[Music] [Music] happy Labor Day finally off that damn bike go oMG ok so Lonnie’s dad’s bike is awesome it rides so great you feel like you’re on like I don’t know an airplane as far as bikes go this other bike that and my hubby has is a newer bike it’s beautiful however it’s like for short distances because my booty is on fire and not in a good way like when we go to the gym like fire bad pains like it was all I could do to make it back home however we had a great trip y’all we just went to Biloxi for a night that is like our getaway spot we loved it over there I eventually want to get like a getaway like town home or something for us and the boys that go to is because they’re all the time and I really really like it it’s beautiful and we’re on the beach can I just love the food I mean it’s great definitely follow me on Instagram y’all because I posted there what we eat as far as a casino and keeping it key to the entire time it’s really easy to keep things key to especially when you’re at the casino as far as these buffets and stuff it can be overwhelming because it’s like carbyl Isha’s don’t get me wrong but you can make good options in being that it’s a buffet you can eat a lot of the same thing and feel full and satiated and not feel deprived plus I brought some keto snacks for desserts guys and that definitely helped because the temptations are real so I am hella tired Johanna is like that bike ride like took it out of me we were going to my aunt’s house to go pick up a way I’ve got trade just along for the ride back here because it’s been cooped up in the house for a day but yeah you need that time to recharge your batteries guys time to spend time with your spouse your significant other make time for y’all I know it’s hard it’s so freakin hard with kids you know you feel guilty for having them go stay somewhere or it’s just hard to find Arrangements I talked to a couple on Instagram we’re like I just can’t go and do anything with the hubs or my significant other because I can’t find anybody to watch the kids or you also have kids that have autism or special needs and the struggle is real you all of it if you can if you can make arrangements don’t get me wrong it was not easy to make these arrangements but we try to do this every other couple of months just to recharge the batteries you know like I said and just have some adult time and then have kids up your booty 24 hours I love my kids I’ve talked before about me going through fertility with Trey and then Waylon was a surprise because we didn’t think we could have kids so I am grateful grateful do not get me wrong don’t take it another way on the other side over there but y’all know sometimes we just need a break so I hope you had an awesome Labor Day I hope you stayed the course I hope that you kept it keto if you didn’t like I said last log it is one freaking day it is not going to determine your journey it’s not going to stray you off plan so don’t beat yourself up about it if you went off plan just pick it up tonight when you’re eating dinner choose something keto tomorrow if you want to roll it into the next day always say next meal because I that mentality of the next day always you know goes in Oh next day next the other day next week this weekend and then you just keep pushing off and you just keep like hurting yourself as far as your journey goes so definitely don’t beat yourself up about it but keep Paquito next meal next snack or the next day it’s just decision one holiday it’s not gonna make or break us so we’re having burgers with eggs and bacon and all kinds of good stuff and this is my circle on cookware I found this out from Sandra and Roy keto Connect thank you so much guys because this is like my favorite cookware ever and also learn this tip from her as well but if you put your eggs in here and then cover them and just cook them on super super low y’all you don’t even have to flip them and it comes out perfect and no chance OMG of broken eggs real life here guys real life crazy kids gosh alright dinner tonight the reason why the hamburger is like chopped up is because Waylon had a patty the other night but it didn’t eat it and I wasn’t wasting it so I’m eating Whelan’s leftover patty got two patties in there two fried eggs two pieces of bacon two pieces of cheese got like isn’t that beautiful yes it’s going down we killed that hamburger in a bowl and now it’s time for dessert so I’m going in with some almond milk and this keto cocoa by key nutrients guys I’ve mentioned this and past vlogs stuff is so good I haven’t had in a hot second so I was like why not have some of this and also have something else I’m going to show you also going in with some flourless peanut butter cookies a yellow so I made these you should have seen them in a prep with me video but they are good and no flour y’all so if y’all are allergic like almond flour coconut flour but not allergic to peanuts then you can have this and again going with that cocoa cookies and milk y’all destroyed that keto cocoa doesn’t have a chance with this girl and these cookies y’all they are bomb waylynn wants to take a bath but y’all these cookies