matte lipstick and I’m gonna make sure that it’s not shifting or moving anywhere or if you clicked on this video because of the title I’m going to be explaining and sharing my Aikido diet experience and everything with everyone now if you follow me on my Instagram my snapchat pretty much those two platforms you know that I’ve been keeping up with y’all on what’s going on the weight loss the war weigh the waist beads everything for the most part so of course I’ve been getting plenty of questions in which I have everything in my phone in my notes because I need to make sure that I do not forget anything so every so often you might catch me looking down at my phone just making sure I’m just crossing my T’s and got in my eyes first I never Brussels know why you wanted to do this why you one dies it is that I wanted to die it because I felt like I was getting waiting areas and because of my school schedule and all of that I wasn’t and I haven’t found that balance to be able to work out and I was eating more with going to school because you know I’m getting up earlier I’m up longer in the day because breakfast lunch and then dinner and then sometimes in between so it is for me that is a lot of eatin and if you’re not balancing that out with working out for me that’s an issue potential weight gain time so that’s what was happening to me you probably couldn’t tell from in videos or in pictures but I surely can tell and I know that I was feeling heavier and looking different in the mirror so how long have I been on the keto diet is actually been three weeks and I’ll be three weeks in two days tomorrow so yeah this eyelashes bother me so I’m sticking in there I have actually once I met that three weeks mark I actually wanted to try to transition back into eating somewhat of a normal / healthy diet with still kinda keto because of multiple reasons in which I will continue to share in the video later on some people X has experienced the keto rash no I did not knock on wood I did not experience any type of rash or anything like that the keto flu symptoms now I had to read into this keto flu symptoms a couple times just to make sure I wasn’t saying no I didn’t experience this not in experience this but I did experience this so I was saying no I had an experience the keto flu but it includes many different symptoms which involves headaches constipation what else I mentioned them down below brain fog nausea cravings dizziness irritability and cramping and which a lot of those ideas experience our experience cramping a little bit definitely cravings that’s any diet so I went in directly said you know I’m saying pinpoint that 200 kilos I have cravings every single day every single moment of the day so that’s normal I definitely experienced brain fog there were times where I felt like I was like a little discombobulated or I wasn’t as sharp as I know that I could be I feel like because my body was trying to transition and trying to equal itself out with what I was putting in and what it was putting out like as far as exerting energy being in school and trying to learn and focus and stuff like that so I did experience some of those issues I wanted to share what the are my starting weight was 164 164 pounds and my current weight is 154 pounds and I’m kind of like I’m just really staggered right at that weight and I believe it’s because my diet is pretty much simple is what it is I’m not lessening the amount that I’m eating and I’m not going over it like overeating by any means but I feel like I can’t drop any more away because I’m not working out so I feel like if I was to add that in on my daily schedule or even three or four times I have the week I probably would see a difference in that I probably would get down to 150 but I see that I am kind of happy with the 154 uh weight but I think I will be like ecstatic with the 150 way because it would give me a leeway when it’s that time of the month my menstrual cycle I do gain weight with water weight my breasts get bigger it’s just you know women and men y’all understand so and know what’s going on some tips to help anybody that is wanting to try out the keto diet one thing that I would like to share with y’all is that there are no shortcuts with this diet especially the first week we can have two weeks all of that just plain a simple it’s gonna be hard for your cravings to the cease it still is hard for me but if you really want something and you know you want to change your image whether it be for you whether it be for any type of situation who know who cares if it’s you that you want to change the way you look you need to stick to it and I highly suggest food prep I’m not saying you gotta go out here and buy all this amount of shrimp while all this so my chicken all this amount of fish and steak and have 20 mils for the next hour amount of X amount of days I’m not saying go all of that heart like it’s not that big of a deal Plus whoo nice eat the same food yeah matter days and like in a row I know I don’t I’m saying grocery shop to your diet because if you have the keys of success to succeed then you’re going to succeed in your diet but if you’re buying potato chips you’re still not ice cream in your freezing you know you’re gonna eat it why what you’re not setting yourself up for success you’re setting yourself up to fail on your diet and push it off to who knows win and mentally prepare for it as far as search what the diet may consist of as far as what foods groups can you eat well food groups can you not eating you should stay away from and stay straight to the diet if you aren’t going to push yourself the other people around you and close to you are not going to be able to push you because of like oh she’s playing or he’s playing you don’t wanna do this diet for real so just set yourself up for success oh my