hey guys what’s up I have got both a smoothie King’s new Tito friendly shakes I have not tasted these yet I didn’t even know these things existed until this morning and as soon as I saw it I hopped in the car I was like I’m gonna do a review I’m gonna let you guys know which one of these tastes the best or if they’re even good at all I like smoothie king I know people are gonna bash them before I used to just get like a plain gladiator with nothing in it sometimes I would add avocado and smoothie King used to do avocados they haven’t done avocados for a really long time getting it keto friendly smoothie there has been pretty difficult to do for a while I know the quality of ingredients before people start bashing this and saying go eat something else the macros aren’t that great like I know I looked at the macros before I went but the macros for each of these these are both smalls for the keto berry which is this one is 430 calories 23 grams of protein 31 grams of fat it is 19 carbs total or 9 net carbs so 9 carbs they claim they’re all under 10 and again this is for a small if you go up to a 32 ounce or 40 ounce obviously the macros are gonna vary and change on that you can find all the nutritional information on their page and for the keto champ coffee the macros are at 420 calories 24 grams of protein 31 grams fat 14 carbs with 7 grams of fiber so 7 net carbs so if you’re looking for the lowest carb option between these two the keto coffee is going to be lower than the keto berry if you’re eating a super strict keto diet obviously both of these are gonna be probably higher than what even your Mills typically are these also both cost five dollars and seventy cents each kind of up to you to decide if that’s worth it for you I don’t really know what the prices are for the medium and the large I never get those sizes there ever alright so let’s do the coffee one first keto coffee I mean come on like everybody everybody loves keto coffee no they don’t actually and I did it for a long time but tastes okay 430 calories that’s almost probably pretty close to like if I make a real bulletproof coffee that’s probably about the same calories I would make at home and I’m gonna have close to zero carbs in that if not zero it’s okay it’s not super flavorful if you don’t like coffee honestly don’t pick up on the coffee flavor very much the immediate thing I noticed from this and I noticed this from so many Keo products that are trying to be something else it has a chemical aftertaste I hate that like whatever the keto protein blender keto smoothie blend they’re using like I can totally taste just some kind of and I’m sure they’re trying to get that from the sweetness or something I kind of have that longing keto smoothie recipe I did a video on that a while ago I’ll link it up here I think the smoothie that I make personally currently at least from the keto coffee I do think it tastes better I can’t remember some macros right offhand for the smoothie I was making versus this smoothie this tastes processed which kind of sucks because some of the other smoothies that I’ve had it smoothie key especially if I’m not gonna get a key to a smoothie or try and even make it keto friendly but just kind of I don’t know try and pick one of their healthier options smoothie king is obviously not the healthiest place to eat they taste better than that all right so this is the keto champ berry let’s see how it tastes hopefully better I mean it’s fruit it does taste better I will say it has a little bit less of a chemical taste like that aftertaste it is not very sweet so you can definitely tell like it’s not loaded down with berries it’s like blueberry and raspberries in here I believe there’s no strawberries smoothie king they’re strawberries they actually soak them and like a sugary syrup sauce if you do ever go there and you want to like add strawberries or something like this it’s definitely gonna blow the macros out of the water there but their strawberries cozy strawberries they’re soaked in sugary syrup some places will rinse them for you but I mean it is what it is honestly my honest opinion is they’re both kind of like in or okay neither one is super great probably think which one’s my favorite of the two they’re both and tasting I think that’s part of it cuz like I’ve used ice or pure protein powder before and then yet used just I guess what good quality or better quality ingredients and I can definitely get a better at tasting smoothie so the macros are what they are you either like a rainy dome I know a lot of people will be like ah that’s not keto because the keto police love to keto police everything they either fit your macros or they don’t or you’ll make an exception one day or you won’t that’s gonna be a very personal decision honestly for five dollars and 70 cents which I’m only gonna finish one of these I’m how can I treatment both I have to think about if I would really want to spend that on this it’s not the macros that I have any issue with again I knew what they were when I was getting into this or really neither of these smoothies really tastes that good I wish they tasted better I mean I really do if you go out and you give them these smoothies and post a comment below let me know what you think for me obviously I paid for this myself this is just my honest opinion and review of these and again like say they’re both just kind of okay I think there’s definitely room to improve and grow here but it’s a great start we’re seeing more and more keto friendly options out
