today the Sunday and I’m heading out to a place called hold in the world cafe it’s in Bangalore and I have heard a lot of good things about this place I’ve been there once but at that time I was not on keto so today I’m going to go to that place and figure out if there’s something to eat over there which is kilo friendly and let you guys know so this meal this has school eggs fried okay Sunnyside up mushrooms a little bit of onion a little bit of capsicum some sausages some ham I had completely fit appendix I asked to not bring his bread but this still brought the bread so I probably won’t do can start with keto it’s a really good question so if you go online you will find a lot of answers a lot of different answers for this particular question the reason being that you know the Internet is filled with people who tell you stuff on the basis of what worked for them and there is no literally you know the there’s no science to back it up now even I will tell you an approach that work for me you can maybe try that approach and you can see if it work for you guys especially use that Network so how I started my career journey was like in October November last year I started researching about Quito like what exactly is Quito and you know what do you generally eat on Quito what kinds of food can you eat on Quito things like that and I think on January 18 I made up my mind to step onto the Quito one January 18 and on January 1st which was the first day of this year I promised myself that I will cut out all sugar for as long as I can and for 18 days straight I cut out sugar entirely now some people think that you know you can maybe cut out sugar and hop onto the Quito bandwagon at the very same time well that’s probably true for a lot of people if it works for you it’s amazing I thought that probably might not work for me so what I did I cut off all sugar for 18 days for January from January 1st to January 18th I had no sugar at all and on January 18th I went full-on through ok so this means that cutting out sugar was one part of it and then I had high fat foods like I will have full eggs I’ll have chicken with skin I love bacon I will have panini I will have stuff that has fat in it and I limited my Cubs to 20 exams a day sometimes I won’t even these 20 grams of pay but then slowly I realized that you should be having a lot of green vegetables because that’s where all the nutrients the nutrient dense nests of this diet will come from so I started having a lot of green vegetables which since I’m advising you for this diet you probably should start that from the beginning I realized it like after one month or I should be doing it because I wasn’t feeling too well on this diet and after I started like you know eating all these vegetables it just became a cakewalk now the first two weeks on the keto diet was very easy for me okay a lot of people go through this thing called the keto flu it’s not exactly a fluids it’s like it’s like a body has been running on curves your entire life and now you’re such into fat so during that switching time your body doesn’t know how to use the new source of energy efficiently so it’s out of energy and there are some symptoms that might show up for example a little bit of nausea or diarrhea or things okay maybe maybe lightheadedness drain for whatever you want to like you know call these things it’s kind of a side effect of the body not able to use the new energy source efficiently so that happens to people almost immediately when this step on keto because they don’t have a lot of glycogen in their bodies right now I assumed that I had a lot of glycogen that is why the first two weeks were amazing for me because you know even if I was eating fat and my body did not know how to use that energy most of my energy was coming from the stored glycogen and my body and it was still car based fuels so I was feeling wonderful okay but after the second week mark it was really hard for me and it lasted for over a month and by over a month like I told you earlier I was not having my green vegetables I was not replenishing my electrolytes efficiently so when I say you know replenish your electrolytes I mean have salt have light salts have magnesium of calcium put whatever source you can in water drink it twice or thrice a day it’s just something that you have to do salt your food properly okay on a non keto diet salt is probably you know looked at as a devil like to read Hans but on the keto side of the spectrum it’s not because just on a copy diet then you are storing a lot of water and if you’re eating a lot of salt then you feel bloated okay you your body gets looted but on keto diets which are not eating carbs there is not enough insulin in your body so your body is not retaining a lot of water and since the body is not retaining a lot of water your kidneys are dumping out salts are dumping out electrolytes so you need to replenish them so it’s not a devil B salts are not Devils on 32 diet so yeah that’s probably how you can start a keto diet and I would say rather that you should go and do as much of research as possible on this diet because you are probably not aware of the house and the words of this diet and you need to educate yourself efficiently effectively certainly so that you know you don’t fall down you do not have to fall down in the first place to pick yourself up that’s a good thing though that’s how you learn from your own failures but that’s probably something that you don’t want to do because you don’t want to feel like ok so yeah thanks for
