[Music] okay these bacon chicken ranch wraps are so fast and easy I love these for a ketogenic lunch or like when I need a really fast dinner so all you need is some romaine lettuce leaves you can also do butter lettuce it’s a little bit softer so depending whether you like soft or crunch they’re both good and then I just get rotisserie chicken or some precooked chicken or if you made some ahead of time you have on hand that’s awesome too if not you can cook it fresh but try to always like hook things in advance and in bulk as much as possible she’s gonna lay the chicken right into the lettuce leaves and then again I precooked my bacon so I’m just gonna divide that up you can kind of break it up or leave it in strips whatever you want you can chop it throw the bacon on there and then just top it with some avocado and some salt and we’re gonna throw some ranch so get some avocado oil based wraps like primal kitchen mayo you’re just gonna drizzle a little bit of that on top for some flavor and some fat healthy fats that’s why it’s so important to get quality ramps right because you want to have healthy fats not inflammatory fats that come in the canola oil and so many dressings all right and so that’s it you’re gonna eat these look out they’re so delicious and you’re gonna serve them on the side with just some parmesan crisps but that’ll be like chips and it feels like you’re just having this amazing almost like BLT type sandwich and chips and that’s keto and fattening and so good [Music] okay this is pesto chicken salad this is so easy and fast it’s really really good tastes like you took a long time make it but you didn’t so you know that I’m all about efficiency right so I’m just gonna make this all in one bowl and kind of show you how I do it so this is just some rotisserie chicken that was cooked ahead of time you can bake your own if you want just go ahead and throw that in the bowl and then get your pesto sauce and you’re gonna add that first and just toss the chicken to coat right so if you’re doing this on plan you might want to measure I’m just trying to show you really quickly right so a couple tablespoons of pesto sauce in there I’m gonna stir that up first and the chicken so it coats nice and well and then I’m gonna add everything else oh my gosh it smells so good all right so then we’re gonna add I chopped up this is um I did a spinach and baby kale mix it’s just whatever greens you want or have on hand or like stir those in there so now it’s gonna become like a salad and before I stir it all up I’m actually gonna add my extra virgin olive oil go for organic you know you don’t survive this all the time so get like the highest quality oil you can get and put that on there and then a little bit of lemon juice so we get these nice like Mediterranean type flavors it’s so good I can get that open okay so a splash of lemon and then your feta cheese throw that on there should have us ready all right toss them set it in there and then just stir it all up and go ahead and give it a taste if it’s like not quite flavorful enough you can add some more salt to really bring out the flavor of everything but this is like so easy and so fast it’s like one of those things that I kind of get on a kick on and just want to eat it all the time so definitely don’t skip this recipe it’s a good one okay this is a super easy recipe really fast I like to buy broccoli florets that are already chopped up like this because I’m lazy and it’s really easy you can chop them up more if you want I just go for it and then I’ve got a nice delicious grass-fed New York strip steak here so all I’m gonna do is some kosher salt on this steak grill it up to desired as deadness however doesn’t I want it and then I’m just gonna cook up the broccoli and some bacon and that is it super fast delicious keto recipe this one is awesome for the whole family [Music] [Music] okay so Cobb salad Cobb salad is like keto gold hey this is like the gold standard of ketogenic eating I get these all the time when I eat out and they’re so easy to make it home to so I’m all about efficiency and making this as fast and easy as possible so I generally just grab a rotisserie chicken when I make this but you could grill up a bunch of chicken in advance and have that ready to go too and so we’re just gonna tear up some romaine lettuce or whatever leafy green you want romaine is nice and crispy on the and I really enjoy it on this and just top it with your chicken I didn’t have to cook that the bacon you can pre cook your bacon in the oven and have that ready to go – so this is like a super fast thing you can throw together when you get home from work try to batch cook as much as possible so your life is easy and then I just buy the pre hard-boiled eggs because I don’t want to do that either so just throw your hard-boiled egg on top this one’s from biopharm’s I really really love them and then yeah just throw some sliced avocado on top and then for your ranch really really please get an avocado oil based ranch this is primal kitchen there’s also Tessa maids chosen foods those are all an avocado oil base and make sure like check it make sure doesn’t have canola oil we got to get the canola oil out of our life it’s really inflammatory to our body so I love this primal kitchen ranch I’m going to pour a little bit of that on top and yes that’s it it’s super super fast and easy this is a go-to you could also make this in like wraps and wrap it up and lettuce and it’s just so ketogenic it’s so easy to get all your healthy fats and on this one so make this one a staple [Music] all right so this is one of my favorite low carb high fat recipes this is a chicken sausage sweet potato and pepper hash so it’s so easy so I’ve got this really ugly sweet potato here to show you this is how I do it so like randomly at any time during the day maybe it’s when I get home from grocery shopping maybe it’s randomly at night or whatever I just throw sweet potatoes in the oven so I have them on hand that’s really really helpful so cook your sweet potatoes ahead of time and then when you want to go make something like this it’s really fast you can just throw everything together so I’ve got my sweet potato and then some chicken sausage there’s lots of brands I think I actually have a Dells you can do Applegate organics um some sort of high quality chicken sausage we’re gonna do a couple links of that some chopped up sweet potato bell pepper you could do green green or yellow or orange whatever you want I’ve got red here and some onions that’s it we’re just gonna throw this in the pan with some butter and saute it up until these get nice and browned and delicious and that’s it super fast [Music] [Music]