get them wherever I posted this whether it be meal prep foodie Fridays make them delicious good morning and happy Tuesday breakfast this morning we had waffles from the southern Kino cookbook made those over the weekend and I wanted to batch prep them however everybody in the household wanted some so by the time I got done making my batch cooking I only had enough for the week for breakfast I didn’t get to freeze any but that’s okay because they are a delicious y’all they’re not like a crunchy waffle they’re more on the softer side but if you put them in the airfryer they do get a little crispy I just put mine in the toaster this morning as y’all saw had a nice coffee this morning with the wedding cake coffee love that and then the sausage links from Costco outfit of the day y’all this dress was 10 dollars and 96 cents from Walmart if you watched previous Kito vlogs you saw me try this on it’s so many of you were all like you better have bought that dress yes I bought the dress I love this dress I think is so super cute and can’t believe was just $11 so let’s talk about weight this morning so I weighed in today since we were out in our little Biloxi trip over Sunday and Monday for Labor Day definitely weighed in more today it’s like a three pound difference but I kept it keto the entire time it’s just some of those things guys are full of sodium so you gained a lot of water retention I did keto it up as far as having some extra keto snacks for dessert and stuff so I expected that however look at the muscle mass it’s so crazy when you go up on your weight as far as like doing carb cycling if you a little bit of extra carbs your muscle goes up significantly so it’s crazy when you look at that and that’s why so many people on keto that are trying to gain muscle like carb cycling because they see a significant difference with their muscle gain with performance in the gym speaking of the gym I’m bummed because I can’t go today I have to pick up the kids today so I won’t be able to head to the gym however if it is not like Sahara Desert super hot it’s been so hot here y’all I’m gonna try to take the kids for a run like I did before and give some movement in that way hopefully guys for Labor Day like I mentioned yesterday that you’re not being hard on yourself like today when I got this scale it’s a three pound difference I know that for some of y’all that is like dramatic and when you get on devastating when you get on the scale and you see that you’re like oh my gosh and it just like ruins and defeats you don’t let the scale do that like I got on this morning I was like we got this there is nothing that that scale is gonna tell me that I am NOT doing right I’m feeling wonderful I’m feeling great in my clothes so the scale I could care less I could throw that scale on the garbage and be happy so y’all need to do the same exact thing don’t let it determine you have some type of clothing that you’re wanting as a goal to fit in try it on every week and if it’s fitting great or if it’s spinning better then you are doing something right speaking of doing something right now I also want to say that I’m getting so many messages on Instagram about your journey how you’re doing successes guys I am not a doctor by any means and I’ve said this before but I have so many of y’all that are telling me that you are either getting off your diabetes medication your cholesterol high blood pressure medicine and it’s not that you’re coming off of it yourself I’ve had some misconception in the comments down below your going to your doctor after losing weight and they are taking you off your medications because you don’t need them anymore because keto is so awesome at taking the inflammation from our bodies making us better and not sick so that’s just one thing to take away from keto to y’all if you’re trying to feel better if you’re trying to not have all these medical issues besides weight kino is the thing for you so so happy for every one of y’all keep killing it out there keep singing the course y’all are amazing and we got this together fam once today is a wrap that I made this has got a portion of the blackened chicken strips it’s got two pieces of bacon piece of white sharp cheddar a tablespoon of the G hues honey mustard and it’s got two romaine hearts so that is like two net carbs for that it’s going to be awesome it’s like a chicken club and then I got like a little Mod Podge so this is like the last of those pecans and I have this front porch pecans that are really good and then the last of a bag of whisks that these are the bacon ones I think I’m trying to get rid of I’m like barely empty bags you know that are in the pantry and just get rid of them so I think this bag together is like two net carbs for the like remnants of bags so that is lunch today and then I’ve got my afternoon fat bomb which is a cheese which this is the beef pepperoni and mozzarella so it’s got two net carbs 17 protein 18 fat love having this for I picked me up in the afternoon you won’t see this later cuz again I’m crazy schedule and I’ll be teaching and then of course I got my bang thought I was gonna go to the