you leave so you don’t miss the next one I know that waitress is Pasha and it’s expensive and it’s not something that I would advise you to do every day but here’s the thing a few things are actually strangely less expensive or just as expensive and I think they do that – just keep competitive with other supermarkets second thing is they have enough for all and it’s been going off at last year where for the first like five shoppings that you do you have 20 quid off if you spend 80 which actually means you only need to spend 60 in reality which is exactly what was happening with this one I was ordering for cystic with and then I realized oh I still have the voucher so I was like well if whatever I add to reach 80 it’s gonna be free technically so I got much more than I bargained for which is amazing and actually if you would like to have those vouchers as well I linked and in my first way it was a whole here these are different products but you can still have that if you’re doing expensive but I wouldn’t get it anywhere else because they don’t have it so fair enough of caved in I had to order from waitress because I was actually on the hunt as usual for one of my kitchen essentials and when I am on the hunt for a kitchen essential I’m looking for whoever has it on offer namely usually is diet soda and almond milk actually my almond milk preferred ever is actually the unroasted one which not even every supermarket in the UK has and waitress had it on offer handed an offer for 350 usually you get three for three and that’s the offer weight was because this parsha is three for 350 I waited a week to do this shopping like I waited for the house to empty but nobody else was putting in an offer but from Iceland but I said this will be complicated to order from I’ll explain in a while so I caved in and I was like fine 50 P or three characters is gonna be around the 1619 P so fine I’m accepting that and also I like it so much because I don’t like other I want milk so like the roasted one version that is still from our prop it has a good flavor of albumin when you just have it on its own as well which is more like the album milk that you have insisted like the proper almond almost paste which is a really nice flavor to have so if you just want the famous cup of milk before going to bed and you just eat this up it actually has a nice flavor it’s not just the almond milk that it’s raw study there’s no flavor of its own it’s actually a big one this is actually nice so when I find these enough where I’m always happy it wasn’t the super best of offers but it was still better of an offer and then having to pay full price which is why it depends insane nobody should actually pay that this is enough for own waitress so 350 and I got something like I think 3040 Carter’s I basically made the entirety of the price for the minimum shop out of this because I think one of these go in the house easily in a day the beauty of these is also that despite the fact that you would think oh it’s vegan milk why do I ski tourers are interested in being and stuff this vegan stuff is actually zero carbs so I am happy with that an alternative to almond milk for people who actually miss the flavor of milk I explained it before is to dilute double cream with hot water in a ratio of one to ten as in one cream 10 water that will dilute the cream enough to still give it up milky flavor of course count it against your macros but that’s an option if you prefer the proper lactose flavor I am totally so happy we are gonna milk that I stock up on this but speaking of cream there are two things about waitress cream that I have to admit one it’s actually one of the cheapest ones still available in the UK because everybody has gone after to two pounds for the 600 milliliters one now Tesco’s brought up the Creamfields one which is I think 95 P for 300 milliliters which means that 190 or 195 as well it’s 190 testers brought out cream cheese which is pretty much the same price now but I don’t know if I’m crazy maybe it’s the portion as getting to my head but I swear to God waitress double cream tastes better the other double creams I feel bad the moment that I’m saying it but I feel like I can define myself as a double cream connoisseur because I drink it straight from the tub I can tell the flavors and everything I don’t know what waitress does to their cows but it works well and it’s really nice it just tastes better on its own I don’t know why also one thing that I must admit and I confess and thank you waitress from Barrie because my local one that actually delivers to me is that they actually are good in giving you a long expiration date which Sainsbury I always have to be really quick and use all the tabs that I have in like four or five days waitress brought me cream that is expiring on the 14th of May so it’s nine days from now which I appreciate cream is the ideal way to add almost pure fat to anything that you eat which is the amazing thing to do on keto to actually raise your metabolism and do not put yourself in storage mode because the insulin is not provoked if you want everyone I’m talking about you should take a look at the video about why you shouldn’t fear fat on keto and actually the entire story about oh if you have body fat you shouldn’t put fat on your plate people say something like that don’t understand that keto is not a low-calorie diet and that they should because it’s an amazing way to control hormones so if you do it like any other diet you’re wasting yourself don’t do that check out the video the link is on the description below let’s remain on the area and again pause for me portion one thing that I showed you in your whole as well is that waitress has the purchased a pouch it has great glue yeah which is honestly the best cheese that you can put on court and stuff the way that it melts any crisps it’s better than anything it’s even better than cheddar or or or Gouda or Adam or mozzarella any odd it’s just the best like this would be the ideal thing that you put on top of a croque monsieur or a croque madame a way it’s French it’s not French is sweet oh my god if I dare say it’s French some somebody like came at me with a bat the last time that I did say it’s French but it’s sweet it’s sweet too sweet and it’s delicious and it melts and crisps really well so any kind of gratin or stuff that you do over and baked these you want to go on top but this is amazing I think love this is a Robin made an amazing not totally keto almost French audio soup which had done asked me for the recipe because probably wasn’t totally keto maybe was Palio maybe was low-carb if you consider low-carb hundred and fifty grams per day but yet on your soup with Louisiana on tap melted on the top of you they should it’s delicious apparently I just melt it on anything because I’m an animal another very fancy thing that you find at Waitrose and oh and I shop at Waitrose I cannot avoid taking I really don’t know how to describe this fully and it’s sliced and it’s premised upon so actually it reminds me of a mix in between Korea and a menthol which I adore both it’s very that kind of nutty taste I love it I have to be careful every time I order it because when I open it I go to the entirety of it and going to the entirety of it means that I’m basically going through more than half of my protein allowance in a day so it’s more of a should be more of a breakfast thing for me let’s see if I can survive until tomorrow morning before I finish and start and and just go to