[Music] hi everybody this is Shelia filly time left welcome to my channel welcome back to another week of my all-in-one health and wellness journey video I have a whole new meal plan ready to go for the week full of keto friendly recipes and this will be for August 19th through the 25th so please keep watching hope you enjoy so for a meal plan this week we’re gonna start out Monday with a chicken Ancelotti casserole this is a new recipe that I am trying and now I’ll just probably serve this with a side salad and then for Tuesday we’re gonna do an Italian ground beef casserole I’ve made this before I think I’ve made this before I didn’t have it printed but I remember making it I think I just forgot to print it but anyway we’re gonna make this it’s from Casey Trenholm calm she has a lot of good keto recipes on her Channel and then you can also sign up for her like newsletter will she’ll send you once a week she’ll send you her keto meal plan with in a link to all her recipes that she uses which are all delicious then that and that also has Ross cauliflower in it so I really didn’t write down another side Wednesday we’ll do our usual pizza which is the fat head dough pizza crust from Koval keto cookbook Thursday we’ll do a pork chop recipe I found this garlic butter mushroom pork chop recipe that I want to try and then I have us having that with some broccoli probably loaded broccoli then Friday night will be our usual burger rolls Saturday I wrote down wings and a salad and then Sunday night I’ve got country-style ribs and probably some green beans and that is a look at the meal plan super simple these recipes will be linked down in the description box below you can always look there if I have a recipe to link please look there I also give you a Pinterest link so if you want to pin it on your Pinterest board for later and then this also is always linked down below I purchased this from Amazon okay so we have a sprouts hall to share with you first for this week so we tried our we’re going to try these almond breeze it’s the unsweetened chocolate for either some chocolate milk or I saw somebody on the keto rewind Facebook group that she heats it up and I think adds heavy whipping cream and makes it like a hot chocolate so they are too carb and then less than one gram of fiber and no sugar so we’re give those a try I picked up some more the rao’s growls pizza sauce two of those the Mazetti is on sale this week twofer six so I got the tomato basil they were completely out of the marinara I’m gonna try this organic red enchilada sauce from sprouts Emily picked up her cap Hill almond milk this is the plain unsweetened yogurt I found this Dubliner cheese in the wedges I love the cheese block you can get will they have the cheese wedges and then I needed some more of the stevia drops like at the sweet leaf vanilla cream and the sprouts brand in the caramel and then they’re heavy whipping cream as a dollar cheaper than Walmart so I went ahead and picked up three Emily picked her up just purely Elizabeth ancient grain granola and original salty sweet crunchy clusters I picked up a bag of the Lily’s dark chocolate peanut butter cups another milk edenia unsweetened vanilla creamer I take this to work and I have some in the fridge at work with my coffee the Boar’s Head pepperoni for our pizzas and then Lily’s dark chocolate chips these are what I’ve always been buying ever since we started keto will donate they now came out with milk chocolate and then they also had a semi-sweet and then stocked us up on our Lily’s chocolate bars the salted almond milk chocolate style there’s a salted I’m an extra dark and a the salted caramel and then Emily wanted to try these brand Vic this hue dairy-free vegan paleo cashew butter pure vanilla bean or chocolate almond butter puffed quinoa and dark chocolate and then strawberries and grapes so that’s it from sprouts next will be Walmart so here is our Walmart haul got some baby carrots avocado aroma tomato a lemon some jalapenos some bananas and then I picked up this because it was marked down this big pack family pack of drumsticks some real good of foods enchiladas these are keto friendly egg whites some steamed fresh broccoli cauliflower these are something new it’s chick achlys caprese chicken sausages with basil mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes and then they’re individually wrapped in their own little steam packs so just thought I’d share that with you if you want to check to see if your Walmart has these I got some sliced prosciutto Emily got her some sandwich meat got some more the little pack for that snack and go black olives some K Cups the community coffee and Folgers the just a great value original premium sausage breakfast sausage it’s the lowest carb that I can find Ross vinegar Emily got her some hot sauce we needed another thing of baking powder some diet cranberry ground beef found some markdown chicken thighs I got the boneless skinless I like to use these for soups and casseroles and then these are bone-in skin-on which we like to roast and that’s all I really needed for food this week and then non-food I stocked us back up on different size sandwich bags and then I needed some fish oil and some of the Garnier micellar cleansing water that’s it takes care my groceries for the week tonight’s dinner is a new