I’ll be requesting this video forever the main reason why I don’t do what I eat in a day is that for most of the last two years I act with macros rather than meals which was kind of an imaginative and not necessarily that exciting most of the recipes I do is here for recipes but what I actually eat again had to eat very specific macros if you’ve seen my keys explain video you know why now that I’m getting more the hang of variation and also because I’ve gone back to school and I need to bring something in my lunch bag to sustain me through the day I actually realized in the last week that what I am making is basically two and a half three meals that I sort of prepare in the morning carry to lunch and then have my final snack in the evening the evening is not dinner it’s snack for many reason which I will explain to you as we go through the different meals and let’s get started because this is an entire day worth of food so let’s get on with it the first thing is coffee my coffee in the morning is what keeps me alive literally we saw before what’s an ant city coffee what’s a bulletproof coffee my coffee is made the most simple possible way because I just woke up and that that requires energy already guess what coffee usually make it in a mocha but whichever way you prefer your coffee will do sweetener to the coffee my sweetener is homemade sucralose we discussed it before putting cocoa butter I actually put cream mostly because I have a lot of cream around and you will see that this entire day it revolves around cream I like the taste better simple as that when I actually need or want cocoa butter because it’s a long-chain saturated fatty acid which is amazing for a verse electron transport I won’t go for cocoa butter if I just have to do it for flavor my preference goes to cream so I’ll add a bit of cream which as you can see from the amounts down in description below is not that much of a bit but I like my cream I mix it with my former now this wouldn’t be much I agree that’s where the almond milk comes in I feel like the rest at this point it’s still warmer and I am happy with that what I’ve done this last week is not only use a quarter of the mocha as I do it’s use the entire thing because whatever I’m not having here I will have in my bottle at school so you find the description below the amounts to make your mug and your bottle the on top of it and stoppable so now I reopen my truffle maker same rules I make the second shuffle I had more butter on top because again the butter the better it’s approximately a tablespoon per truffle this is gonna be my delicious lunch so now I’m gonna set it aside which is actually gonna be my current breakfast at this point I am ten minutes into the caffeinated me I have a dish ready today’s though I’m not gonna add cheese so actually this is not technically a chocolate but if you don’t say I won’t say to these and add a good tablespoon of almond butter almond butter does make it known on batters are made the same believe you me honestly people not being made I’m on batter I I wouldn’t have almond butter same for peanut butter in the money life interesting I’m not a nut butter person but they stood rad managed to be really now we blend this a bit together see how much more battery in naturally now is already yes this is the truth you’re gonna get an actual waffle here as much as I love truffles he’s gonna be okay because nut butters like our very closely resemble the effect of protein and flour when you use a butter something that is wet which is the reason why we can and my lunch I’ll have my delicious delicious still crispy and buttery chapel’s two of them because I need sustainment my brain needs to work they are very very filling and they will let me last very well until late in the evening he might actually be that some days I am not hungry after that which when considering my eating window would be amazing because it means I had my last meal of the day and around 1:00 2:00 p.m. we can only aim for that really I mentioned before I like to eat earlier in the day rather than later because as we have seen the cortisol curve naturally make us more easily resistant the more the day goes by so if you cut eating earlier in the day still eat by all means but have breakfast and that’s why I have breakfast and then I have lunch some days that my waffle and fatty coffee in the morning easily get to a thousand a thousand two hundred calories my butter each a fours go very well into the six eight hundred calories which as you can tell I have my biggest meal in the morning and then it starts going down now sometimes this might be enough for me which I don’t necessarily support a recommend because it still keeps me at eighteen nineteen hundred calories my idea would be to reach twenty-two hundred because that’s my total daily energy expenditure so I need to eat 2200 calories not to be in a calorie deficit as I’ve discussed multiple times a calorie deficit is really gonna damage you on the long-term so it can happen the off day where I eat slightly less but my aim is always to reach at the very least 2200 as you can see from the macro calculations