hey guys hey welcome back to my channel my name is machine I’m 37 I’m a mom to four beautiful kids that are all in school today a floofy a falafel hut ski to kitty kitties and I love the clicky click ease I took the early part of the morning off it is 7:49 and usually I am leaving my house at 5 a.m. so I am a fuel I will be a few hours late today I start work at 6 I won’t be getting to work until probably about 8:40 ish 8:50 ish probably a little later because you know there’s more traffic at this time I do have to stop to get some gas as well so just spend the morning making sure that the kids had everything prepared that they weren’t nervous the boys were a little nervous they leave after the two older ones so it’s very important that they’re paying attention same thing is last year but you know first day jitters I just could get all my stuff organized I’m sorry but first day jitters and they were a little nervous they said what if I don’t have everything I need in my backpack what if we forget to buy something I said that and her teacher will tell you and then we’ll go and get it after I get home from work okay so they got their hoodies on because it is only 63 degrees here in Michigan and I think they’re gonna do good it’s only a half-day so it’s not their first rodeo they’re going into fifth grade Tiffany’s going in the seventh and Cory is a senior this year so everybody is happy and fully clothed and this mama is on her way to do her job now no breakfast this morning I actually last night also I didn’t include it in my video because I had after I wanted to try to get my video up and like as soon as I could because I was going to try to go to bed early so I did have about one serving of rebel icecream and a couple bites of sausage and Hank I still was way under on everything yesterday and I’m not gonna fight it because it’s not an everyday thing somebody had mentioned to make sure that you don’t go under a thousand calories it’s it’s definitely not something that you want to do every day but if you have a day where you’re under a thousand calories don’t worry it’s not going to do you any harm to have one or two days where you’re under a thousand calories this morning for breakfast I have my iced coffee which is the Starbucks cold brew unsweetened coffee I love that stuff so much so so much and two tablespoons for heavy whipping cream probably about I don’t even know how many Ounces I just poured it in it it’s probably maybe one out one and a half ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with a splash of the pumpkin cheesecake skinny syrup and I did make two of those so I can have one at work because I’ve really been enjoying the two coffees a day I have my keto Chow for lunch which I also threw in some of the pumpkin cheesecake into that and then I have my soda water here I just put two tablespoons of soda water in it and then I squirt like some mio drink enhancer in there when I get to work we have an ice and water machine and I just feel it was all the way up to ice with ice and then I pour some water in it and then I drink on that after I’m finished with my coffee so that’s what I have I’m gonna stop and get some gas and then I’m just gonna head to work for dinner I did make last night the chicken and green beans in the insta pot so that’s what we will be having for dinner tonight the boys and Tiffany they all had a breakfast burrito this morning so that worked out really really well the wax paper help them keep their shape so when they heated them up in the microwave they didn’t just unfold so that it worked really well and they all really liked it so that was awesome and that is so much better to use as a breakfast for school because it’s so quick and easy it’s healthier it’s not sugary cereal my kids will waste so much milk and milk is sort of expensive you know so this way what did I spend if you okay so eggs were only 49 cents I used 24 eggs and two packs of that sausage which were to 40 each so that’s like 480 and then the two eggs so that’s another like 89 it will say that’s a dollar 25 I think I made about 25 breakfast burritos okay for sixteen dollars I don’t think that’s bad plus it’s it’s healthier and that’s gonna be enough for the kids for a week maybe two weeks depending I mean they might not want to eat the breakfast burrito every day they might opt for the cereal I did forget to get bagels they do like to have bagels in the morning sometimes and when it gets cold there Tiffany likes to have oatmeal so I’m not worried about getting rolling right now just started out there I’m just kind of in a talking mood I hate going to work late I hate walking in and everybody’s staring at me and sometimes they’re like grouchy about it like you got to come in late well you know what hmm I still have kids that go to school you guys all your kids are grown so I don’t understand the the jealousy factor I mean you you don’t come in work so you can get a haircut so mine’s just so I can send my kids to school on their first day I will insert some pictures of the kids this morning of course you’re not gonna get big smiles from them at 6:00 a.m. when they’re standing in front of the door because I’m like let mom take a picture and then I will also take some pictures of them after I get home now they will already have been home because it’s only half day but I’m I’m excited Corey’s a senior this year I just think that that’s