  3. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that's true simply bcoz that's when u break fasting(hence breakfast) and then fast for 16 hours after that.

  6. I found that fasting for 16 hours works for me. I eat two meals from noon to 8pm only. This is my second week and lost 8 pounds so far 👍🏾

    They should know that if the person wants to get the benefits if IF and also loose weight those benefits start after 12 hours of not eAting
    They can start at 12 hr and gradually increase it to at least 16 hr of not eating

  8. I do the extreme version of intermittent fasting (one meal a day) plus I'm on the ketogenic diet, and lost 45 pounds in 3 months. On average I exercised about 4 days a week.

  12. I couldn't do this. I eat three meals a day and I eat two snacks a day. I am hypoglycemic.I have lost 36 pounds since April 29,2019!I don't deprive myself self of things I crave like chocolate!

  18. There are several different ways to do intermittent fasting – different windows of eating. Build up to it don’t start off with 36 or 24 hour fast. Every time you eat your body releases insulin raising you blood sugar, making you fat. IF is amazing. My brother has lost 70lbs doing it and completely reversed type 2 diabetes.

I say cool it on the meat . Go organic if you can.This way of eating will save your life. Remember. NO VEGTABLE OILS .Use organic butter. Coconut oils. Or 100% frist cold press Olive oil.   33. 12 hours isn't long enough. I didn't lose weight doing 18 hours every day for months. Why? The liver's glycogen stores last for 18 hours and only then does fat begin to burn. You really need to go from dinner to dinner every other day to draw upon stored fat. There's no other way. 😭 Sorry but it's true. Monday, Wednesday & Friday sound like the perfect routine. I'm starting today!

  34. I eat chicken veggies soups , fruits stay of sodas no alcohol, lay off candy lol . Move more, going walking while shopping. Get medical ok from Dr,does work for everyone. Everyone body has different tollorance.

  36. Don't eat breakfast and just eat two meals (healthy foods) and this will do the same thing!! It's called 16:8 No food for 16 hours and then eat within 8 hours. So you sleep at night and then don't have breakfast.

  37. More than 12 hours is challenging because I'm living with family. It's kind of tradition to join dinner before bed and breakfast before living for work..

  38. It works for me. I did 16/8 and I lost not even a week. I wasn't that heavy but the problem despite going to the gym,my belly, ,side to side of my hips,and back still have fat. So, tried this intermittent fasting and it works.. Now, I eat whatever I eat with my schedule time. I'm happy for myself and I dont have to go to the gym.Ill still exercise and walk every single day..

  39. from 170 lbs, i went to 140 lbs..I did it for 1 and half month. I just had to stop because I got pregnant. by the way, I have PCOS. after giving birth and more than 1 year later, I went back eating again and i'm now 155 lbs..I wish I can do intermittent fasting again

  40. You won’t lose weight if you’re not in a calorie deficit even if you do this but in a combination of both the weight will come off