that I either put on the screen or you find that in description below of what these two meals were already breakfast and lunch what am I left with and how do I get to my calories so what to add in the evening that can bring up my calories and not so much affect my Cubs especially my protein because right now it’s already much on the break my ideal limit personally is 50 grams a day I know that when it’s from eggs I can give myself a bit of leeway getting up to 60 70 grams and it should be your ride so that’s the reason why as you can tell these exceeds a bit my macros as you know them from my 8 key tools now likely I’m happy eggs make me feel really field for a long time and I’m gonna have tea in the evening and then the next day it starts over again but what if I’m not in that mindset what if I actually see lovely sister ramini eating something delicious and my mind stomach rather than my stomach tells me you still want to really I hear you I get you fear not there is a stupid simple thing to do which is get yourself clotted cream or Jersey cream to eat by the spoon and have that that’s the best and most simple thing that I can advise you to do when I just a cream whether it’s again Jersey cream by the spoon or clotted cream what I do is I get it from the fridge I put it on my scale it’s 295 grams good to know I’ll open it I’ll eat it and then once I’m done I’ll put it back in the scale it will tell me how many grams are there you subtract that you know how much you ate you can track it you know it yeah sometimes though even that doesn’t quite scratch my H I want something sweet so what will I do I’m glad you asked he’s cheesecake flat cake flat laughs laughs what not flap flap something I’ve talked about many times in the group but I never actually show you how I make it because it’s so easy in my perception but you know what it’s time to share and it’s cheesecake fluff strawberry cheesecake fluff actually no today is raspberry because that that’s the gelatin that I had so yeah I mentioned before gelatin is used for so many reasons and you don’t necessarily always need to actually dissolve it in water like this time so what I would do in an evening that I’m still hungry and crave for something sleep but mainly have fat left and these will add two grams of protein maybe in total so you’re gonna be fine two grams are not gonna kill you I get my manga Thank You Louise I love you Louise is one of my lovely patrons and sent me this and I love it so much and depending on how hungry my mind stomach thinks it is I will add liberally usually to a ratio 1 to 1 of cream and cream cheese if my ratio is a hundred to a hundred which is not the case now because I had plenty of food before I would add half of this more likely you’re gonna have a hundred in total so let’s say 50 grams of cream and 50 grams of soft cheese er let’s do that now again it’s not strawberries rosemarie today because that’s that’s what I had around in at least jellies these are so multifunctional like seriously an entire pouch would jellify around the pint of liquid so let’s say 500 grams of anything that it’s supposedly out liquid like our cream and cream cheese so for a hundred exceedingly I would use 3 grams a toaster Vericut accessory I’m happy with 3 you close this you keep it next to your scale for tomorrow night let’s be honest let’s get our whisker back now this can become really thick really quickly I will not lie to you sometimes what I do is dilute it with almond milk but let’s see how it goes first shall we see what I mean when I say fluffer it’s really fluff now this is delicious and this is the consistency as you can tell it’s really calm based on sticking together it’s amazing it literally feels like cheesecake texture I will not say no however some people might like unlighted texture and I do not judge you for that to achieve that here’s what she did with Corrine like there’s no tomorrow and you add the almond milk softly until you see that it’s just consistency that you like this is running around with it see how it becomes instantly more velvety and creamy the moment that you actually had a hint of almond milk so that’s an option for you as well almond milk as you can tell from the values it’s almost a zero everything especially when used in a splash so usually I don’t even track it but there you go you know it and that’s it as you can tell from the attached macro of the day I reached my calories I was sort of in a healthy room for protein sort of we ain’t not to go so high but I can allow myself to go slightly higher to 65 even 70 when it’s really pushing it because egg protein allows me that because of lies in and laosan I mentioned in the couple of holes the reason why eggs allow for that is that lies in a lesson are the only two amino acids that once you have used amino acid in protein to actually repair your body you cannot store that protein you have to use it for energy most protein will turn to glucose as being energy to be used those two amino acids though which are really really high in Hanks they are the higher amino acid in hands they turn to ketose that’s the reason why we