gym but like I said I gotta pick up the boys so we’re probably one afternoon run so that being said I will need her in my life and I love blue eyes no gym no problem getting the family involved that’s ray Trey say hi guys no excuses make it happen anytime anyplace you can get up and move so we are moving as a family this little turd decides to ditch the scooter and run with it so I’m making the best out of it and I’m using it as a weight as we go getting that extra work in y’all it’s actually pretty effective who would have thought go run out in your yard with a scooter get your workouts Helen y’all this is like I’m in the gym this thing is hella heavy and I’m lifting it up doing bicep curls yes indeed so it is chick-fil-a night as far as me making the homemade chick-fil-a sandwiches so y’all know at a time it is if you’ve been with me any amount of time on these vlogs what we doing with these frozen smart buns frozen smartphones no problem when you live in the south and it’s a million degrees these will be fought out in two seconds it’s check on our buns oh yeah nice and defrosted it’s on y’all if you live in the south you got no problems with these smart barns being in the freezer a couple minutes and they are good to go here it is chick-fil-a sandwich in the airfryer keto style so freaking good and tastes just like chick-fil-a I did share this on a pass vlog but it’s gonna be coming to you on a foodie Fridays on a Friday for a recipe then I have Waylon P just letting y’all know he made a public service announcement okay then I’ve got some pepper jack whisp little Oh Lord about to dump my plate because these kids make them a nervous y’all pepper jack cheese whisk these things are good but these are spicy the pepper Jack wins just FYI diggin in y’all seeing this I’m telling y’all even the texture and everything is just like chick-fil-a and you add more or less spices depending on what you want guys but this is awesome and it tastes so great on these smart buns I love these smart buns for this recipe crushed it and my macros are on point today y’all so we can have some good dessert dessert tonight is a cup of rebel vanilla ice cream two of these flourless peanut butter cookies that I made that y’all should be seen or should saw on the meal prep video yesterday when this video post crumbled up with some chalk zero chocolate syrup and some whipped topping like what this is about to go down alright excuse the lighting but I just had to come on here and tell y’all about how good those flourless peanut butter cookies are in this ice cream I always say like this is the best thing I’ve had on keto but guys I felt like I was really cheating just now those cookies are bummed so if I haven’t posted that whenever I post that recipe for y’all on the channel definitely make them no flour at all if you have issues with almond flour coconut flour but no issues with peanuts for allergies this is for you y’all it is so freaking good and if you’ve got some low carb ice cream like rebel or if you make your own with whipped cream add a cookie or two in their life good morning happy hump day yes I finally put on some makeup once in my life cuz we’ve got school pictures today let’s be honest that’s the only reason why I put a little makeup on today is because we got school pictures I have not bummed it one day this week what is my life like wearing my khakis and my t-shirts girl they’re comfortable I’m on my feet all day and I don’t like to be all frou-frou dressed up speaking of outfit of the day I’ve worn this before this is a dress from Old Navy I got four super cheap it’s just really comfortable too and it looks like you did something earrings from Walmart shoes are from forever 21 breakfast this morning y’all so good that was the last that I prepped of the southern Kido waffles like I said last weekend the family like ate him up so I couldn’t put any in the freezer but they’re still light and fluffy and so good I added some Jordan skinny syrup to it really good and I’m planning on making some variations with that for like fall with all the Jordans that I got with all the fall pumpkin spice flavors y’all have not seen they have all kinds of awesome pumpkin spice flavors get you some so yesterday we had to improvise and we had to go and work out at home because couldn’t get to the gym had to go pick up the kids yesterday life happens y’all and y’all know this y’all know life happens and sometimes you can’t make it to the gym all the time I usually only get in there twice a week if that but sometimes we gotta do what we got to do and you can still do it at home you can still do it at work on your break whatever the case may be you’ve got time to move that body and to make it happen it’s just a mental game and you have to tell yourself that you can do it so I love bringing the kids with me on my walk so we just walk literally like on our road we go down the street to a certain point we come back Whalen takes his scooter however he ditched it yesterday as y’all saw but that thing’s hella heavy so I was using it as a weight and let me tell you it got a good arm workout so I wasn’t mad about him