recipe that we are trying called quito chicken ancho a lot of casserole and it smells delicious so if you make this just I wanted to tell you to be careful when buying an inch a lot of sauce because some of them have added sugars and cornstarch this one I found at sprouts and it does call for a whole 15 ounce jar I only used half just because I didn’t feel like we wanted to just completely coat it in sauce so because I think two tablespoons no matter what brand you buy the two tablespoons are still two carbs but some of them were as high as I think six or eight because they had just stuff there’s stuff in the ingredients that didn’t need to be there so fYI watch out for that you know what I am I forgot I’m gonna have some avocado on the side so I need to I need to cut an avocado and have one on the side but I am serving this with a side salad of green leaf lettuce some black olives and some of our homemade ranch and then I am gonna put some avocado on the side but this already has sour cream in it but you could put some more on top you could also do some cilantro some black olives some scallions whatever you like on top of kind of enchiladas we’re gonna go enjoy your dinner so y’all this recipe is a keeper it is delicious it tastes just like what would be inside of an enchilada so if you’re not Quito and you can have corn or flour tortillas definitely add them to it if you want or add you know tear them up and add them to the recipe or layer them or whatever but is fantastic I like this inch a lot of sauce so I’m glad I only used half a jar so I’m put this in the fridge and then we’ll have it for another another time when we want to make this so I’m packed me something for my lunch tomorrow added some black olives I’m going to take a holy guacamole cup with it you okay Charlie John was having a sneezing fit and then I’m gonna take me some of my toffee pecans to have his little dessert or snack or whatever but what I did to the recipe was they say you can use a rotisserie chicken I cooked a package of boneless skinless chicken thighs I just boiled them and then I’m kind of not really shredded them kind of cubed cubed it up and then instead of Mexican Mexican blend cheese I just used some Monterey Jack that I had left and some cheddar and then of course you saw the right answer a lot of sauce that I used and that was it super easy recipe but very delicious so highly recommended it’ll be linked down below and then I’ve got my lunch packed and ready to go for tomorrow okay dinner tonight is Italian keto beef skillet it’s a delicious recipe and since it calls for ground beef I also took out an extra pound of ground beef and made some hamburger ground beef for our pizza tomorrow night so just kind of did some meal prepping while I cook dinner and then for the side we are having some parmesan Italian breadsticks is it from the craveable keto cookbook so there’s the beef skillet here is my ground beef for our pizza tomorrow there’s plenty here I’ll use what I can for our pizza tomorrow and then I’ll freeze the rest and probably label it as pizza ground beef and I’ve seasoned it with this McCormick girl makes hamburger seasoning and then these are the breadsticks they are from craveable keto but kyndra Hollie on page 144 if you have this cookbook and you haven’t tried these yet I highly recommend them they are delicious and then I also made us a dipping sauce that’s already at the table but I make it with some good garlic infused olive oil balsamic vinegar some coarse ground black pepper and some parmesan and then we like to dip our breadsticks in it so this is my delicious dinner and then also meal prep for dinner tomorrow night so it is pizza night for dinner tonight this is the pizza crust from the craveable keto cookbook we’re having cheese pepperoni and ground beef and this is that ground beef that I prepped yesterday with last night’s dinner it was super easy to just reheat with a little bit of chicken broth and then I added it on the pizza and put in the oven and it is delicious well I’m finally going on my first walk for the week and it’s Thursday just the way it goes sometimes but I did finally just get last week’s all in one health and wellness journey video uploaded took me all week to finally sit down and film the ending to that so it is now live so I hope you all enjoyed that video but it is still 100 degrees here in Texas and it has been really hot and humid but we just figured we’d take a quick walk tonight and hopefully we get in some good walks over the weekend or tomorrow being Friday and then Saturday and Sunday ok so I didn’t film a dinner last night because we had so much leftover food from the week that we ate leftovers last night so it’s not and he went ahead and grilled out our burgers and then he had new to us barbecue place that he went to at lunch today so he brought us home some brisket smoked pork and some jalapeno cheddar sausage so we’re just kind of having a meat platter tonight because it’s all good it’s all delicious but he went ahead and what cooked these because I had taken them out and so then we’ve got plenty for lunches for the weekend but I’m definitely gonna try a little bit of all of this with some of my good sugar free G huge barbecue sauce [Music] [Music] so happy Saturday everybody I’m going to attempt to do the chocolate like a chocolate