the entirety of it but it’s delicious and because it’s very getting that waitress just on the other hole I was mentioning that the mozzarella that we get here in the UK that are grated are going up in carbs and are around 2 2.5 grams of carbs per 100 because of the starch that it’s added and that kind of bugs me but at the same time it’s really rare to find low motion mozzarella here in the UK it’s usually sold in blocks and it’s called like pizza mozzarella and Tesco used to have it as they used to have it but I can’t find it there anymore so it’s a bit problematic and actually looking at Waitrose what do you know posh as they are I suspect that they could have it and they do and they have the poshest version and I can tell you that because I know this one from Italy caliban is one of the poshest brands that we have in Italy for anything very and of course they have the block of mozzarella the low moisture mozzarella that you use for pizzas it’s called mozzarella Cucina in this case but again it’s more moisture in general or it’s block mozzarella because it’s low moisture I think it comes with a tiny bit more of cod and not sure why it should be around 2 grams of carbs but you can grate this one it’s still softer so be careful when you grate it because otherwise you very easily grate your own fingers but this way is just 2 grams of carbs that actually come from the mozzarella how as I’m telling you the grated mozzarella is 2.5 so if you don’t mind and you don’t want to bother to find the actual no motion masala and then grate it yourself it’s a 0.5 difference so it’s up to you to decide but in case you’re wondering what kind of mozzarella you can grate of course you don’t go into the bowl that comes your water because it’s not great about you great this stain on the area of Basha stuff if I have to shop in waders I’m gonna stock up on nice cold cuts which they have proper high quality ones so not so much for me because again protein I have to be careful if you don’t know what I’m talking about if you take a look and my key to weight looks explained video because maybe you don’t need to maybe it’s fine maybe calorie control key to works for you you will never need to look into it again but in case you’ve been doing keto long enough that you’re actually wondering why am I not losing weight anymore it might be that your protein is too high like it was for me but it took me two years to discover that so because of that you find the link to that by the way down description below I have to be very careful about my protein I have 55 grams tops per day so that limits my possibility is in the rain of cold cuts which is a shame because waitresses are amazing stuff proper nice amazing Italian stuff to begin with it as proper prosciutto Cotto I mean in all fairness Sainsbury has some very very good one as well which is proper Italian they cost pretty much the same so I’m not even gonna try and pretend that the proper Italian what it says very cost less not the proper Italian stuff will cost you money but it tastes like another thing these you think it looks like ham wafer-thin ham and the kind of stuff it’s nothing like that it’s another complete story I don’t know how they are romanticize it but it’s absolutely amazing as usual we cured meats I cannot stress this enough because I keep on saying stuff that I feel it’s just confusing people and don’t worry my video on the difference between dirty lazy clean keto and all the objective that we decided to associate with keto the world that will originally associated with keto don’t worry that video is coming soon but in short when you actually look at cured meats you need to be sensible absolutely look at the ingredients that in this case we’ll tell you that at some point there was some dextrose which technically is pure sugar but then you look at the nutritional information and you see that there are less than 0.5 grams of card in this prosciutto Cotto so objectively the dextrose was there for the curing process it has to be put in the ingredient list because of that but you need to be sensible and because you need to be able to eat color foods that are around to be able to stay on kita and say i’m kidding the lung terms do not go crazy about ingredients if the nutritional value does not reflect the amount of car that is supposed to be there for an illegal ingredient please be sensible this is amazing and good stuff another example is actually this amazing reach-in aromatics to see sone sec with her bombs which was actually what waitress sent me instead of salami milan which i’m totally happy with the funny thing about this is that the cubs are higher but this because of all the herbs that they have in the cured part outside because it has rosemary thyme basil so fair enough majorem let’s be sensible this is 1.6 per 100 grams this is 80 grams if you were out on lunch and you wanted to get something nice to eat this is completely eat or go for it please do not overthink this stuff still for the joy of love your sister Robyn who needs so much more protein than I do lucky them this is proper Italian antipasto which actually if you want a definition is perfect to de Parma Mahama Coppa which is similar but a little bit more spice if you ask me and just simply it is salon in Milano but it’s not coastal in Milan because it’s why there is called salami de Briana Briana is the region around Milano by the way all of these technically up cured meats all of these technically if you have to go into the ingredients will contain at some point dextrose but again all of these are less than 0.5 grams of carbs appear a hand would be sensible in your choices one thing that I got last time from waitress and I have to admit it’s well done it’s almost as well done as the one that I make myself but as you might have seen before when I make pesto myself it takes some times it dirt is so much stuff and then actually I end up making like alpha kilo which is delicious and I can eat by the spoon but it’s a lot to ever round and I would feel so sorry if you went wasted next best thing to the homemade pesto because it’s really really nice it’s actually the fresh pesto from Reuters the ones that you find in the little pots even the salawa which is an original Italian brand that should never be called pesto and that just is this thing faster in the form of a product but it is actually nice and kind of tenting and you can tell from the fact that this actually doesn’t use cache is a set of pine nuts and pilots are the original thing a lot of brands don’t use cashews because they are less expensive than pine nuts and the flavor is relatively similar a lot of other pesto’s when they are store-bought they also are made with vegetable oil instead of olive oil because they cost less vegetable oils are easel like they’re actually the second cause of information along with carbs if you don’t know what I’m talking about if you take a look at this video especially if someone in your family is telling you that kid is gonna kill you because of cholesterol it’s not and this is the scientific explanation but yeah stay away from vegetable oils and this pest is actually made with proper olive oil and extra virgin olive oil so it’s actually well made that it’s pricey but if you like pesto it’s worth its price unless you want to make it homemade so when I shop a waitress always get a capo I don’t even care what I’m gonna use it with I’m probably gonna eat it by with a spoon and I’m gonna be happy with that maybe the top of it I’m
