[Music] [Applause] [Music] – travel recipes these are too sweet ones one is actually a chocolate chip cookie truffle and the other is a more decadent it’s a maple bacon truffle trust me guys you’re gonna love it this first one I’ve never tried it I I got this recipe from Instagram and I’ll put the person’s name on the screen or in the description box below but this recipe was originally for a chocolate chip mug cake and we’re just doing that adapted to the – mini waffle maker this is what was recommended so let’s see how it works before we get into the recipe I wanted to remind you guys so for the chocolate chip cookie shuffle what the recipe is calling for is one egg yolk so I have my egg yolk here I’m gonna lightly whisk it and then I have here my my sweetener use whatever sweetener you like a pinch of salt I’m using Himalayan pink salt I have some cinnamon and my almond flour so I’m just going to stir it all around [Music] just mix it as well as possible I don’t really know how many chuckles this is gonna make but the minimum obviously will be one but I’m gonna see if we’ll try to get two I’m wondering if I should have just used a full egg but I’m gonna follow the recipe I have a bad habit of not following recipes exactly so I’m always adapting them and then also there’s a chocolate chip cookie chocolate but I’m going to add in some chopped macadamia nuts so it’ll be a chocolate chip macadamia nut shuffle so let’s start adding in the ingredients let me move my my whisk so I’m going to add in the chocolate chips and the UM the Lily’s chocolate this is my chocolate of choice I’m not a dark chocolate fan Lily’s is now making milk chocolate which is awesome you’ll be winning a free Lily’s chocolate item if you win my giveaway so you can purchase whatever type of chocolate you want to believe it’s a candy bar but anyway this is what I have Lily’s is my go-to so those are Lily’s chocolate chips I have my um my macadamia nut I’m going to add and the recipe calls for butter but I’m going to add in my dry ingredients first and I do that just because it’s calling for melted butter and I really do not like to add hot butter or warm butter on top of my egg when I’m baking so let’s try to pour this butter making a mess so there’s the butter I’m just gonna mix everything again there yeah this is looking like it’s gonna make 1 CH Eiffel just mixing everything through when you work with on the flower it’s best to just let it sit for a couple of minutes so I can start absorbing the additional liquid and I just like the textures better but it’s almost like a um like a cookie dough a single-serve cookie dough so I’ll be back I’m going to look of my my – mini waffle maker and then we’ll get on we’ll move on to the next end okay guys I have my choco maker plugged up and to make this a true choco I’m going to add in some cheese and when you’re making something sweet like a sweet chopper use mozzarella cheese because it really doesn’t lend any extra flavor so it really doesn’t taste cheesy I’ll be stirring it in I should have done this part before I allow the almond flour to thicken but it really doesn’t matter you can do like fat head dough and just heat it up but all that isn’t necessary okay so okay so I’m gonna add in some of the mixture these actually make a pretty good cookie dough ball so let’s smash it down let it cook okay guys this is what the truffle is looking right I don’t know I’m kind of like I’m on the fence about this one but I saw the recommendation I’m giving it a try you guys can give it a try I feel like it’ll need some more time to kind of uh to cook around the edges but we’re gonna roll with it I’m going to make the second half of the mixture it makes the truth four tablespoons so I think that’s enough for the waffle maker so remember we have some yummy chocolate chips and some macadamia nuts hey guys I’m back this second chuckles looks about done if you want to know if your item is done cooking you just pretty much look on the sides because when you first lower it if you’re cooking with it the little B the lid will be coming up um it’ll raise up a little but once it’s done then little be completely closed that’s how I tell that’s how I know so this is the second of the chocolate chip cookie chapels if it were me I would add maybe some cream cheese on top or make a glaze or even use some like Anto or chalk to the real syrup but let me move these over to the side okay guys so I’ve made the two chocolate chip cookie truffles with the macadamia nuts next I’m gonna make my creation it’s a maple bacon Chapel now I know you probably think hey we’re Tito we look hard we cannot have maple bacon but I got you so let’s start off let’s mix up our our egg a little bit we’re going to toss in our bacon we are going to toss in 3/4 of a cup of mozzarella cheese we’re using mozzarella because it has a mild flavor and this is going to be kind of a sweet savory decadent truffle we don’t want cheesy flavor there’s our cheese we are going to add two tablespoons of almond flour and then one tablespoon of sweetener I’m using erythritol use whatever tickles your fancy I’m going to add a pinch of cinnamon you might be wondering where’s she going with this work with me stay with me I want stir you up and the star of the show is a quarter of a teaspoon of maple extract or maple flavoring y’all it’s gonna be like eating a McGriddle okay and you can say oh I hate McDonald’s or oh I hate me griddles and you’ll be lying so I’m gonna pull away and mix this around there you go there you have it there’s a mixture now standard operating procedure add a little cheese to your chapo maker we changed the name okay they want to call it a waffle maker the link says waffle maker look in the description box below but we’re gonna call it a child phone maker okay and again the recipe will be in the description box because I love you some of y’all so we add the cheese that’s gonna lend a crust to your chopper and don’t go overboard and add a lot of the mixture or you will blow your lid or the chocolate will close it set it forget it now don’t forget it give it a few minutes so this truffle is complete this is the first maple bacon chopper so the second one I’ll just add the well actually let’s put no additional cheese just so you guys can see what it comes out wasn’t like I’m still gonna cook it for a decent length of time because I like my chapels kind of crispy I don’t do that egginess close it and we wait okay guys I am about to remove this Chapel this is the second of my maple bacon chocolate hot this recipe makes three truffles so they’ll even be a little bit more of the mixture left but I mean you can’t really do anything with it I guess you can just you know you can try to push it and put a little extra mixture in there but what for so you go ahead you you make your three let them cool for just a couple of minutes and I think you’re gonna love them because like I said when you bite into them it’s why it’s a good texture it’s not an eggy texture it’s not an eggy flavor but that maple bacon flavor it stands out it’s like the star of the show so I’ll be back once this third and final chopped fold is ready and I’ll give you guys a close-up this is a third and final shot for the maple bacon shuffle I will say if you like your things sweeter than I then go ahead and maybe do two tablespoons of the sweetener but this for me is perfect you can get a hint of the sweetness and then you can just you get the bacon it really tastes like maple bacon and here is the up-close view on the right or my maple bacon truffles on the left are the chocolate chip cookie truffles with the arm mozzarella at it and what I’m going to do is I made it cream cheese glaze and I’m going to add it on to the the chocolate chip cookie truffles I figured that’s the best way to do that that’s how I would eat them anyway so thanks for watching I’ll add in a