ditching the scooter and he just ran the rest of the way and Trey was with me too and I’ve been getting so many comments about Trey over on Instagram and on the last vlog I’ll have so many comments about Trey talking about how great he looks talking about his progress y’all he has done a phenomenal job switching over to a gluten free and low sugar lifestyle it has been no issues with him you would think it would be with his autism but Waylon he’s the one that’s been a damn issue not this one he has been doing great y’all he’s lost so much weight his focus his attentive nough sits been on point his teachers have been saying we’re switching over to a gluten-free diet and we are just so proud of him and we are just so blessed for Aikido like hito has changed not just my life y’all but it has changed my family’s life like that could have done a significant change for Trey like I mean I’ve talked about it before he was overweight and we had the realization that we had to do something to help our son you know and and to help him with his autism not just because of his way I mean that was number one but to help him with his focus his attention is autism he no did that Kido did that for me cuz it brought awareness to being healthy forget it people get so mad at the word keto forget about that it just brought health awareness to me for me and my husband and now it’s brought health awareness for my kids I mean I’m just so blessed that keto came into my life I can’t thank keto enough I can’t thank you guys enough for sticking with me and the support that you give me and my family thank you thank you thank you and thank you so much for all the love and the support and you’re always saying that I motivate and inspire y’all and guys I’m so glad that these videos do and if I can just motivate and inspire one person then I am doing something so thank you so much for the love support messages your progress reports your failures your triumphs they thank you lunch today is some chicken salad that I prepped this is the Kirkland brand chicken canned chicken from Costco it’s got some celery in there some mayonnaise and some chopped pecans super good and some seasonings I got a serving of blackberries and this is like a huge portion y’all like this is one can of that chicken breast it’s really really huge my macros are gonna be way over today with fat and protein because of what we’re eating tonight as well so I’m kind of like watching it I really don’t care as long as my carbs are under and my carbs are like super super-low but my fat and protein is like hello hi today but that’s alright I did bring a keto bar y’all for this afternoon just in case I need some fat but I shouldn’t with everything I got going on and I also brought my girl bang star blast I love this one we were going to the gym today to hit arm so I’m gonna need some extra pick-me-up what are you doing [Music] love you love you bud tell them bye bye bye [Music] so delay over nothing [Music] a time so went to GNC I had my receipt luckily and not only that they pull up your receipts digitally so he was like it’s not a big deal I exchanged it for my baby so as y’all saw in the intimidation zone guys with the bar I’m proud to say I went up from 30 pounds and the reason why I wasn’t going to that gym was hella packed y’all oh my gosh it’s the most crowded I’ve ever seen it even had a co-worker in there and she stopped me and she’s like what the hell’s going on they give it away free membership it was bad all the 30 pound bars were taken so they had a 40 pound I was like you know what what better opportunity to push myself and try something different I say this all the time for y’all push yourself get out of your comfort zone go up on your weights try something new so I was like oh man I’m not gonna be able to lift this when y’all saw me when I film cuz even when I film there was people everywhere they’re looking at me like I’m crazy this girl don’t care when I film for y’all I was on my second set so when I went to go up almost at the very end I was at 9 y’all saw I could barely lift it up that is what you want you want to go to exhaustion y’all when you can barely lift something when you’re lifting weights and you can barely lift it up guys you know that you were working that muscle you are freaking killing it y’all if you’re just able to like all day everyday doing this lifting this and not straining you aren’t doing it right okay so you need to up your weights you need to do a little bit more sense whatever the case may be you’ve got to increase that weight that’s going to build that muscle I swear since summer I have seen so much definition in my arms it has been amazing amazing my back and my arms have been the biggest transformation I’m just now starting to see some transformation and my legs because I’m doing leg exercises and machines one-legged and I think that is definitely making a difference because I’ve got more resistance going on absolutely y’all definitely increase that weight you’re going to notice the difference feel bad about it like when I was at nine and I was like struggling and my legs are trembling my back’s trembling