the day after a cheap meal with a double Baconator we’ve got mayonnaise bacon cheese and two beef patties if I’m still hungry I’m gonna have another one of these the day after you cheat them to cut a couple days after you cheat it’s more important to be full of good fat and good protein than it is to worry about the calories I am following that up with a performance nut butter that I have frozen and yum-yum and remember this is macadamia nut coconut cashews and pink salt that’s all is in this and it’s one of my favorite treats Baconator number two at five in Holland dinner I am going to have one serving of the Heike mini cookies low carb snacks as far as total carbs go actually not real great 11 grams of total carbs for 6 little cookies about 6 little cookies so I’m gonna have about one serving 13 grams of fat 3 grams of protein a lot of it’s coming from the erythritol and a little bit of fiber so it shouldn’t be too horrible I have had these they do seem to be ok so here goes oh one more serving I guess this is the point in time I would normally have a double Baconator but he’ll be running up with my other cheeseburger patty he smelled it and crawled out of bed and I’m blurry I don’t know why stop being blurry hmm all right there we go so I got one beef patty cheese some bacon and too much mayonnaise I didn’t mean to do that but that’s how it came out oh well tastes just as good you guys didn’t see was a handful of Max pork skins I even tore up a piece of cheese in the four pieces and put them on here kind of like cheese crackers so yeah they’re in my Makris you guys took calories in micros today I don’t know if you can see it good 20 189 calories 25 grams of total carbs it’s actually about 10 less than that if you count net and 255 grams of fat 120 grams of protein this is the day after a cheat trying to keep my fats and my body satiated so I’ll have less cravings alright so Cory’s back there getting ready to do her first youtube video when will the channel lunch I have no idea but I just kind of the shower she’s like mom you need to put your makeup back on you’re doing the video with me and then her loose I probably should have left it all right I did a pretty good Baconator day with some sides like like my performance nut butter and those high key cookies which I’ve got to be honest fandom tastic they don’t taste like keto anything they don’t taste like they are some kind of different formula than anything you would buy as a sweet so they’re really really good and as a result they really really helped but before we get into the weigh-in I’m going to go ahead and tell you that yesterday was hard for me not as far as food choices with I did pretty good not struggling with wanting to carve out because if you’re new to days ago family reunion hi she did my little butt off I say little it’s not really I promise there’s photos to prove it anyway I cheated big cheat new game seven point four pounds from one cheat meal don’t know if y’all heard that or not um I’m alone in the house something just spoke that’s okay it happens on occasion all right anyway okay that creeped me out okay the hell was I talking about seven point four pounds from one cheek it is all water weight it will all come off you can’t gain a pound of fat that simply literally to gain a pound of fat you have to overeat the amount of calories your body can burn by 3500 calories now whereas I had a couple nice-sized trays it wasn’t 5500 calories on those trays what it was was a bunch of fluid absorbing crap carbs so yeah 7.4 pounds now I instantly went on a 3-day Baconator challenge and for those of you who don’t know what that is if you’re new to my channel it’s basically two to three times a day I eat a bacon ater a homemade two beef patties a slice of cheese some bacon and some mayonnaise inspired by the Wendy’s Baconator with no button so that’s what I eat two to three times a day for three days to help me get the water weight off and if I continue to do it I’ll hit new lows but I tend to get bored of it after three days so that’s why I do it for three days if I do it before yee-haa I do it for five hell yeah but probably three days anyway I do plan to do a little something different today I’m doing the bank inators but I’ve got some zucchini in the refrigerator that needs to be cooked so I’ve got to go get some coconut oil and cook it up I did get my YouTube paycheck and for those of you who are interested my channels growing quite well so every month I’ve managed to get a YouTube paycheck normally you don’t do that when you have a smaller channel it depends on how many people watch your videos now because you guys are so very wonderful to me and you watch my videos let’s see over the last I was monetized I believe at the end of December or early January so it’s grown steadily by about ten bucks a month so I’d have to actually show you but anyway this time from last month I made 168 dollars from YouTube yeah getting rich here but anyway I’m gonna buy a few groceries put with that and I’ve got a t-shirt coming what am i from for the channel to wear on the channel I hope it plays off on the channel so I can show it to you really well I ordered one of my own t-shirts finally I can afford my own merch no I can’t but I made an exception that time so yeah I’m excited about that got some other stuff coming I drained my Amazon gift cards to buy different things to try on the channel and some of them that I really liked like the Heike cookies you see that I got the other day and the the granola table at a kitchen I like that sound we got the diabetic kitchen cereal and I’ve got some more of those hacky cookies on the way but I’m gonna try the snickerdoodles this time that’s such a weird word right okay so I’m gonna go ahead and tell you about the struggles that I did have yesterday sometimes when you kick yourself out of ketosis and you’re coming back in now there is a moment of irritable I get really irritable pissed-off pissy I didn’t get that yesterday what I did that might come today actually because it’s usually about two days later what I did get was some kind of depression some kind of that deep rooted sucks one of you made a comment and it was innocent your comment did not spark it it just reminded me of what’s coming up so congratulations her daughter is getting married