My Keto Life | What I Eat in a Day! Down 30lbs with KETO!

first day of fall but it’s not actually the first day of fall I guess it’s the unofficial first day of fall Labor Day is now over and summer is unofficially over I guess for most of us we consider September to be the beginning of fall and definitely in the stores everybody’s ready for fall even some people are ready for Christmas that’s pushing it a little too much for me but it’s definitely I feel the unofficial start to fall I have been uploading my what I eat in a day videos on a pretty regular basis I was doing it daily and then I just needed to take a little time off from doing that and I haven’t shown you guys what I’ve been eating for a while so I decided today that I would just record what I’m eating and what I eat in a day on keto what is helping me lose weight I have officially down 30 pounds now using keto and I want to share with you guys some of the things that I eat in a day that has helped me lose 30 pounds so like I said I consider it the unofficial first start to fall now that Labor Day is over so I broke out my pumpkin coffee I’m having some coffee with pumpkin syrup flavoring the sugar free carb free and this I don’t usually eat breakfast and I don’t usually eat this early it’s like 10:30 in the morning but I decided that I kind of wanted some coffee today since it’s unofficially start to fall I just thought in the fall mood and to add to that I’m going to make some pumpkin spice chapels that are going to look exactly like well not look they’re going to taste exactly like a glazed spice don’t spiced pumpkin spice doughnut it’s a little bit of a tongue twister there so I’ve got my coffee I’m drinking my coffee and I’m going to go into the kitchen and make my pumpkin spice chapels and I will show you what they look like and how I make them and then after that I’m going to go do a few things and then I’ll be back for lunch and show you what I’m gonna have for lunch so stay tuned for my chuckles alright this is gonna be my first meal for the day it is the unofficial start to fall and since Labor Day is over I think it’s okay to pull out the fall flavors and the fall suns and all that kind of fall goodness now so one of the main you have this morning is the pumpkin spice truffles and I have my little chocolate a shin setup here and I will show you how I make my chocolate and my first meal for the day so to meet my pumpkin spice truffles first I’m gonna take an egg and I’m gonna crack it in the bowl and just whisk it up really well it has been all whisked up I’m gonna add about a tablespoon of softened cream cheese to that I’m going to add about a teaspoon of the Jordan skinny syrup and pumpkin spice and then I’m gonna add about 1/2 of a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice I just eyeball it it doesn’t have to be inside you can use less or more depending on your taste and I’m just going to mix this off I’m gonna add two tablespoons of almond flour and finally for the last ingredient about a tablespoon of the powder urethra job all right I have my little mini waffle iron I’ll heat it up I have my heart waffle iron I’m using today and we’re just gonna go ahead and add our batter to the waffle iron it’s probably a little too much but I think it’ll be okay we’re just gonna close the lid and let it do its magic all right as you can see here I had a little bit of a chocolate Splosion but it’ll be okay and it turned out wonderfully anyhow so we’re just going to take our chocolate our chocolate and I’m going to put it on my cooling rack to cool and then we’re just gonna close our lid so while my next truffle is cooking I’m going to show you how I add a little bit of an added touch to my chocolates to make them just a little bit more like a glazed pumpkin doughnut what I did was I took some powdered urethral tall with a little bit of water and I mixed it together to make kind of like an icing glaze hope you can see in there and I’m just going to drizzle some of that over top of my pumpkin spice Charles and that’s just gonna add a little bit more sweetness to make it more like a glazed doughnut and there we have our pumpkin spice chocolate my first meal of the day and then I will show you what happens for the rest of the day alright I am back it is a several hours later every time I say that I think about the spongebob cartoon that has several hours later so now I’m gonna have my lunch and I had told you guys in previous videos that I was having a meal replacement shake before some of my lunches but I didn’t elaborate on what kind of meal replacement shake I wanted to try them out and see what I thought of them and how they worked out for me before I let you guys know what I was doing I don’t want to ever tell you guys something that I don’t like or isn’t working for me or have to go back and change what I think about it so I’ve been drinking this meal replacement shake for a couple weeks now and it has worked out really well for me I am NOT the kind of person who likes to put a lot of thought into my food I love food obviously I love to eat but I don’t like to put a lot of thought into how many calories should go here how many macros should go there carbs all that kind of stuff it just makes me nervous and it sets me up for a binge or sets me up for failure what I have to think too much I like things that are straightforward and quick and easy and these no replacement shakes have been something and that have been a godsend then have saved me from having to think about one meal a day and normally I don’t eat three meals a day usually I do the fasting today was not a typical day because I did have my chocolates for breakfast which weren’t but usually I just do two meals a day I fast until around 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon and then I have my shake and then I have a meal and then I’m completely satisfied that takes so much pressure off of what I have to make for a day what I have to eat and what I’m going to eat I know what I’m gonna eat I can have my dinner meal prepped out grab a shake for lunch and I’m done so the shakes that I’ve been using is by 3:10 nutrition 310 nutrition reached out to me and asked if I wanted to partner chocolate mint of everything but I was very surprised that salted caramel is my absolute favorite I love them both but the salted caramel quickly became my favorite as you can tell we’re almost out of the salted caramel and out of the chocolate mint so I definitely recommend these I’m going to show you how I make my shake in just a minute I’m going to be making it so I can let you tell you a little bit about 310 nutrition meal replacement shakes that have been loving so I’m going to read from the package so I don’t mess it up and first let me tell you it is plant-based which is awesome it is sugar-free dairy-free soy-free egg free nut free and gluten free which is amazing there’s a lot of people with different kinds of allergies including gluten allergies and this is perfect for somebody in that kind of situation there is for one scoop of the powder there is 