Hey right it’s too bright for you hey and you took off your shoes okay guys so I have to set my camera right here trying to be like inconspicuous I think that’s the word correct me if I’m wrong but we’re here at Target we’re going to do a Kido video haul and I gotta sneak this camera out cuz at Target they do not like for you to film and I get my wife bad anxiety I never I bring my camera here she says I want to get kicked out target means what wife want to get kicked out target right so we got to make this video super super quick keep the camera kind of low and yeah just do this Kido grocery call very very quickly so let’s go so what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna go through every single house so this is the beginning of deception so you guys obviously know you cannot have milk but this is like one of my favorite milk so you can get is almond milk but this is almond and coconut milk only 35 calories and it’s unsweetened so I definitely recommend going with this I normally always do almond milk but you know what what the heck I’m in the mood for coconut so we’re gonna get some coconut autumn up this will perfect with your keto lattes if you guys follow my Instagram you know my big big fan of Kido latte so this would be the first one boom bye next up we’re like an indie veggie section and I’m gonna juice Romain – I absolutely love these because you can make funless burgers with these so you can obviously you have to make your meat but these like I like fold out and it’s just so easy to make up on this burger while less tacos making tacos whatever you want to call them but these come super and handy super convenient and like I said there’s so many things you can do with so many possibilities I seem like people make like really really delicious tacos with these so this is what we’re gonna go with next so continuing down the piles you’re going to go with the plain pepper so Chris and I made some really delicious stuffed green peppers and they came out phenomena so you just shot at the top put some ground beef with a little bit of cheese and bottom being that super good super fast super easy so today yeah the makers can make it trust me you can make it so next item so next up is the fruit section so obviously you can’t really get a lot of fruit there’s not many options when it comes to fruit but we’re gonna go with this an avocado is unfortunately the target is really not is not really known for having like fresh fruit items so yeah as you can tell these like avocados are definitely not ready but that’s okay takes a couple of days for them to be ready so we’re gonna go to delicious avocados open all right now we’re the good stuff guys we’re to the meat section so there’s actually a lot of items here that you can choose from at Target so shout out the target you guys are your feed section what I’m going to go with right here or as lean beef so I really like Moore’s lean beef okay you’re probably icing like Logan why are you going super super lean guys I’ll get my batch or somewhere else I’m not one of the guys who best to have like super super really high fat food with high fat meats because I can get my fats from other things avocado oil coconut oil grass-fed ghee heavy whipping cream so I’m not really worried about that so we’re gonna go with this and we’ll also go this is a hun percent grass-fed ground beef 90% lean so it’s a little bit more fat than this one but it’s all good so we got Laura’s lead then we got this grass-fed beef here this will be perfect for our bunless burgers and this is going to be perfect for our stuff green peppers stuffed peppers okay up next is the bacon and there are a lot of big anyone that I see that’s uncured so regardless of uncured Sunday bacon ma okay next up we’re in the cheese section it’s pretty cool right here look at these so this is like salami with some cheese so these are really good for like snacking again well okay not really snacking but really on the go Kito foods right here you should be really cool for we’re traveling all day we’re on the road and they get here camellia crying so I got to make this quick we’re gonna grab some of these we’re gonna grab some better feta cheese butter beans so they’re your we’ve got our cheese okay guys so that end last long how to get kamila how she wanted to make a video of parents also look at her shirt guys this says let’s go to Target so this is every mom’s favorite t-shirt and babies okay so time for eggs and good thing about this Tori having final farms eggs so remember last time we’re at Walmart and they didn’t have pasture-raised eggs that’s what you want pasture-raised eggs so I’m a huge fan of Vidor farms absolutely love them so boom gonna get some eggs shout out to Target for having these guys to store it these are like my favorite eggs to get okay guys so next up we’re in the yogurt section there are many many options to choose from but be very careful a lot of these packed with sugar even though they say really high protein yes that is true they are very high protein but they have tons and tons of sugar your best bet is going to go with this one right here this is total 2% and himself carbs not that bad and 23 grams of protein so this is my one I go to again when do I take my yogurt I like half of my yogurt after my workout but that’s just me again you don’t have to get yogurt if you’re doing keto or you doing Lokar it’s not something you absolutely need to have but for me I’m a bodybuilder I’m all about building muscle I’m all about getting that protein in and quite frankly I enjoy yogurt so this is what I go with so one thing about targa is that they’re really not known for like their fish section and hey I’m not gonna hold that against them target has actually come a really long way so what we’re gonna do right here do some simply balance salmon now I know I really don’t like