November the 9th but it reminded me that my 41st birthday is November the 8th and I kind of had a momentary freakout I’ve been on this planet for 41 years and I have not accomplished whole nothing really I’ve become a mom and a grandma I built the plan it up but I haven’t really accomplished anything I live in a crappy shoebox I have a crappy vehicle I have two Krabby vehicles but one’s really crappy so it’s hardly worth mentioning and then my husband has lent it’s not paid for so that one doesn’t really count yet it’s not really ours so but is every anything really ever of course you know it doesn’t matter the problem was I realized that I’ve been on this planet and then it kind of sunk deeper to having a friends I mean I have online friends and you guys are wonderful you’re a wonderful support system and I can talk to y’all any day of the week what I mean by I have no friends is there’s nobody I can call on the phone and just go hang out with not a single soul and that’s that and it made me really sad to realize it but it was mostly short-lived but did that just brought it back up I’m over here going god that’s true and that sucks and I am almost 41 and 41 40 for some reason seems to be the age the wrinkles just start to say the city now 37 you’ll start to notice them but at 40 they get a little deeper a little deeper I think you’re like what the hell’s wrong with my forehead stop that probably from giving everybody dirty looks from all my life but that’s so true you have no idea I mean my husband will say something like yeah sure I know anyway but it’s the truth hey the truth often hurts God I know what a turn 41 it’s better than the alternative I want to turn 41 but I’d rather be turning 21 I mean hey if we can identify whatever we want to be I’m the 21 year old Queen in the world bow down it didn’t work but it’s a nice thought oh my goodness so let’s go ahead and talk about the weigh-ins as I’ve kept you here longer wait I forgot something hold on I forgot my whiteboard I’ve been trying to remember to always do this again because I used to do it when I first started my journey and everybody loved it and it does help with the visual to show people and be able to kind of point it out plus when I get back through my videos and I’m trying to remember what I weighed that day I can scan through for my whiteboard I’m a little lazy and I forget where I tell my weigh-ins up alright guys and dolls are you ready for this I’m gonna go ahead and pop it up on the screen with my little screen shot so you can see now that is for my scale app when I step on the scale might have locks it in I can just screenshot it and show you guys but let’s talk about what was lost so kid add a 787 yesterday one eighty four point two today one eighty two point two that’s down two pounds of the water weight and if you’re young we used to call that a pound son or tic-tac-toe board now y’all call it a hashtag and when I did that the first time my daughter’s like mom why is there a hashtag hold their pound son okay anyway so have my lowest though I was 176 point eight that is a hundred and thirty five pounds even down at my lowest just two days ago sixty-five pounds to reach a hundred eleven point eight I’m 65 pounds from goal now of course that doesn’t end my journey because this is a lifelong journey and I want to stake heat up for life because it’s the healthiest and best way to live and it’s where I feel the most mentally sound and the better I just feel good now it’s been two days since I cheated so I’m going to go ahead and pull out my ketone sticks and my blood glucose meter will see where I’m sitting hopefully I’m back in ketosis usually by now I should be having some ketones anyway but we will see so let me pause this and get everything set up alright you guys so I’ve got everything set up I got my little penny thing out that’s gonna stab my finger and give me some blood if you’re squeamish turn your head okay it never really hurts that bad but my brain freaks out and doesn’t really want to do it I always check my mojo first because the strips are expensive and I don’t want to run out of blood I gotta wait for a little blood drop to come up at the top you know that’ll tell me when I can put my blood on it all right and the blood to the Mojo it’s gonna count down I’m gonna get my blood glucose meter ready my ketones an 88 on my blood glucose let’s cross match those with the ji ki and I’ll be right back to tell you what that is all right guys said just cross match my blood glucose and my ketones to get my G K which for me my butt glue coast is a little bit high a 0.5 is considered nutritional ketosis but when you come when you cross match them the number come out to nine point seven eight which is not in ketosis but it’s close enough and I know that I’m coming back in and it’s student and if my ketones can go up just a little bit or my blood glucose can go down just a little bit I’ll be in a great state of ketosis which shouldn’t take too long especially since it’s another Baconator day which again I will probably be having some zucchini tonight because I don’t want to waste it and I did only grab water weight from that so I really kind of hate that but I don’t want to waste it and my husband’s gonna want some fried zucchini so yeah I don’t mind too much there I mean I understand you need to know this is a lifelong journey and when the scale fluctuates it just tells you how something is affecting your body it’s simply alright the other day you carb load it to you go you you count seven point four pounds yesterday you did pretty good so you dropped two pounds of that water weight and tonight if I have the zucchini then I might fluctuate up a little bit but I always expect that when I eat vegetables because that’s just what vegetables do to my body doesn’t mean I don’t need them it doesn’t mean that I don’t need the magnesium and potassium them but it will affect the scale for me not for everybody but for me it does so I can expect tomorrow that there is a potential that I will go up but hopefully because I’m coming down and water weight it won’t look like I went up it’ll look like I went down we’ll see our deception anyway aren’t you guys so when I was editing the video I realized it just kind of cut off all of a sudden on me so I’m gonna end it here remember if