just insane and I’m very proud of him he’s come a long way he’s worked really hard he’s had some struggles so I’m very very proud of him and I’m very proud of Tiffany’s she’s doing so amazing she’s always done amazing and recent Peyton as well I’m gonna get off here because I’m almost at a gas station but if I have anything else to say I’ll definitely update you guys I will see you at lunchtime I am on launch the day is going by very fast because the girl in the gauge room she is off for the next two days so I need to take over her job and my job and then somebody out and drilling has also gone so I need to do first pieces on those parts as well it’s a crazy day but the good thing about crazy days is it goes by super fast so like I said earlier for lunch I have keto ciao it’s just chocolate keto ciao I did I think it’s ten ounces of water and I think I did about three ounces of almond milk unsweetened vanilla almond milk and then I did Oh 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream and a splash of the pumpkin cheesecake did you like how I was like didn’t everyone remember I couldn’t out for the life of me remember so I like the consistency that the almond milk and the water mix gives it a nice thickness it makes me feel like I’m drinking a shake and I feel like it keeps me fuller the thicker it is it’s probably just my mind but that’s like how it works I hope that that guy like doing that isn’t too loud uh anyways I have a lot of YouTube to catch up on I didn’t watch really anything during the weekend cuz that was just spending time with my boyfriend and his kids and then of course when I got home that I was spending time with my kids and I’m doing all the school prep and everything so I’m gonna watch some YouTube I’m gonna try to catch up on all of my florida friends to make sure everybody is safe I don’t know what’s going on with the hurricane right now I know it’s rainy and windy here today but we’re up in Michigan so I’m gonna go check up on like Lauren and and Amanda there’s so many of you that I didn’t know in with Jen like just lots of you and I need to go catch up on that okay so I’m a little confused because I don’t know what this is obviously I know it’s from chomps but I got a package from champs I was not expecting at all I did not order anything chunk sent me all these different flavors I did do a review on chomps before these however are much bigger they’ve changed their packaging looks like what’s the box a crush today the champion way finding a guilt-free on-the-go snack should be easy that’s why we started making our meat sticks with all the tasty and none of the nasty or as we like to say all stick Noack I’d like that’s a good thing they’re perfect snack for people who care about what they’re eating and are also busy being awesome we like to call those people champions you probably call them friends or family or just plain it’s me happy happy happy chomping the chomps team oh my god oh my god oh my god I said that so like negative how sweet of you guys thank you chomps how nice of you salt and pepper venison now I remember this one was one of my favorites these are grass-fed zero sugar nine grams of protein 90 calories it has all the info on here which I love zero carbs 2.5 grams of fat I like that this one is sea salt beef I remember loving at the sea salt cranberry habanero I don’t remember if the other cranberry was hot habanero or not or if it was just cranberry but I’m interested in trying this one I feel like this one is bigger jalapeno beef stick I remember I really liked that one original turkey stick I’ve loved that one jalapeno turkey stick I also loved that one the original beef stick I loved and the Italian style beef stick I did also loved and because I loved this one so much I’m gonna eat it right now easy smells good thank you chomps and whoever just come closer these guys – I’ve never sold any but I have a code mmm ooh let’s compare actually shall we 9 grams of protein one stick zero carbs 90 calories and oh this was six grams of fat this for two sticks in 130 calories and now the sticks are much smaller one car one sugar seven grams of protein and 11 grams of fat this is zero sugar I mean you can’t buy these at a store you could buy these at a store these are a good option if you’re out and about but this is a much healthier grass-fed option and it has a lot of flavor so this is what I did for dinner I did have probably about 40 grams of the chicken it was really good but the kids ate most of it and I really really wanted a grilled cheese trifle anyways so this is just one slice of the Meyer sharp cheddar cheese in between two chapels these chapels are gigantic very cheesy the mix that I used was mozzarella and provolone mix and because the cheese was thicker it was a lot harder so I ended up using one egg per Chapel so but that’s okay I’m excited to eat that and then I have the rest of my Caesar salad here not very much dressing and not very much parmesan and then I just have my diet dr. pepper that’s what’s for dinner I’m sitting really good at my macros you guys what am I at let’s see I have 14 gram of net carbs left I’m only at six six total right now 97 grams of protein 8r I’m sorry 97 grams of fat 80 grams of protein I’m at 12 84 calories so I don’t know maybe I’ll eat some green beans or something after this we’ll see I don’t know I think I’m I think I’m gonna be good after this [Music]