90 calories 2 grams of net carbs and 15 grams of protein so the powder alone gives you 15 grams of protein that’s not even including whatever you mix it with if you do your almond milk or whatever else you choose to mix with it is amazing so you do a scoop of this with a tablespoon of your MCT oil which gives you your healthy fats and this literally does keep you full it keeps me full for at least 5 hours I can that is the average amount of time I can go between when I drink my shake and when I start getting hungry for my next meal so that is amazing you know when you’re on keto you need something that’s gonna fill you up and satisfy you because you don’t want to get hungry and this definitely does the trick and like I said it takes the guesswork out of what you’re gonna make for there your next meal as you’re gonna see when I go over to make my shake in the kitchen you can definitely blend it in your blender or the cup that you put it in to they give you in your starter kit you can just add your liquid whether it’s on milk coffee there’s you can actually add the powder to anything water whatever you choose to add to it you can just shake it up it doesn’t have to be in a blender that’s why the blender bottle they send you is so convenient because if you’re the on-the-go kind of person you can just pour your powder in pour your put in and shake it and as you’re out the door and it’s no time at all like I said when I show you how I make mine I do make mine in my blender because I make mine kind of like a milkshake so stay tuned and I am going to show you how I make my yummy lunch so let me show you how I make my three ten shakes there are several different ways that I do make them but this has been my favorite as of late so what I’m going to do first is I have both a salted caramel they sent me a salted caramel and a chocolate mint and I love them both but I have was surprised that the salted caramel has turned out to be my absolute favorite I was expecting the chocolate mint to be my favorite but it turns out salted caramel is so good and I love it so let me show you how I make my 310 shakes so I don’t have any kind of fancy blender this is just a cheap blender and I fill the cup with ice and then I put in one cup of almond milk and I’m just going to put the lid on this and then I’m going to blend it all up until it’s nice and smooth prepare for loud noise and that’s gonna be about good you’re not going I don’t get my ice cubes completely across but that’s okay so what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna put this into my blender bottle over here and then I will be right back no cone slushy consistency in my cup now so now I take a second cup of almond milk and this is what I’m going to add my scoop of the 310 salted caramel protein powder and I’m just going to add it to my blender now I’m going to add a tablespoon of my MCT oil [Music] we’re gonna put the lid back on there and I’m just alright and once I have my powder blended up with my I’m not I’m just going to add it to my top and there you have my smoothie that I enjoy it’s nice and thick like a milkshake and very delicious this will keep me fill for at least 5 hours until I’m ready for my next meal so I just wanted to show you this one more time up close while I’m going to drink it it is delicious and nice and thick you can make it thinner if you want you don’t have to add the ice I had a lot of ice which Fulks it up a lot as you saw in the clip when I was making it I do the slushies with the almond milk and the ice to make it slushy and thick first and then I mix my 310 powder with almond milk and mix it up and then mix both of those together so that’s just how I choose to do it I do use two cups of milk you don’t have to use that much liquid if you don’t want but this is just what works for me and keeps me full and has a great taste and I love it it tastes like a milkshake honestly yummy it tastes like a salted caramel milkshake that’s all I can say because of that I just want to say thank you again to 310 nutrition for reaching out to me and partnering with me for this video I you did okay it’s dinner time and I’m going to make my third and final meal of the day so when I’m gonna make this is the first time we’re gonna make this and I’ve heard a lot of people say it’s amazing so I’m gonna try it for myself and it’s called the keto crock broccoli casserole and it seems pretty simple there’s not a lot of ingredients so that’s going to be perfect for me so I first I started since it’s only me eating I’m just doing a small casserole dish broccoli so I went ahead and I sprayed that with some olive oil then what you’re gonna need is approximately 4 ounces of softened cream cheese three strips of bacon that I crushed up not crushed I cut it up sliced it up broke it up whatever you want to call it I did it and I put that in the bowl and I’m also going to put in about a half of a cup of shredded cheddar mozzarella blend and I’m just going to mix this all together okay now to add the broccoli I’m just going to use some frozen baby broccoli florets just the 12 ounce bag I need about 8 ounces of it so let’s move about 3/4 of the bag like so and we have that all in there and I’m just going to mix in my cheese mixture and give it all a nice toss so it’s all mixed together alright there’s what it looks like after it’s been all mixed up so I’m going to transfer this to my baking dishes I think I overestimated how much I’d have for the little baking dish so I got out a second baking dish so see how much this little one holds and what I don’t eat I will take and give to my neighbor actually let me start with this one here first since this one is bigger and I’m gonna pair this with I have some rotisserie chicken I had from yesterday so I’m just gonna have chicken alongside of this I’ll show you that as soon as it gets done of course so we’re just going to scoop this into the baking dish we have just enough for this one I should have got this one out you can tell this one has been well used and well-loved because it’s very burnt this is my favorite baking dish I have new ones but I refuse to get rid of it because I love it all right this is ready for the oven I’m gonna put this in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes and then I will be back when it’s done here is my keto crap broccoli casserole right out of the oven it looks amazing and there’s my rotisserie chicken I’m gonna have with it I’m gonna plate it up and I’m gonna show you what my dinner looks like this will be a serving for four I’ll get four servings out of this so I’ll either take some to my neighbor she wants to try it or I will use it for leftovers here’s my third and final meal for today this is my keynote crack broccoli casserole I’ll plate it up and my rotisserie chicken that I had left from Labor Day and I just put it on I deboned it and put it on the plate broccoli casserole that looks amazing guys yummy I cannot wait to dig into it so this has been a full day of eating this is my third and final meal for the day I’ll be done until tomorrow now