I’m sure y’all could see in the footage the people around me are looking I don’t care because I know that I’ve increased my weight I’m killing it and I’m gonna keep going at forty pounds and guess what then we can maybe go up to 50 or 60 it is gonna be amazing I just feel so energized when I leave the gym I say this every single week I just feel so good about myself working out and doing the weights especially y’all if you are a female and you have not tried weights it is so empowering go into the intimidation zone do not worry about those guys over there don’t worry about the girls that are killing it either don’t compare yourself to them I know it’s hard I still do it but use them as motivation use them as Drive and go over there try something new and kill it you’re going to feel so good about yourself so much self-confidence I swear the gym is amazing okay I swear I had one bang for our afternoon snack with my perfect you toe bar but that’s it all right see what the gym does for you not sing how can I forget this y’all guess who was back in the locker room the Planet Fitness flasher oh my gosh Aaron look how I ran into her okay I’m coming out of the bathroom stall she’s coming from the lockers if you’re familiar with Planet Fitness you know exactly how the layout is so I coming from the bathroom she’s coming from the lockers we meet she is butt naked butt naked y’all go into the shower she wasn’t coming out of the shower this time usually that’s how I find her is her coming out of the shower coming to the locker to go and dry off she was going to the shower butt naked note ow nothing more power to her she is killing it she is rocking it she’s got that self confidence I will never have that kind of self-confidence but man she is on fire in it Fitness blusher we hadn’t seen her in a while so I mean I saw her first off I like to die the way that I ran into her and secondly I was like oh wait till I tell everybody about Planet Fitness flasher she’d back up in the gym she’s killing it butt-naked stop dinner tonight y’all we are making a chocolate not bought the – chocolate bowl you need to get this in your life this thing is bomb especially with sloppy joes I mentioned that in the past blog but we’re doing it tonight with the southern Tito chili that I prepped earlier in the week and whatever we don’t use this week guys I’m gonna freeze this freezes up beautifully and it is amazing it makes a ton and it’s delicious so usually I do 1 cup of cheese but I’ve got the Kirkland cheese from Costco and it’s a little bit more curvier so I’m trying to stay within my carb so I’ve got half a cup this time with two eggs usually it’s one cup and two eggs or half a cup in one egg but I wanted to make sure I had enough for the chow hall you need a little bit more and then we’ve got a Teton hot dog that’s in the airfryer over here and this is gonna be delicious y’all get you this waffle bowl maker it is life so we could definitely go with the less I had some spillage over I couldn’t member from last time but we could probably do like a third or a fourth of a cup of cheese and one egg and it’d be enough for the bowl so just letting y’all know if y’all haven’t made a bowl yet you don’t need that much because you’re gonna have some spillage like this it’s okay it’s still gonna come out delicious y’all and I added some pepper some garlic powder and of course some Tony’s Welch offal Bowl I had to put it in a bowl guys because I got a crap ton of chili in there that is a huge serving it’s delicious got that Teton hotdog a tablespoon of sour cream and some parsley on top not adding any cheese I usually would but we’ve got so much cheese in the choppa lime gonna eat that with the chili as like bread oh my gosh it’s sopping up all the juices as you can see there it is going to be delicious get you a chocolate maker shuffles our life crushed it you have not tried the chili from the southern keto cookbook and you have that cookbook y’all it is like the easiest chili ever and it’s freaking amazing like the it tastes just like regular chili cuz it is guys like with keto we’re still eating same foods we ate before we’re just making them low sugar no sugar no carb it’s still the same stuff the only thing is there’s no beans okay so a lot of people don’t even like beans in their chili anyway so it’s like regular chili try it it’s delicious and the chapel guys I didn’t even need the chocolate honestly but it was so good to have like that bread consistency down there but I think next time I eat it I’ll just do it as a bowl without the topple so I can save on carbs and calories and stuff like that but y’all know I’m not really worried about the calories fat and protein but for the carbs sake with the cheese and stuff delicious nonetheless super family and I am like stuffed don’t even know if we’re gonna have dessert I know I’m crate I probably will in here getting best it’s late mom life I’m not gonna have dessert y’all okay so I had like a revelation sitting here giving tray bath and sometimes I feel like I make myself eat dessert because I feel like I deserve it and I’m like oh we always have room for dessert