hey guys welcome back to my channel my name is Aaron what I put out keto what I eat in a day videos pretty much every single day with a few random sprinkling of other videos thrown in if you could please do me a favor and make sure that you have hit that like button also if you are new here welcome the subscribe button it’s like right in this general area if you could click that and then click the Bell notifications so you know when to see the face that would be awesome let’s get into the video so this video is a collab with Ashley over at oak crow gal her channel will be linked below if you do not follow her I do not understand it as to why she is amazing we love her but we decided that we were going to try and do another choppa video maybe this time a little bit more seasonal I will be making for you a pumpkin cheesecake shuffle you both really love these they are super versatile they can be made into sandwiches that can be made into just regular waffles I think I have an idea for something but I have to play around with it it’s gonna take me a little bit so that’ll be a video for another time but these are gonna be seasonal flavored waffles fairly certain she is doing an apple spice churro trouble so if you want to check that out what you should because duh her link again will be below but yeah let’s just get into it let me show you how to do this okay so you guys are gonna need about 3 tablespoons of confectioner’s swerve about 40 grams of pumpkin make sure that you do not get pumpkin pie mix it doesn’t end well it is full of carbs 3 ounces of Philadelphia’s cream cheese I use 1/3 fat 2 ounces of mozzarella cheese for the chapel and then extra for the the maker 1/2 a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda and about a 1/2 a teaspoon of salt I am using vital farms eggs and of course your waffle maker first thing you are gonna want to do is make sure that your cream cheese is soft mine was not quite where it should have been and I did not realize this until after I added all of my sweetener and then I created this a beautiful ball of cream cheese so I decided to nuke it for a couple seconds and it came out the exact texture I needed it to switched my mixing tool and we were good to go so just make sure it’s the right time add a little bit of vanilla extract I forgot about that part you guys know me I don’t measure that ish next add your pumpkin as well as your seasonings all the salt all the baking soda all the pumpkin pie spice and you can obviously adjust the pie spice if you want to add your egg again I use vital farms just because I prefer their eggs Mixy Mixy Mixy mix oh so add your cheese here I used two ounces inside the actual chapel and then about an ounce with all of the chapel’s for the krispity krunch Adina so spray it down sprinkle your cheese down on the bottom part and then of course add a little bit of your mixture I cooked mine for about five minutes and they were fairly soft on the one side I prefer them that way they definitely get a little bit more firm the longer you let them sit out but I hope you guys make these and I hope you like them every day I’m shuffling doo doo doo all right guys here they are they came out pretty decent they were a little soft at first but if you let them sit they do get harder I wound up using about three and a half ounces of cheese between all six obviously I tasted one for quality control so give these a shot they’re pretty good definitely see like sweeten to taste and make sure that they are to your liking there you go guys pumpkin cheesecake chuckles YUM
