Keto Weight Loss RESET! Monday Weigh-In ( 4 Year Keto Journey Continues… )


hey guys so it is Monday September 2nd it is Labor Day and the kids are screaming anyway so today I am starting my Monday weigh-ins again just because the first from 2015 until about 2016 and at half I lost all of 110 pounds because I started at 250 pounds and then I went on a weight-loss journey and I was like so determined and keto was like amazing and so I lost 110 pounds and then from I say mid-2016 to like mid 2018 I put on like 40 pounds and then just maintain basically since then and I am like seriously back on the weight loss mode train I’m really determined to like lose about 30 pounds I have started working out so I don’t want to be like too hard myself like week to week but I did notice the other day because I went to get some new pants and I actually size down even though I weigh the same so I’m not gonna let the scale discourage me this time because when I started working out when I was at my lowest weight I totally got discouraged and I wasn’t eating enough and then it led to binges and then carb creep and then I just ended up packing on the pounds because I just could not control my emotional eating and it was just a mess but I’m like emotional eating free since like November of last year so I feel really good about this I feel a little really good about going back into like weight loss mode and so I said I just want to do these Monday weigh-in update videos just to share with you guys what I’m doing during the week I still I’m gonna do like full day of eating videos and I’m also going to be doing a three day carnivore video cuz today tomorrow the next day I have committed myself to three days of carnivore with a restriction on dairy being four ounces or less just because I know I overdo I overdo the dairy and I know if I watched my dairy really really carefully and tracked then I would not overdo the dairy not overdo calories and I attract everything today so yeah I’m gonna be sharing that with you guys in an upcoming video but I wanted to do my weigh-in with you guys today so let’s go ahead and show you my way in from this morning good morning guys it is 853 Monday September 2nd and I’m gonna do weigh in again so myself doing these weigh-ins again just because I want to you know be accountable see if I could reach some goals like try so one eighty nine point eight is what we’re starting with so that was my weigh-in from this morning one eighty nine point eight I believe it was and so that’s my starting point so I’m super excited I’m going to be taking my measurements and I’ll go ahead and throw that in next Monday’s Wain update because I’m gonna be doing these every single Monday until like I get closer to my goal and yeah it really helped me so much during my first weight loss journey I mean I kind of took a break from everything when I got stressed out life happens but I’m on a new weight-loss journey so instead of a hundred pounds I have thirty pounds to lose thirty pounds I want to lose and I also want to gain some muscle so I’m going to be focusing on measurements but today is just the weigh-in and next week will be weigh-in and measurements and yeah I’m really excited so thank you guys so much for watching thank you for watching my journey and for those of you who have been around this whole entire time I love you guys thank you so much for all of your support and for all my new subscribers I love you guys so much thank you for your support and thanks for watching these videos and I hope I inspire anybody out there to just continue on with their keto way of life and to experiment and try things out see what works for them and always do your research and just keep learning because it is a huge learning process being here for years now I’m still constantly learning so do yourself a favor and just research a ton anyways that’s all I got for you today but thank you so much for watching and I’ll see you in my next video bye nice [Music] [Applause] [Music]