egg sandwich so I’ve got one already going in the little – mini waffle maker I just whisked whisked up two eggs with a little heavy cream I put some bacon bits in here and a little bit of cheese salt and pepper and then I went ahead and fried us two eggs and then I’ve got some avocado and I’ve just added some of the pink Himalayan salt and pepper to on top of the eggs as well look at that I thought like an egg sandwich would be good this morning oh holy cow yeah that really puffed up so I’ll let you know what I think and I hope you enjoyed seeing our walk this morning we went on a new trail in our neighborhood and it was a really good almost one and a half mile walk this morning so there’s my first one that came out and it is crispy so the trick is to put some cheese on top kind of let it start melting and then add in your egg mixture so yeah that’s crispy yep that’s gonna be delicious okay so I’ll take off my second one and I’ve already got my one underneath the first one I made and then my fried egg and some avocado and then of course I told you in the batter I put bacon bits and then there’s cheese so this is all I need this is going to be so filling I probably won’t even need lunch today look at that oh that’s gonna be delicious dinner tonight are some parmesan garlic wings this recipe is from the Quito foodies our Quito for foodies cookbook by Nicole downs this so far is my favorite recipe from this cookbook they’re on page 250 and then I’m just serving it with some a side salad with some black olives some cheddar cheese and I made a fresh batch of homemade ranch dressing and that recipe is from the southern quito cookbook so today is Sunday and I just wanted to share with you what I got prepped for this new week for breakfast and dessert and work so I used this cookbook right here that I haven’t used in a while the everyday ketogenic kitchen cookbook by Carolyn Ketchum and so this was a new recipe that I just tried today they’re called savory breakfast cookies it’s on page 102 they almost just look like the drop biscuits if you’ve made the drop biscuits from southern quito they look very similar except the southern keto recipe uses sour cream and this recipe uses cream cheese and then it you add in I added in breakfast sausage and bacon bits but you can do Canadian bacon or ham so I have those two then to pack for my breakfast during the week for a dessert I made her chocolate pecan pie muffins we’ve made these in the past they are delicious page with 132 these are excellent for dessert snack breakfast but they’re good I love to have one after dinner with a little bit of homemade heavy whipping cream you could drizzle over some melted chocolate or caramel or something fantastic and then I made hard-boiled eggs for me and Emily so just have for the week I love to keep these on hand either to take as additional breakfast or snack or I’ll make myself a deviled egg to have them with dinner or deviled eggs make great snacks too and then from southern key oh I made her salmon patty recipe which I’ve made and shared with you guys I love these I love taking these for lunch and then I just made myself a note that I served this with her tartar sauce so I did make her tartar sauce I make a half batch just because it’s just me that’s eating on it and then to change it up a little bit if you have this recipe it’s on page or a cookbook it’s on page 186 I used minced onion instead of regular diced onion and then instead of fresh chopped such as she dropped use dried chives and then I baked mine I do not fry mine I bake them in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then I flip them and then bake them another 10 minutes and then her tartar sauce recipe is on page 276 and like I said I did half the recipe just because it makes a lot and I don’t eat enough then to get me through eating the patties and that’s it so these are gonna be packed in my lunches for this week also kind of mixed into with what leftovers we have for the week for dinner I’ll take so this is everything I prep today dinner tonight is just some baked country-style ribs added on some of the sugar-free G hues barbecue sauce and I’m serving it with just some broccoli cauliflower medley with bacon bits and a little bit of cheese and then I made some hard-boiled eggs today so I made myself a deviled egg and this is our delicious dinner okay so to wrap up this week’s all in one video some of y’all were asking about food staples on this keto lifestyle so there are a ton of keto grocery shopping list cheat sheets all over Pinterest in the internet that will help you see what you might like to eat while you’re following a ketogenic lifestyle and if you want to keep it basic start with your meat and start with your vegetables and maybe your fruit and so for meat for us honestly I do the the only organic I buys the grass-fed ground beef because this is just an expensive at Walmart we love burger bowls every week so I get different hamburger patties I’ll get the Angus beef I’ll get beef brisket they have some that are like bacon cheddar for pork I’ll do pork chops I’ll do a pork loin a pork roast I’ve gone to using ground pork as well for fish I like salmon sometimes I’ll do tuna and II sometimes we’ll do shrimp for chicken I have completely switched to chicken drumsticks chicken thighs and I’ll do bone of