seems to be the thing for August right I did see a thing yesterday on Facebook because Facebook the official word of everything right so I saw a article yesterday on Facebook that said that they are excited to have her on board as well okay guys but what you really tuned in did you hear about today is macros right what are they and are they important show of hands and drop me home ammo G in the comments below if you currently count your macros okay drop it emoji in the comments below if you currently are counting your macros drop on let me see them okay so many messages that I get say I’m discouraged I am I’m discouraged Kito’s not working for me and when I asked them what are your macros in grams people give me one of two things are you ready they give me the percentages like the 70/20/10 that happy thing they give me those type of answers or or here we go or they just don’t know and they’re just guessing and what their macros are which guys that is 100% where people get in trouble okay 100% where people get in trouble I would say 85% of people that message me are not tracking their macros correctly or they don’t have their macros set they have no idea they’re just eating this high fat stuff and trying not to eat carbs that’s my keto just say you know that is not keto um your macros should be set like this fat should be your highest macro that is the macro that you want to try to hit every single day okay you need your healthy fats if you are not hitting your fat macro your body will think you’re starving and it’s not and that’s what it will not burn your your body fat you will not burn your stored body fat if you are not getting enough healthy fats because it will just burn the fats that you put in that will not burn the stored fat so you want to hit that macro so you can burn fat that’s our goal right like you want to burn the fat that’s on your body okay so it’s super important you’re fat should be your highest grams okay highest grams should be fat okay protein is your second macro okay second macro is proteins it should always be at least at least 20 grams below your fat macros okay I’m not saying percentage write this down like this is the number one secret I can give you this is that sweet sauce this is the secret to how I lost 100 pounds this is at right here your fat akhrot should always be at least 20 grams above your protein if your goal is to lose weight okay super important and guess what guys it can be more than 20 grams that’s totally okay totally okay to be more than 20 grams above your protein but it should never be the same as your fat or your protein should never be higher than your fact if your goal is weight loss always always always try your best to keep your protein at least 20 grams below your fat at least okay if you miss hitting your protein for a couple of days you’ll be okay okay don’t panic it is okay but fat is the goal okay and protein is your second and then you have carbs I do net carbs okay I do net carbs and you should all like I tried net carbs and there’s plenty of videos out there on how to track it okay but here’s the deal I do net carbs most of the time your net carbs should be set at 20 or 25 net carbs if your goal is weight loss okay 20 are twenty five net carbs if your goal is weight loss some of those grams every day of your carbs should be vegetables super important to get that dietary fiber in to keep you moving and to keep everything as it should be right absolutely okay so to recap fat should be at least 20 grams above your protein okay protein is your second macro if you miss it it is okay if you do it on occasion okay on occasion if you miss it it’s totally fine and your carbs should be 20 to 25 net carbs okay you should always weigh your food and it should be weighed before you cook it okay meat that everything should be weighed before it’s cooked okay that is super important when you’re weighing your food weigh it pre cooked okay that will help you
