you see that so much volume dieting is amazing on a whole Kublai mistype I may be a weirdo but this is my year yo my life may be crazy my lack of the lazy has let me do that I love on the daily maybe will happen today I’m in the recent past I was drinking the being savage smoothie forever but recently I just when I have something savory which is great and yeah so either today let’s see how to say it goes like what I feel I do it spontaneously we’re gonna track the savory or the sweet meal and then see how much in total how many calories am i consuming am i in a deficit I mean most likely because I’m feeling shredded by the minute I am but how big is the deficit let’s find out and yeah these two meals and then snacks here and there like fruits vegetables this and that you will see that all today so lean back and I was like like I’m not gonna attract like my bit of soy milk I put in my coffee and then I realized yo I put quite a bit in and today we want to do it for real for real so that’s how I make my savory dishes because fruits whole grains nuts and seeds I mostly I covered with my breakfast a lot and also the groom’s because like the soy krispies and the protein powder but not like whole Lagoon so definitely my dinner legumes and lots of vegetables plus I always add a nice sauce which also contains like nuts or seeds like tahini stuff like that but you will see that now while I make it I’m gonna snack one Kiwi one cucumber and one bell pepper that’s my snack I’m gonna snack while I make dinner here the calories for this snack and looks now that is everything I think so I hope I didn’t forget anything that goes in in a big pan I’m gonna do with water – Akram’s of just frozen vegetables so long hair is so rich in nutrients and volume one penis a bit of ginger freeze you because you are perfectly right and I know I start to overshare so no am I in a deficit or not yes there’s a total of 2,000 350 calories on average I burned 4000 calories per day maybe know a bit less because they weigh less but not that much less so it’s like a solid poop ATM whistle has to work so late huh that’s a cliffhanger for the vlog tomorrow because I have not everything in your it’s easy because you see I still eat a lot like I’m cool right now that is still a lot 2300 calories is for many people a lot I just a lucky guy I am big heavy lots of master and I’m just super active thus I burn tons of calories about 4000 calories so for me losing where there’s no problem and yeah which is you word ghost wrote to buck I want to be super shredded that’s my abs are constantly popping and I’m getting there and I just feel amazing and yeah macros are looking good 122 grams of protein it’s all the cracks in I need mmm I’m not saying let me know how you liked it you