skin on bone-in for just roasting or I like the boneless skinless chicken thighs for casseroles and soups we love cooking wings just about every week or like I said the drumsticks I do not buy chicken breasts any longer I just don’t find that the fat content in them fills me up enough you can also do all kinds of different sausages we like this brand from Costco and then of course steaks we love the thin strip New York strip steaks I don’t have any on hand but we do enjoy having those every week as well as well as bacon or ham I don’t have I have some bacon I forgot to get it out but I don’t have any ham but you get the idea print you a list and then just go through what you and your family enjoy and then stick to that so let me get this put up and we’ll switch to fruits and vegetables okay so for fruits and vegetables this is pretty much all of the staples that I keep on hand for fruits anything in your berry family is going to be your lowest carb so I always keep blueberries and strawberries also always have avocados I’ll do the raw avocados or I’ll keep the guacamole cups and I always keep cut up lemons and limes these are great for recipes but also to put in my water or my electrolyte water I always keep one Roman tomato cut it up for salads or slice it for burger bowls for black olives I like the little snack and go cups and I mainly put these on salads and my pizza I have completely switched to frozen chopped onions chopped green peppers and mushrooms because that’s just we don’t waste and it’s just what I prefer and they’re great in recipes I’ve discovered on keto I love jalapeno peppers so I always keep one of these Rubbermaid produce works containers and I’ll make poppers I’ll cut them up and dice them and make them put them in omelets or just recipes I always keep lettuce on hand I switch kind of back and forth between Greenleaf or romaine but you could certainly look at the list and do any kind of leafy greens that you’d like for frozen I prefer to keep on hand frozen broccoli frozen rice cauliflower and green beans there’s just so many recipes that you utilize these that that’s just what I keep on hand sometimes I will occasionally buy a head of cauliflower I also like to do zucchini for zoodles I don’t have any on hand but I do do zucchinis or any kind of squash and then usually spinach but I just don’t have any right now but these are my staples as far as fruits and veggies okay so here are my staples as far as dairy of course I go through a lot of eggs and then for milk I like work the unsweetened almond milk the vanilla or you can also do coconut milk I love the Kerrygold butter I buy The Horizon organic heavy whipping cream I basically look for a heavy whipping cream that has no carrageenan this brand has no care gained in target also their organic brand doesn’t have care gained in if that doesn’t bother using buy whatever you want cream cheese I picked this up in the six pack from Costco you want full fat sour cream you want full fat ricotta cheese and then for cheeses I always keep mozzarella cheese on hand because that makes the good keto fat head dough I always love keeping Parmesan cheese on hand and then I always keep sharp cheddar I buy the big block of Tillamook from Tillamook brand from Costco and then we shred it and I just have a big bag of shredded cheese on hand of course I love keeping pepperjack on hand or Monterey Jack just be sure you read your greedy ants and get as clean as possible so that’s a look at the dairy items that I use on a regular basis for oils I keep it pretty simple a lot of times I just use my Kerrygold butter but I also love to use avocado oil for dipping sauces or for rubbing this on our fat head Oh pizza I love this garlic and garlic infused extra virgin olive oil I ordered this online it’s made here locally in Texas is my favorite I also keep a big thing of coconut oil on hand because I used this in a lot of my baking recipes and then Emily and I just recently discovered this organic coconut oil with non-dairy butter flavor and she’s been using this to cook with and she likes it so that’s I keep it pretty basic when it comes to the oils okay let’s talk sweeteners so your keto approved sweeteners our stevia extract erythritol monk fruit a yellow sand swerve I prefer monk fruit this is the brand that I buy they have a classic granular they have a powdered and they have I have a labeled brown sugar but they call it golden and then for tea and coffee I’ll use trivia please be careful with stevia sweeteners checks the ingredients because some brands call them sell stevia but if you read the ingredients they add dextrose and other types of bad sugars make sure it is true stevia it can even be mixed with a little bit of a retort all that’s fine my month fruit is month fruit with the river table this is a good brand this pure organic stevia blend is good also stevia drops these are the two that Andy and I use every day in our coffee this brand is sweetly sweet drops in vanilla cream the sprouts has their own brand I get the caramel sweet drops also comes in all kinds of different flavors this is English toffee I have a peppermint I have a chocolate and then you can also get just an original plain these are used in a lot of keto dessert recipes where it’ll say like four drops of liquid stevia and that’s what this is so that’s