[Music] now I’m tired but we’re gonna make I ran out of cookies I went out of you know little pastries to eat keep your pastries so we’re gonna make some keto cookies with some really really great ingredients right here is some coconut flour some ground flax seed centric I’ll needs some sliced almonds peanut butter powder shredded coconut pecans pink Himalayan salt ginger chia seeds lucha fail cream cheese nutmeg baking powder this is a half-and-half mixture of Ault allspice and cinnamon some Kerrygold grass-fed butter and that’s a little bit of extra cream cheese and for me for me those are the ingredients you’re gonna use along with some heavy cream I’m gonna also add some vanilla whey powder for protein okay vanilla whey powder then you’re gonna have your almond milk and heavy cream so we’re gonna put this together okay anytime you buy cacao nibs they’re organic and you know heavily unprocessed they will have its shells in them so what you just have to do is just take a minute to put them in the palm of your hand okay and you just look through this you just look through it as you put it into your bowl and take the shells out the the manufacturers does not always get the shell okay so you have to take it out you don’t want to eat that you don’t want that in your because it is disgusting okay and you don’t want to mess up your teeth with with that okay so just go through get the shelves out if any in ik set up cacao nibs you by gonna have some shells in it alright so just take them to your hand and get it up and it’s not it won’t be that minute it might be some rocks too so yeah here’s a rock so take the rock out and you will be okay so once I finish going through these and getting my dry ingredients together we will be back so I have all my dry ingredients and mix together and all I did will just take a spoon through it make sure it’s fully incorporated mixed up and I look through it to make sure that you know there were no more as how you’re stirring it no there no little cloud nude shells all right now look at this I want you to look at these dry ingredients for your cookies look at that you can see the almond you can see the chia seed you can see the cacao nibs you can see the shredded coconut in there you know and it’s a beautiful color it’s a beautiful color you want to have before you even cook your food and eat it you want to have this beautiful relationship with your eyes okay so this is gonna be really really nice and what I put in here was one this is gonna be a big batch because I’m gonna do something different minute I’ll show you what I’m gonna do this is a cup of coconut flour it was a fourth of a cup of flaxseed meal it was half a cup of cacao nibs half a cup of sliced almonds fourth of a cup of shredded coconut it was five tablespoons of powdered peanut butter to three scoops of vanilla whey and two tablespoons of baking powder two to three tablespoons of chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of maca powder with about a half a teaspoon of nutmeg and there and then I took my my allspice cinnamon mixture ground mixture and I ground myself and I put in about two two tablespoons of that into here and that’s what you get this I have put some butter I put five tablespoons of butter with nine ounces of each other cream cheese and the microwave to melt it down I’m going to add two eggs heavy I’m gonna add two eggs I’m gonna add four tablespoons of heavy cream and then the rest is gonna be almond milk and to like if the consistency that I want for my cookie okay and we will be back when I get that melted and start folding it in I thought about the taste here and I thought about adding some ginger so I went ahead and put a tablespoon of ground ginger in here because I want that ginger filet okay and I forgot my pink Himalayan salt I put about it teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt okay and that my dry ingredients are all mixed up right here I have nine ounces of neutral cream cheese I have five tablespoons of butter I have four tablespoons of heavy cream I have three or yeah three tablespoons of stevia liquid stevia and I have three tablespoons of organic refined coconut oil and I’m gonna get my wits and I’m gonna mix this up okay I’m not gonna put the egg in because the butter and the cream cheese is warm and I do not want it to cook the bread [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] okay this is the butter cream cheese and the coconut oil with the heavy cream and stevia and I’m telling you that right there is a perfect icing for whatever perfect icing that is so good I can’t even explain to you how good it is okay welcome back I decided I need three eggs with a cup and a half of almond milk because I noticed how much dry ingredient I have two wet ingredients and this is gonna need to be fairly pasty so that the cookies form right because anybody who knows baking on keto if you do it right there’s nothing like baking with actual flour and stuff like that so I’m gonna fold this in and then I’m gonna fold in my cream cheese butter coconut oil and stevia okay and we will be back I was not so here is my cooking mixture and it’s like a thick cake batter that’s what you want if it’s any thicker than that they’ll just come out to be like clumps and all I did was take this and put it onto a baking sheet into the size of cookies that I want they’re big cookies and I have some blueberries I have cons and walnuts and so on this one I want some blueberries blueberries on this one be creative use any kind of nuts one really good these is gonna be good it’s gonna be good with walnuts [Applause] slowly so he cans on this one oh and imagine it imagine it imagine how this is gonna taste it comes out the oven okay so blueberry pecan and walnut peanut butter cheeto cacao nib green cheese cookies okay I’m gonna get these all worked up and in the oven I will come back when they’re done and they are absolutely amazing I don’t know what to say it’s just I’m gonna have trouble trying not to eat all of them but good start good fart noise it’s like giant cookies think I want to try it one of each tonight how about that each one has about two to three net grams of carbs so you can have a cookie okay I’m gonna eat bye
