    what about MG++ cation and its role in binding ?,,also, does it differ between ePKs about
    (ATP bind by itself or as C-AMP)?

  2. Question..seeing that all of the signaling pathways now require multiple interactions amoung seperate proteins and coenzymes, how did pathways operate prior to the genomic mutations responsible for the translation of related components? Is there an operable motif amoung conserved domains?