a look at the sweeteners that I like to use on a regular basis okay when it comes to baking ingredients or flowers I keep on hand almond flour and coconut flour the almond flour I pick up at costco but you can also get it at Walmart the coconut flower I pick up from Walmart I keep our chocolate chips this is the Lily’s brand they are sweetened with stevia then this is my granular that I showed you the LA Kanto and then I showed you the golden and then the confectioner or powdered I also keep cocoa on hand I keep pure vanilla extract on hand I also always have baking powder and baking soda another ingredient that you might see called foreign recipes is cacao butter and it kind of is like a substitute for white chocolate so I have that on hand all the time because when I like to bake this is the section where I’ll bake and then I also keep out fiber you might see that in some recipes I ordered that on Amazon so those are my flowers and my baking ingredients okay when it comes to nuts this is what I like to keep on hand there are some recipes that I really like from southern keto the cookbook one of them is her grain free granola another one is her toffee pecans and then also for just snacking so this is what I keep on hand I have cashews I have almonds I keep pumpkin seeds macadamia nut sunflower kernels and pecan halves and then I also within these recipes usually utilize unsweetened coconut flakes as well okay so let’s talk I guess we’ll call these condiments or things that I use on a regular basis I do like to make my own seasonings these are seasoning mixes that you would normally buy in the packets please read the ingredients on those these are so easy to mix up yourself there are a ton of gradients on our recipes online as well as in all the keto cookbooks I make my own ranch seasoning mix I make my own taco seasoning mix I make my own barbecue rub the other thing I like to make myself is homemade syrup but you can buy there are brands out there that have sure good sugar-free syrups Chuck zero is one of them la canto also makes a good sugar-free syrup this is the caramel sauce they make a caramel syrup to make a chocolate syrup to make a thing strawberry this is the maple so their syrups and that for ketchup we like the G hues sugar-free I think Heinz also makes a sugar-free G Hughes also makes a wonderful barbecue sauce and they now make all kinds of different other sauces this is the honey mustard but I also use regular mustard and sir Kensington is a good brand primal kitchens a good brand this is the special sauce that I like to put over our burger bowls I also put this in my deviled eggs it’s delicious for Mayo I know Dukes is not the best brand but I just all the other brands like primal kitchen and there’s another one I think maybe sir Kensington they just have too much of a vinegar taste so what a little bit of mayo I use in recipes I just use the Dukes it’s all personal preference I do keep chicken stock on hand for snacking I keep these pickle cups and you saw my black olive cups I keep on hand for butters I like almond butter this is the Kirkland brand this is the cleanest ingredient one that I can find for peanut butter we do prefer this Smuckers Organic once again ingredients read the ingredients peanut butter even has additives in it that you don’t really need so I get the creamy in the chunky I keep these on hand as well as backups for tomato sauces for our pizza I love the Rao’s or Rao’s brand pizza sauce and then I’ve been trying different Marineris marinara sauces or spaghetti sauces once again just read your ingredients you can do all kinds of hot sauces I love using chopped green chilies this isn’t a lot of recipes that I use also this Purdue salsa verde and then also just salsa I like this organic Kirkland brand salsa from Costco I make my own dressings I make my own ranch I make my own tartar sauce now you can also make your own Mayo I haven’t tried that yet you can also make your own barbecue sauce just haven’t tried that yet but I just wanted to share these condiments with you so these are just some other things that I’d share thought I’d share with you that are kind of quick snacks we don’t really snack as much anymore because as you become more fat adapted you’ll find that you don’t need snacks between meals and the longer you can go between meals the better but we do keep this these on hand so I wanted to share with you this is what the Lily’s chocolate chips the stevia chips that’s the bag it’s what it looks like they also have now come out with some snacky atoms like peanut butter cups I think there’s some dark chocolate covered almonds so those aren’t just good to just throw in your lunch or take to work or keeping your desk also Lily’s chocolate bars we keep on hand one little row or even one little square is enough for me and it then it’s even better if you dip it in almond butter or peanut butter it makes a really fast quick just dessert when you just feel like you need something so we keep these on hand there’s all different this is the salted almond this is the salted caramel but there’s a crispy one that we like and then there’s also an original and then just a I don’t know how dark there’s dark versions of dark chocolate that you can get we love moon cheese this is what we’ll pack with us when we know we’re going to be gone