good conversations about it so me and Matt the owner Aikido coach wanted to do something else and we’re like okay what can we do that could really benefit people and so what we decided to do was do the five day exercise challenge there’s the five day Aikido exercise challenge and essentially what we’re challenging you and everybody else is can you exercise five days in a row for twenty minutes minimum I know majority of people I talked to an oil majority of my clients normally work out three days out of the week so this is gonna be a good challenge for you it’s gonna be a good challenge for me and a good challenge for everybody to stay accountable and can you work for 20 minutes five days in a row Monday through Friday we’re bringing the community back together it’s for good cause it’s gonna help everybody and just get everybody on track right even for people who only maybe work out once a once a week this is definitely gonna be a good challenge even for me I’m someone who works out Monday through Friday so you know what I’m gonna do I’m going to add that 20 minutes already into my Monday through Friday workout so I’m gonna do just extra work so again it’s still a challenge for me so the challenge starts August 19th through the 23rd 5-day Kido exercise challenge I’m challenging you guys please take part of it and what’s really cool so throughout the workouts what you’re gonna do is you’re gonna film yourself working out or take a picture yourself working out and also take a picture of your ketone so you can use whatever meteor you want obviously I’m gonna tell you to use the Q coach because most life YouTube and business opportunities yes that is very very tough guys so as you guys know yes YouTube is like a full-time job without getting paid like a full-time job I work for America metabolics on it many many projects I’m working on right now and it could get tough absolutely guys if I was sitting here and tell you everything’s perfect in my life I’d be absolutely lined you and I’m not gonna sit here and lie to you guys like yes my life sometimes is very struggling as far as like balancing family and work life like yes because I’d be I’d be a complete fool to tell you that my wife doesn’t get mad because I spend too much time at the gym or spend too much time on social media I spent too much time like I’m out all day in Austin right in meetings and then I get home and then I’m on Instagram she’s like yo where is time for me and the girls and I get it and for me I’m like I know I know it was like I just I gotta do this I gotta do that so yes it is very very difficult and I don’t have a perfect answer all I can tell you is that I try my best and I will continue to do my best every single day and I’m still working on it I still haven’t solved that puzzle yet like I still have like okay here’s the perfect work and family balance like no there’s some weeks were like you know what opportunities and work is slow so I spend a lot more time with my family and then there’s some weeks where it’s like every single day especially during like kiddo calm like that whole week there was something planned every single day every single hour and like I felt bad cuz I wasn’t around with my family enough and like yeah I invited him to the expo but still like you still don’t really get to spend time with your family right you’re at Expo so yes it’s definitely a struggle it’s something I’m still continuing to work on but I think number one is you have to compromise like so whenever I do have downtown I say asks a wife hey what do you all want to do what do you want to go somewhere take the girls to like the zoo take the girls to the museum let’s take them to the swing park like let’s just take us somewhere and let’s do something because yeah it is tough like I’m telling you like I bring this you don’t see the camera here because recording but I bring this camera with me everywhere and I’m I tell you what I know my wife’s like oh my gosh like huh why can’t it just be us why don’t have to be on camera why like yeah it definitely is a struggle but she understands too that this is my job and so you have to compromise there definitely like there’s some days I’m like hey babe is it cool for a record and she like yeah that’s cool are you know she’ll say yeah I really just wanted to be us I’m like hey I totally respect that cool let’s just have a like a family day we don’t need to like bring the camera we all need to vlog take pictures or any of that so every day I’m working on it but I haven’t found the like perfect answer but again yeah that’s I guess it’s all I can say on that one okay this is a really really good question and this took me a long time to think of and I still don’t even think this is the right answer so it says what’s been your biggest accomplishment to date so it’s kind of hard to like answer that for us like I don’t know what you mean are you mean like and like just do life in general or it’s all my like business since I started my youtube channel like kind of what write I read that question as like what’s my biggest accomplishment like in the work space right like since I quit my job since I started doing YouTube full-time since I started you know doing my own thing what was my biggest accomplishment so that’s the way I kind of read the answer so that’s the way I’m gonna answer it so my biggest accomplishment today being the host of question nutrition Season 3 transformation show like that was definitely the biggest opportunity I’ve ever had I remember the day that quest called me I was that close guys that close from saying no I was like dude no way I can’t be a host on the show like I got to read teleprompters I got a film I got to fly out to California film for a week like this is crazy like this is not me I will do this I film in my kitchen in my underwears half the time I mean you know if I’m wearing underwear right now guys I could be naked from waist below and you wouldn’t even know but I got to go here and talking for all these people like that was definitely the scariest thing I’ve ever done in my life I’m like I said I was that close from saying no but I’m so happy I didn’t I learned so much more about myself my confidence grew because I absolutely smashed it out of the park and it just opened up the door like it just confidence wise like I’m now like anybody who calls me to do something talking speaking events do it another show like that if dr. oz were to call me or anybody I’m like go let’s do it I’m down I’m confident I know I can do it and that was definitely the biggest accomplishment I remember when they called me I was almost in tears I was like wow I can’t believe like this is crazy like I couldn’t believe it I felt so proud you guys have to understand like where I came from I came from nothing guys I didn’t go to college right after high school I went straight to the workforce um you know all my friends went to college and you know everyone kind of like made fun of me like you know for not going to school and all that stuff and you know so for me to be a be where I’m at today it’s kind of come like full circle you know so I’m definitely proud of everything I’ve accomplished and it means a lot to me and that’s why I grind so hard because I know that I have to work so much harder than the rest of people right like you know I didn’t go to school I didn’t get education I didn’t do least think so I have to work my absolute ass off to prove everybody wrong and prove to myself and provide to my family and make my family proud make my parents proud make myself proud as well so it definitely means a lot to me that you guys support me and having that opportunity for quests like it just it just like to me it’s like wow Logan like you did it like you did it like you you you worked your butt off for years started off you know from nothing and you built this up when everybody was making fun of you everyone thought you’re gonna be a failure and I proved them wrong and I’m still continuing like I’m not satisfied like I still want to keep pushing I’m not done yet we still have a long way to go we still have a very long journey I definitely have some bigger much bigger goals and dreams to accomplish and it ain’t gonna stop ain’t gonna stop here and I just want to tell you guys thank you for being with me from day one know and we got Lola right there eating a carrot with some ranch she insisted that I sit down with her at her little kid table in hay and as a parent you both know you’ll do whatever you got to do to make your kid not throw fuss especially during dinner time so as you can see I got 10 bone-in wings with fire atomic sauce right there with a little bit of ranch and this is going to be the last and final meal of the day so I’m gonna finish this meal and then I’m gonna do the closeout video here in a little bit but uh look into YouTube’s years she’s like so into this it’s kind of scary hey hey I want to just absolutely clarify is number one this is definitely not the way you want to do keto you do not want to eat fast food every single day the best way in the most optimal way to get the allow fast food because you just don’t know what they’re putting into your food like you don’t know if someone’s having a bad day and they’re putting all types of crap and junk in it like yes it is you definitely want to do it the right way guys try to cook as much food at home as possible because you know exactly to a hundred percent what you’re putting inside your body but at the same time don’t get down if you can’t cook food at your house understand that there’s always plenty of options you can do there are many many fast food places you can go and make it keto friendly the reasons why I picked the restaurants I picked the days because anybody can go to McDonald’s anybody can go to Wendy’s and anybody can go to Wingstop I think they’re all over America and maybe overseas as well