but I am hella full from that chocolate Bowl like I’m so stuffed and I was like you know I could do a smart cake and some just make keto frosty and I’m like you know what am i hungry no it’s like a mental game sometimes so sometimes you don’t need it guys sometimes you don’t need the dessert do we want it sometimes yeah but do we need it all the time no can we indulge sometimes yes I’m not saying that but I’m gonna skip the dessert tonight because I’m gonna have dessert tomorrow I already have tomorrow planned out in my car manager I know I’m a weirdo like that I plan a day ahead so I know exactly what I’m gonna eat if I can see on track and what my macros are how much cards I have allotted Trey’s being super louse we’re gonna skip dessert we’re gonna indulge tomorrow you don’t have to indulge every single day guys you don’t have to can you yes do me sometimes absolutely but we’re gonna take the night off we’re full I’m happy and content so a lot of y’all have been asking about the boys as lunches tre especially Waylon eats lunch at school right now but when he goes to public school I will be packing his lunch probably but trey is gonna be having gluten-free bread this is the Canyon bake house and then he loves the legendary foods guys this stuff is so good this is the apple pie flavor at almond and cashew butter so freaking good guys it is for net carbs for two tablespoons so not bad at all and if you want a flavored peanut butter pears and then some magic spoon cereal guys this stuff is so good I’ve only tried the chocolate and the cinnamon so far out of the four flavors awesome guys and the kids don’t like eating it with milk or almond milk they just like eating it as a snack so I’ll put that on the side for tray to have a like a sweet snack and then for breakfast he’s gonna go in with half of a quest chocalate sprinkled cookie our donut bar for his breakfast to get his protein in I put the other half away for the next day and then afternoon snack is gonna be skinny pop white cheddar popcorn so that is Trey’s lunch breakfast and afternoon snack for tomorrow good morning happy Thursday no my arms are so dead from yesterday so that just means we got an pumpkin spice before so I’m super stoked about it I cannot wait I’m all about the fall pumpkin spice and fall flavors then we had some eggs with the everything from my bagel seasoning and coffee guys I am drinking the sugar dusted beignet and then switching to the wedding cake they have been life for me and community coffee is actually on sale at winn-dixie even when you’re watching this on Monday for 399 for 12 K cups I might have to go back and get more even though I don’t need any what is my life so today I just want to remind you guys it is Thursday so we’re gonna do a thirsty Thursday but in not an alcoholic way a thirsty for health a thirsty for Drive a thirsty for doing better for yourself I just want to remind you to stay the course keep it keto keep it low carb Weight Watchers low calorie whatever you’re doing and remember this is a journey this is not a quick fix this is not a fad this is a lifestyle so slow and steady is going to win the race y’all so don’t get discouraged if you’re not seeing progress right away if you’re hearing other people’s stories about them drop in 20 or 25 pounds on their first month of keto and you’ve only lost 5 you’ve lost which means you’re winning don’t compare yourself to other people everybody’s different my body is different from yours we’ve been talking about that since January on my journey so you can’t even compare yourself to me because my results are going different from yours yours are gonna be different from mine and that’s okay we’re all in this journey together for motivation inspiration and support and we’re all in the same mission to get healthy overall healthy and it’s gonna take time to do that so it has taken time for me to start gaining muscle y’all it wasn’t something that happened overnight I lost the weight up until spring and I got super thin and then now I’m trying to build up muscle and get the gains on and get that thick life on and I’m definitely seen some major results and seeing differences in my body since January it’s been like a roller coaster as far as like what’s going on that’s okay you’re gonna have things go differently and you just have to accept it y’all embrace it y’all and know that this is going to take time because this is a lifestyle I had the question at work the other day a co-worker even said aren’t you tired of keto when are you gonna stop I’ve had that comment all the time guys this is a lifestyle this is the way I live do I miss my sad sad American standard American diet absolutely not there is nothing about my lifestyle before that I missed and say you know what I can’t wait to get off keto so I can go back to that nothing I love this lifestyle it’s been a blessing for myself and my family and why would I want to stray away and go an unhealthy route this is a healthy route no I’m not tired of keto the questions that we get sometimes are so crazy I also want to tell you to embrace those questions don’t let it get to you don’t let it be