from the house and might want to snack and we get these at Costco I think Starbucks started carrying little bags now when we were traveling this past year we’d pick up those little bags at Starbucks and that would be our snack along with usually these right here or pickle cups these prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella cheeses they also have a pepperoni and a salami version your little block Amole cups are great with pork rinds and then these cheese wedges are also good another smash if you just have to have something would be a quest cookie some of the quest bars or keto friendly out prefer the cookies if I’m gonna have a quest product also we love the question ships I buy pretty much every flavor they’re stacked out in the garage I keep one of the boxes in the pantry with a mix of all the different flavors I can tell you this loaded taco is the newest flavor and it is fantastic if you use this for nachos with a burger bowl sometimes I’ll have the cheddar or I like the cheddar and sour cream or the ranch is really good the ranch to me is good with like tuna fish or a salmon patty and then chili lime and a little chili lime and be like the barbecue and so that’s what I keep on hand for questions we try to just have like one pack a week so I’ll have one pack either with our burger bun les burgers or I’ll wait and have a pack of the cheddar or the loaded taco with as nachos if I do ground beef or shredded taco chicken I love making nachos with these so these are just some ideas also I wanted to share with you bacon crumbles I don’t cook a lot of bacon anymore probably about once a month we’ll cook a batch of bacon and have that for the week so for recipes I prefer to keep bacon crumbles on hand especially for the jalapeno poppers or just some of the like of the cauliflower casserole you drop bacon crumbles there’s a lot of recipes chicken paprikash the roll that utilizes bacon crumbles so I keep those on hand and we rotate through we’ll either do a batch of bacon or I’ll do a batch of the cheesy sausage balls or we also like these chicken sausages so that’s kind of what will rotate various or is between bacon and chicken sausage and breakfast sausage so here are some other items that I pulled from my pantry that I want to mention you’ll see Himalayan pink salt used in a lot of PETA recipes or for your electric replenish your electrolytes you might see that somebody recommends mixing pink salt with water you can also use an electrolyte supplement I like to use the Ultima blant brand replenish errs this is the flavor lemonade but they have other flavors and it’s just a packet that you pour into your water and this is what I’ve been using for over a year and still by often collagen is an option you can put this in your smoothies or your coffee you just want to read up on the benefits of collagen I did when I first started I did do MCT oil but it’s it’s not necessary and so I don’t use it anymore any of your Kido powders that are out there on the market you don’t need that you can certainly do your research and decide if it’s something you want to try another thing you’ll see in recipes is a whey protein isolate or an unflavored whey protein this right here is the recommended brand I’ll get this on Amazon it has the lowest carb content and the best ingredients as far as it’s literally just whey protein isolate and so I looked in and it is zero carb and 25 protein in Li it doesn’t add a flavor to recipes just adds the protein in the way something else you might see is unflavored gelatin this is the Great Lakes gelatin it also includes collagen joint care you might see that I found that on Amazon or you can just use plain gelatin that you might find at the store something else you might see used in recipes as a thickening agent is xantham gum I found this at Walmart I’ve been working on this box for over a year it’s these little packets something else I want to mention that for breading a lot of recipes I keep pork rinds on hand not just for snacking but also crushing pork rinds makes a great alternative to any kind of breading of our breadcrumbs that you might need in a recipe so guys that is it I pretty much have pulled out everything from my pantry my refrigerator my freezer the best thing I can recommend to you is to go online find yourself a list and if you’re just getting started maybe start with just the meat the fruit and the veggies circle what you eat or your family will eat find recipes keep it really simple and then when you decide you want to get into more baking recipes invest in a keto cookbook and then invest in the almond flour or the coconut flour or whatever sweetener you prefer and then just go from there I do have a video a flip through video all of my keto recipe books that I do own that are in my pantry that I use every week you can check that out I’ll link it on the screen and down below if they give you an idea of which one you might want to try first or check them out from your library or by the online on a Kindle app or something like that or check them out online through your library but just get started and keep it simple these lists are very very helpful especially when you just want to get started or if you need to go back to the basics if you’re feeling overwhelmed and you just want to go back to the basics definitely you to