god just mentioned do your research research is very important for any diet you need to research breakfast meals lunch snacks and dinner you do that and you gonna be good like you gonna be good it’s not rocket science you guys it’s simple stuff simple stuff y’all my hairs looking right and it is dry it’s way bigger than a Sun learning the pros and cons of the keto diet or of any that you’re going to want to strive to succeed in first we are gonna go with the keto cons as I mentioned earlier the keto flu and all the symptoms that include that the keto pros are weight loss it has been shown to stabilize and get under control type 2 diabetes as well as treating epilepsy and cancer symptoms like to prevent cancer because of the types of food that you’re putting into your body it just has less likely effect to multiply and to generate I guess the cells of certain disorders or certain diseases like it’s truly incredible if how you can change the way you eat you can change the way what may potentially happen to your body like something that may be extremely toxic and detrimental to your body so make sure you think about that when you eating french fries from McDonald’s every day and Burger King burgers right y’all gotta quit so overall you guys this video is not gonna be too long overall I want to just share that this diet can be kind of difficult because it does take away the more pleasurable foods as well as a lot of guys do it does take away rice grains or grains in general bread sugars and stuff like that fruit some fruits you cannot eat because just naturally the sugars are too high the purpose of the keto diet is to train your body switch your body from burning off carbs to burning off total fat so carbs are in potatoes carbs are in breads and all that is all the stuff that is so good to us but it’s not all that healthy yes it is good that our body burns off that but if you want to do the specific keto diet you need to train your body to burn off fat including but not limited to like fried chicken steak a lot of protein what you can eat certain amount small amounts of watermelon certain fruits you guys really watermelons the only fruit that I went to safety to eat I ate berries be careful with strawberries strawberries can be high in too much sugar stay along the size of raspberries blackberries blueberries that type of thing eggs scrambled you can eat cheese all that kind of stuff has like zero carbs so you’re good with it you get good good stay away from our own potatoes french fries best of Liza everything Lobby we allowed my water right now I hope this video wasn’t like drag or to like mellow tone or a boring anything like that I really wanted to get straight to the point and feed y’all this information so yeah let me make sure I’m not missing anything registering in your mind mentally that you are going to be on a diet you were going to change this for yourself you’re gonna change your lifestyle for the better I think it’ll be a lot easier once you register that in your mind the most challenging part about this I believe is just maintaining the groceries because it can be very expensive because a lot of times you need fresh vegetables as far as green vegetables broccoli asparagus etc so that can be a little bit pricey because fresh produce normally goes bad faster and you have to cook it faster you have to maintain cooking because what else are you gonna eat you can’t I mean unless you go you find a restaurant where you know you can get certain kinds of foods where they cook you’re certified away then your best bet your safety precautions it’s just to cook for yourself and bring your lunch to school bring your lunch to work bring your dinner to work or to school or however your schedule may be salads are your best friend stay away from creamy dressing stay more on the sides of oils and vinegar etson still check the ingredients and check the total carbs the sugars and all of that I have been checking labels like a crazy person lately but it’s like instilled in my mind now I’m like oh my gosh I have to maintain a certain amount of carbs a day like some people go to the extreme and and limit themselves to 20 cars a day that is absolutely insane and that’s probably maybe why I didn’t get the keto rash this guy still works for me in the way that I’m doing it for myself now a lot of people have also asked me where did I get my meal ideas from in my recipes you guys is right in your face right in your face right in your face if you do not want to stay on YouTube long and see how people are cooking and doing all of that hashtag keto Mills keto diet keto everything on Instagram is right there and people have their entire ingredients list and how to make stuff all you have to do is just look at the picture for the most part like oh I know how to make this it’s simple this is easy and that’s basically what I do and I just imitate everything that I see up there and I cook it I hope this video was informative I hope they help y’all out and I hope it encourage y’all to live a got a cold sore on my lip and I shared that news with everybody on my Instagram both my Instagram accounts and on my snapchat didn’t hide it I’m having a reason to hide it because truly I have no idea where it came from like how I contracted it or how I got it so that is healed it’s gone it was under it is gone I’m so happy for that I didn’t want to put any lipstick or anything like that on it that’s why I had him filmed and I was just waiting forward to take his toe take those couple of days from me and it took like a week so I had to wait y’all couldn’t get on camera looking foolish cuz ain’t no tell I could blow up one day and be like dang I think Lily got song crazy like she got song crazy I’m Earl it ain’t happenin to me okay I had a cold sore but I’m back and poppin yeah so I’ll