Alaskan Atlantic salmon because you know they say oh they’re raised in a form and look that may be true but look it’s much better than eating a burger from McDonald eating like you know pizza and all that stuff I rather eat this than that so again 15 grams of fat 23 grams of protein and zero carbs so boom right here can you get better options at like your local Whole Foods salmon section absolutely but we’re here at Target gotta make do what you can get so this is we’re good to make my wife nervous but the ciccio’s are walking around and they don’t want to film it and if you work from Target if you know what I’m talking about that stuff you got some cauliflower right right here these are perfect so what I like to do that if I’m craving like Chipotle or want like a burrito bowl what I do is that I make everything that it takes to make it readable but switch out the rice obviously no beans and just switch out with this cauliflower rice right here it’s super super easy to make you just put this in the microwave warm it up for like I think five or six minutes and bada-bing bada-boom these come in handy do you like this okay this next food item really helped me get through the cuter Jake diet in the beginning of my life you guys know me I’m Mexican okay we eat a bunch of tacos and unforseen when you start the kid a sonic die / low carb diet you cannot have tortilla Mission made these really good car balanced ones and they’re only for net carbs so these definitely helped me so if you’re one of those people who like absolutely loves tacos like me don’t panic HUS panic you’re gonna be okay if you’re like my wife you’re gonna be okay because these you can do so much of these I love breakfast tacos I actually grew up on breakfast tacos like half of my life I grew up having a breakfast taco every single morning so here you go you put some eggs some cheese some bacon and one of these car balanced ones and there you go I would say this is more low-carb than actually Keo but again this video is strictly for people who are just starting the ketogenic diet what’s keto friendly what’s low-carb friendly but I definitely recommend these if you’re someone who absolutely loves having tacos and you miss them so this is a great great option a lot of people love pizza and now forcing when do you the ketogenic diet you’ve got like stop eating pizza you got to give it up but quest nutrition actually came out really delicious pizzas and what I’m going to get right here is a they don’t have my pepperoni but I’ll go with this one so here is the thin crust supreme 20 grams of protein 5 grams of net carbs of per half of this pizza so that’s actually not bad if here’s someone who absolutely loves the ketogenic diet never closes because she is totally cold this is gonna be your best option now again I’m gonna say this again guys a lot of people are say yo that quest pizzas not Kato friendly look it’s much better than having a real pizza right McElroy’s calorie wise carb wise I rather eat this in a real pizza now again is this something you’re gonna eat every single day absolutely not this is something that I would have like once a week maybe like on a Sunday me and crystal want to have like a movie night to ourselves which probably never happens because we have two kids but we would have this right here definitely recommend these thin crust pizza Supremes bike quest nutrition shouts requestors will actually be in Vegas with them in about ten days you ready baby yep okay if you’re gonna eat pizza you have to eat it with ranch yes I’m one of those people who maybe now has to has to have ranch where the pizza if you’re just like me please let me know in the comments below that leads me to the next point so I’m here going through like the ranch sessions and I ran into this one right here primal kitchen and this is ranch with avocado oil so this is kind of interesting I never tried this before but I hear a lot about primal kitchen so if you guys have tried this please let me know in the comments what you think do any of y’all know about primal kitchen I hear really really good things so I’m gonna go ahead and try this out hopefully this does taste good it is a little bit pricey but hey we aren’t target and target is let’s Bureau it is a little boozy but it’s all good so here we go branches our next option okay so next up we’re in like the oil so there’s avocado oil there’s like coconut oil there’s all types of stuff me personally when I cook their food I like to cook I like to cook it in olive oil so I’m gonna go with this I mean there’s many many options to choose from so at this point I’m just going to be looking at price for nine really not that bad for a hundred percent extra vinegar olive oil and I like to use the spray the spray is just a little more convenient so when I’m cooking on the pan spray methine yes it’s not messy and then with this one like I got to scoop it out rub it all over my shirt ah make a mess so yes and this sometimes somehow this ends up in my wife’s pat-down so you can use those for everything I don’t know why stop taking my oil for my food for your face and your toothpaste and all the stuff you think so yes that is what we’ll go with we’re almost done guys to continue and we’re doing really good were kicked out you know I’m pretty sure I’m following yeah the frypot they’re definitely watching us right now so this next section absolutely just please whatever you do avoid this section kamila tell them avoid this section okay so for me when it came to starting my Kido journey it was really hard for me to drink plain water and actually to this day it’s still hard for me to drink plain water like I’m one of those guys who has to have some type of flavor in their water I gotta have something sweet what I’m about to show you a lot of you probably may disagree with me you say oh you know what Logan that has