[Music] one week so many of my gut issues went away it was actually kind of a miracle and my sugar cravings have gone away too so you can check that out but this is all about what I eat in a day so let’s get do it for breakfast this morning I’m having leftovers from dinner last night this is a cabbage mushroom and egg pancake frittata type thing and then I made up some pesto and I’ve got some goat cheese that I’ll put on top so I’ve warmed this up no I’m just gonna crumble some goat cheese I love goat cheese I made the pesto using lots of fresh basil that I got at the market garlic a combination of all of and MCT oil only because the olive oil is super peppery Parmesan cheese salt and lemon juice that’s it okay just a little bit more goat cheese to top it all off I recently went to salt spring island where they have a goat cheese farm so that was pretty awesome and breakfast is ready I’m super hungry and I’m ready to dig into this okay I’m having a third piece because I’m so hungry this morning it’s time for some bone broth I’ve got some beef broth powder here usually do like a big heaping tablespoons of salt the water I’ve been having 1 to 2 cups of broth today it’s been so nice and nourishing so here’s my lunch today this looks like a bit of a mess but it’s basically just salmon that I cooked up cooked broccoli and half of an avocado that I’m gonna kind of mash in with some apple cider vinegar and salt and yeah pretty basic but it’s gonna be delicious so here I’ve mashed it all in and it’s ready to go it’s mid-afternoon and I need a little pick-me-up treat so I’m having this chocolate cluster cup they are so yummy I’m actually working on a no-bake keto sugar-free treat ebook cuz I’m really excited this recipe will be included in there and they are delicious it totally does the job before a pick-me-up so I’m going in for it mmm here’s a better close up oh yes totally sugar-free here’s my dinner tonight I’ve got a flat iron steak that I cooked in butter along with cabbage and mushrooms and then cauliflower mashed potatoes which is cauliflower that I blend I cooked and blended up with some butter and salt a little bit of cook water and a little bit of arugula on the bottom I think this really really yummy don’t you hmm look at that perfect well that wraps things up if you haven’t already be sure to check out my ultra creamy cauliflower hummus recipe in my previous video and if you’re interested in sugar-free keto no baked treats that are also vegan then do stay tuned for my little treat ebook that’s coming out soon cookie dough balls these chocolate clusters and so many more awesome recipes that I’ve been working on see you later bye bye [Music]
