go check her out and her video that goes with this one so she brought it to me the ideal of sharing our favorite quito meals that are super cheap and showing you the prices so that you know anybody can do it I meet people all the time who are interested in starting Quito but it’s too expensive or they can’t afford the starter pack hit the break show hit the brakes you don’t need a starter pack you’ll need no kids you don’t need no shakes you don’t need no meal plans you need knowledge and groceries that’s it meat cheese and green leafy vegetables some butter some coconut oil some olive oil some of that stuff right there and you go let me show you my three super cheap super yummy Quito family cheated family Quito favorite foods okay and I’m also gonna show you as the bonus my three favorite keto snacks you gon love them let me know what you think below much love – yeah enjoy let me show you my super favorite 3 super cheap keto meals that anybody can do pretty much any tongue yeah we got ahead of rotisserie chicken ooh you see it’s them been dug into okay now I got this liquor at Walley world for five dollars and ninety three cent great for one person you split this up over a week’s time if you want to it’s also great for a family this feeds a family of four six books so a side toilet with and bam you can rock it it’s a whole meal okay so this right here makes with this ranch gives me my protein and fat ratio I’m thrilled with it love it now this range is kind of expensive but you can buy any ranch you’re satisfied with and see this right here is a damn good meal I ate two legs last night in that ranch and I was plenty full and once you start getting into keto real good yeah you’ll be plenty full of that – very inexpensive easy way to do it as a rotisserie chicken from Walley world family size buttery garlic one yum Yum’s the cat actually is after this I might put that up real quick now my second favorite meal for night time is a beef and cheese salad really or I call it a cheeseburger salad but you can call it whatever you want to for me it consists of about 8 ounces of beef the whole thing right here will feed a family of four or five if you add a side salad with it but for just one person I mean eight ounces of meat which would work out to be what about a quarter of the price that’s at less than seven bucks so you’re looking at less than two bucks less than two bucks you get you a couple of cheeseburgers for McDonald’s you spent more than two bucks so this right here less than two pucks eight ounces enjoy I’m sure it’s way less than two bucks I’ll put it on the screen when I work it out okay add a little cheddar or you can add a little cheese and of course you can make patties or you can just ground it up and if you do ground beef you can add you some mayonnaise some cheese and some lettuce mix it all around and you’ve got a very filling Quito dinner now also guys you can use the cheddar cheese it’s much better for you this is more dirty Quito this is dirty Quito but it’s good it’s good they work and it’s very very inexpensive it’s very cost efficient for whole family even I mean so if I serve this whole thing at seven bucks for my family eat dinner at night give them I probably give about a quarter of this bag of cheese’s cheese’s $5 bag so what that’s like a dollar of 25 so for a dollar for 25 we can all add cheese or you can used some of this and this whole pack carrying but a dollar fifty so you know we feeding a family for you at four to eight slices you still have spent a dollar 50 more and any time you can serve a family of four dinner for less than ten bucks a night you’re rocking it and you can do that with the cheeseburger salad or just a big old salad you chop up some of this chicken and add it to it very inexpensive way to have a good salad breakfast guys this is my standard norm breakfast okay standard I usually eat two to three eggs in the morning I do throw some butter into the pan or some coconut oil to frontend and I eat two sausages tagging sausage right here if seven bucks but it well it’s six bucks but it’ll last me all week long every breakfast I eat I can have two sausage patties YUM now it does have some uncouth ingredients in it you might not want to if you’re perfectly straight keto but it does work I do lose weight on it and I add a couple slices of cheese to my sausage egg and cheese scramble and you can even do it with a little bit cleaner keto with some cheddar and what that’s less than two dollars for a meal it’s good anybody can do keto I’m going to poorest people around if I can afford to do keto trust and believe you can – no starter packs needed so you guys I’m gonna throw a bonus clip to this video my favorite keto snacks that are very inexpensive in the first of all y’all you nuke some pepperonis and throw some mozzarella cheese on it that is a yum yum or guys guys nuke the pepperonis throw a little bit of ranch to the side and dip that is great – or you can do all three that’s even yummier plenty of fat plenty of protein guys this really yeah it’s Daisy and the Parmesan cheese crisps to me it tastes a very very similar to eating salt and no no sour cream and onion potato chips I love it very crispy very good got you fat these little protein and cheese so it’s a good snack – and this is one of my favorites and I can’t have this anymore y’all not entirely but check this out pork rinds you make you some ranch on the side of it throw a little hot sauce in it and oh my god it is good now this of course it’s filled with nightshades I can’t have nightshades no more but if you can yes I recommend very much so dipped in pork rinds and arranging the hot sauce you’ll be happy you did if you don’t have a issue