this and that that has this enough look don’t panic cuz panic everything to be okay everything in moderation so me I actually like Powerade zeroes I don’t see any Powerade zeros anywhere but I do have they do have these Gatorade zero so I’m gonna grab a couple of these and again these will be perfect during my workout after my workout or before my workout this is a great way to get your electrolytes in you guys know I’ve said it many many times and make sure you get your electrolytes in so this is gonna be one way to do that we’re gonna go with this blue one and we’re gonna go with this frost one right here so Gatorade zero I want to say there is a certain ingredient in there that a lot of hardcore keto people are very strict cute people do not like hey if it’s not for you don’t worry just drink water you’ll be okay but I don’t think drinking a gator easy oh is gonna stop you from reaching your goals right it’s not gonna like oh man I’ve been losing so much weight and then I drink a Powerade zero or Gatorade zero you know two three days out of the week and now I’ve plateaued or now I’m gaining away I don’t believe that’s gonna happen a lot of those persons who needs to have some type of flavors in their drinks Gatorade Zero spike run sparkling ice is gonna be really good this is a coconut pineapple I’m gonna try this actually sounds delicious so I’m gonna try that these Bali’s are actually really really good I hear really really good things about that and I’ve tried them before they’re actually really very good for people who just start the ketogenic diet low carb lifestyle I know a lot of you probably freaking about what you can’t have there are many many options there are many many things you can’t have but like I always say everything in moderation so definitely don’t drink one of these every single day there you go we’re almost done let’s continue okay now we’re in my favorite favorite section and crystals like shake and holding the camera now because she doesn’t want to get kicked out and I’m like yo come at me bro come at me bro come at me okay so next up we’re in the nuts section I’m telling you if you guys have not tried these before they’re phenomenal roasted macadamia nuts I can destroy destroy this bag and this bag would probably almost 2,000 calories so you don’t want to do that but I absolutely love roasted macadamia nuts we’re actually on sale not too long ago for like two for like eight bucks or something ridiculous and I missed it I missed out on that cell is very very gutted but here we go roasted macadamia nuts I definitely recommend roasted macadamia nuts they’re like my favorite enough to have they are a little bit pricey but they’re actually not that bad here they’re only five bucks for that bag when I pretty sure this bag is $10 yeah Tyndale jeans were coming down a section and I think we made perfect time so I only had 30 minutes to make this video and I’m pretty sure we’re gonna do it so please if you’re someone who says I don’t have time to go shopping I don’t have time to do this I don’t have time to do that guys I’m doing this shopping video with this little child right here and we’re in this guy’s way so we got to keep moving forward so come on come on come on but like I said I promise you guys nobody has time we’re all super super busy so you have to make time if you care about your life if you care about your lifestyle if you want to reach your goals you’re going to have to just make time so like I said we came to Target over just like literally last minute came to target and we’re making this video it only is gonna take us 30 minutes to go shopping and look look at all the food we got we got some pretty good cheeto friendly slash low-carb options so if you’re someone who wants to lose weight someone who wants to lose body fat this is definitely gonna be something for you this lifestyle this grocery haul is definitely sustainable I mean we got pizza we got bacon we got some yogurt we got cheese we got Matt Damon we got low carb tortillas I mean you can’t go wrong like no excuses guys we’re gonna go pay for this I’ll show you what everything cost and then we’ll do another little breakdown when we get home we got to get out of here oh no mommy what’s the look no mommy was like yes for all the dads out there you know you definitely all just want to get in and get out of Target we’re all the moms out there I know which I want to do I want to walk around a hundred times look at every single thing what do make it very easy for you guys I want to make a diet not seem like a diet whether you’re doing keto where they doing low-carb I want whatever you’re doing I want it to be sustainable and the best way to do is sustainable is to start off slow like having a quest pizza now I say it’s all time cuz I know a lot of people like are probably gonna question some of the food items I got but you have to understand I’m a huge believer in everything in moderation so I’m not saying to eat a quest pizza every single day or to have those low carb tortillas every single day I’m just saying have them every once in a while that will keep you on track because what I’ve experienced with a lot of my clients and a lot of people who have tried the ketogenic diet / low carb lifestyle is that when you take something away like a hundred percent it tends the mess with the mentally and I’m a true believer and whenever you’re doing a diet or you’re trying to reach goals it’s it the best way is to make little steps at a time and when you take something just like go cold turkey a lot of people tend to feel that way when you take something away that they’re so used to having it sets them up almost for failure so I don’t want to set you guys up for failure so I think this grocery haul would work best for anybody especially a lot of beginners especially a lot of people starting the low carb lifestyle
