[Music] okay hey guys it’s taquito King here do you want to eat Nutella on a low carb or keto diet well you absolutely can and I’ll show you exactly how to make this chocolaty nutty goodness the ingredients you’ll need are some hazelnuts vanilla extract salt now any type of nut oil will do or ever caught of oil as I’m using cocoa powder and it’s sweetener of your choice an optional ingredient is psyllium husk which really helps create that nutella texture so i highly recommend it right first off pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit grab yourself 3/4 cup worth of his or nuts pop it in a tray with the tinfoil in it and pop that in your preheated oven for 12 minutes once those hazelnuts are nicely roasted take them out and you want to remove the husks of the hazelnuts now you can do this using your hand as you can see I’ve done here but what I found is a way better method just simply grab all of your heads or nuts pop them into any container with the lid pop the lid right on and then give it a really good shake so the heads or nuts do come off it’s alright if there’s a few that still have the hustles of skins on then pop that directly into your blender you can use a food processor as well for this you can grind up the heads or nuts until it starts to clump just slightly you’ll then add 2 tablespoons of a nut oil or avocado oil and blend it up again as you’ll see here mine didn’t quite blend up nicely so I just grabbed a plastic spoon and mix all the ingredients together and put it right back on the blender blend it up for quite some time don’t be shy to do this for a while you really want to give this has a much Mackey ground up once it’s very smooth you’re then going to be adding in two tablespoons of cocoa powder directly into the blender you’ll then be adding in two tablespoons of the sweetener of your choice now I recommend a stevia product but please watch the huge warning I give about stevia products I’ll put a link to it in the top right hand corner now it is immensely important for those on a keto or low-carb diet now I use xylitol here unfortunately xylitol gives this Nutella a grainy texture which is fine but not exactly what you’re going for the stevia will give it a much smoother texture once again blend that up make sure everything is fully incorporated then next you’re at be adding in half a teaspoon of vanilla extract blend it up once more scoop it out into a storage container and you end up with a wonderful low-carb Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread like now for me I want to try and emulate the thickness of Nutella so I recommend adding in half a teaspoon of Sicilian class can be stirring it in you can see now the thickness as it is it’s perfect for a spread just not quite a rip off in the channel mixing xilian has pop on a lid to of container and leave it in the fridge for at least a few hours I did mine overnight it comes out with a hunger-free six picture like this seriously guys this topic is phenomenal so healthy none of those rubbish fillers in there can guarantee you guys will love this thanks so much for watching don’t forget to subscribe to my channel so you don’t miss any new uploads from me come check me out on patreon and please smash that thumbs up button below it really helps the channel and of course keep akita