personal don’t let it hit a chord people are just afraid of what they don’t understand so it’s our job to educate them and let them know the awesome power of keto lunch today is the other of the chicken club sandwiches that I prepped over the weekend so delicious and only two net carbs really great high protein high fat and very filling on the side of that I’ve got some L Norteno beef jerky and this stuff is really good I’ve tried it before the macros are decent it doesn’t have a lot of fat in it but I wanted that because my fats already super high today but it’s got a lot of protein and look at the carb count one carb really for this entire bag so super tasty afternoon snack since I’ll probably be teaching y’all is another beef stick by Vermont I love these I get these from Whole Foods they go on sale all the time super cheap macros on them six fat six protein zero carbs guys these are gluten-free awesome ingredients and then also I’m probably gonna have a know a weird combo but I’m probably gonna have a cup of coffee so I brought have like not even like a teaspoon probably a half and half in there that I’m gonna throw in my coffee that was a crazy thing a busy Thursday workday does it feel like just me or when we have these short work weeks they are like hectic number one and they feel so hella long I’d rather have a full work week sometimes had to stay after work today we had a meeting that was mandatory that we had to stay at we weren’t there long but I’ve got all the kids covered as far as picking them up no time to go work out but I’m gonna go to a couple of grocery stores and pick up some groceries and then if we get home at a decent time we’re gonna work out with the finger chick-fil-a sandwiches so you know what time it is smart bun smart baking bun time and you know what we about to do we’re going on a little run so while we’re on a run our buns we’ll get testing ketones for going our run I haven’t tested them in a while don’t give your kid a whistle by the way 0.5 so we are at ketosis so that is awesome and nutritional Niki ptosis Waylon again don’t give your kids whistles school gaze on that and it’s been like the worst thing ever so let’s go kill this workout y’all I’m not gonna take them after I know it’s gonna drop but just wanted to see where we were today on Thursday killing it Trey and daddy are out and about me and Waylon are getting a little run in the kids involved definitely makes it fun when the whole family does it together Waylon you beaten me he ditched the scooter again however living in our bicep curls on I’m telling y’all it’s a great workout that’s a little turn when we get to go around he wants to ditch the scooter what is our life are y’all seeing this sweat right now like gross it’s legit a hundred degrees outside and we went down the street and back and this is what you get you can definitely get the burn in and you don’t have to go to the gym proof right here in the nasty sluttiness buns are done so easy all dinner on repeat so we’ve got our chick-fil-a airfryer sandwich with the alternative sweets on there look at it Duke’s mayonnaise can’t do the avocado pickle cheese melted with a smart bun live in our best life y’all yes killed it and then we got room for dessert tonight y’all we treating ourselves to dessert tonight last night we skipped it so we can indulge tonight dessert on repeat so I’m eating the other half of the vanilla rebel ice cream got two of those flourless peanut butter cookies they are bomb with a tablespoon of chocolate chopped is like Hershey’s it’s so freakin good and some sugar-free whipped topping we are gonna kill it so last night was worth the wait I didn’t even miss any dessert last night honestly like I told y’all but tonight I am wanting something it’s almost the end of the week we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m definitely seeing the light with this I basically just licked the bowl almost it’s that freaking good y’all you’ve got to make those flourless peanut butter cookies I went ahead and put the entire recipe directions ingredients macros in my batch cooking prep with me video yesterday if you’re watching this on Monday so that stomach it add some Jordan skinny syrup add a nut butter add some peanut butter almond butter something just like a tablespoon and then put some lollies on top if you’ve got lollies oMG I’m like licking the bowl no joke like you can even tell I’m like licking the damn bowl you know it’s good they had some boiled eggs as well and then I did a salted caramel by PJs coffee with the collagen from perfect keto this morning so I hope today goes by fast all these short weeks like I said yesterday they feel like they just drag and there’s like so much going on and piled into four-day work week it is insane only able to go to the gym one day however we did two family workouts this week and they’ve been killer as far as like running and then lifting that freakin scooter I’ve been getting my arm games on with that I know Waylon kind of makes you mad cuz you dishes a scooter like a mile before we’re supposed to get home I can still use it as positive and get all the way home and get some games on just want to remind you guys that you can get some movement in any day so like if you have an hour-long lunch break you know eat your food or before you eat your food go and take a 10-minute walk like walk around the perimeter of your job or whatever the case may be but you can get some movement in and it’s gonna make a big difference and like I said yesterday slow and steady wins the racial this is not a quick fix we’re not going to see results overnight obviously all I’ve been doing this since January first and yes we’ve seen results pretty quickly as far as weight loss but as far as definition and muscle it is September and I’m just now seen a dramatic difference in the muscle definition and tonnage in my body and y’all see how we’ve been killing it you’ll see how we’ve been putting the work in so it takes time don’t beat yourself up if you’re not seeing results right away and then I’ve had a lot of y’all message me this week on Instagram about non scale victories and y’all are finally starting to have it sink in and take my words take my advice I know it’s super hard to get over those mental demons when it comes to weight loss in the scale so many of y’all are like oh my gosh look at my before look at my after and the scale hasn’t moved and guys it’s dramatic the difference in your bodies and your weight is the same so do not let the scale determine you and determine your success because you need to have some type of outfit you need to do before and after pictures that’s gonna let you know that you were doing the right thing on this journey and it’s not a waste of time and you are making a difference not just for the outside guys but the inner your inner health we are cleansing our bodies we are healing our bodies getting the inflammation out of our bodies sometimes the outer is the bonus guys the bonus the inside and getting healthy is what is most important lunch on repeat so we’re having another serving of the chicken salad guys that’s a huge portion if you can’t like understand the scale here it is a whole can of that chicken from Costco and it is freaking delicious if y’all are asking Nicole where do you dip using to like you know eat with it I’ve just been eating it straight up with the fork and it’s been a bomb and then I’ve got a serving of raspberries blackberries and as you can see they’re kind of going bad on me so I’m trying to get rid of them but this is three net carbs for that amount of blackberries but they are freakin huge so yes this is like a four net carb lunch and then my afternoon snack is going to be another one of these Vermont smoke sticks I love the original because of the macros y’all there is no carbs six fat six protein awesome macros here and it definitely gives you that boost of fat and protein a little B snack in the afternoon and we are going out to eat I don’t know where I got an idea but we’re gonna be living our best keto life today a little bit more carbs probably than we usually have time we paid more money oMG like what is our life but we got some great stuff that stuff lasts us for a month something glasses over a month so I definitely think it’s worth it loved it however Saturday morning we got there right when they open hello frickin crowded walking over people it was back but that’s my only time to go because I work throughout the week now we don’t have this awesome summer off so we had to do it but you got to get there when they open because as we were leaving at 11:30 oMG people were circling the parking lot to get up into the Costco it’s a problem we need one buy us this one is a new and I have to drive legit like 45 minutes to get there I wish they would put one on our side of the lake if you care and local you know what I’m talking about Lake Pontchartrain I live on the North Shore South Shore is in Berlin the struggle the Kido struggle is really off so last week my winner never reached out to me so I went ahead and picked out another guys let’s talk about the week a little bit so we went down to pounds however I think that scale is off when I went to my decks of it the dexif it is the most accurate and it was two pounds heavier and then the scale and my other scale is pretty spot-on to regular weight so I think I’m gonna go back and use my old-school scale I know you’re like what but yeah I think so because that way that’ll give you a better depiction on as far as weight I don’t think that one that I have actually does a good job as far as measuring like BMI and muscle and stuff they get done comparing it to the DEXA babe I just don’t think it does that great of a job I’m gonna go back to the old school scale and see how that works but yeah we went down two pounds I’m told the job from going to the casino this weekend all that stuff some low sodium so it was pretty much waterway I am loving the way that we are getting results here with muscle with definition even if the scales I don’t care about the damn scales and I’ve been telling y’all that throughout the week don’t worry about the scales worry about how you feel in your clothes how you look in the mirror how you feel overall is what’s important so
