everyone and welcome back to my no it has been so long since I uploaded a YouTube video oh gosh hold on please okay welcome back to my channel second time to join like I said it’s been a long time the uploaded video every time I wanted to something just kept getting in my way personal issues doubt I just thought I’m never going to be a popular youtuber so might you know why bother as long as videos that I have completed two weeks of you know two weeks yesterday but I kind of said today because the first day we did it was a Monday and for breakfast and lunch we did not keto there’s definitely carbs and sugar involved I miss carbs I miss sugar I am a candy Fein and once I started doing more these videos I will kind of explain exactly why I’m doing hito but for right now I’m just going to say it’s just for my health just because I want a positive response from all this before I kind of get really deep into why I’m doing this just know your girls mean heal so this you’re gonna see every this is a bunch of clips of pictures and videos of me cooking and some clips of me explaining or whatever talking about heat Oh what I had but what I want to do is answer this video I’m going to show you kind of like a grocery haul does everything that me my my I have been doing a lot a lot a lot of research on Keo diet so I figured why not share with everyone on Facebook Instagram YouTube everyone in my life I had a couple people ask me for some recipes they know who they are and I just I love sharing recipes people I’m cooking my entire life since I was younger but my parents cook my dad’s a huge cook or Italian or Irish polish just everyone we always just cook and I went to culinary school so it’s like I’m not just an idiot following recipe these recipes are actually really good so I’m not gonna put anything down below today just because I want to go out there and see if anyone has any questions if you do if you see a recipe in this video please comment down below or message me like this video if you want me to keep uploading kita ones or there’s a random recipe that you want to make kita like pizza or or bread or something sweet just be like hey do you ever ask me for this and I will find it for you and I will send your link or better yet I’ll make a video I mean making that because hands down I’m gonna want to try it so far we have tried brownies will you try a cobbler we had tried pancakes we have eggs and bacon every morning or eggs and some kind of meat eggs your best friend protein people protein protein protein basically with a Keo diet to put in a nutshell it is taking you’re basically undoing a high fat low carb diet so instead of your body just turning fat from the fat you’re eating it’s taking the fat that usually grabs some carbs and sugar to get energy and because there’s none in your system really it’s going to get the energy from the fat and eventually you get into ketosis which I don’t think I have yet where your body just starts they working off the fat that you’re eating so they have foods called fat bomb foods they have bullet coffee bulletproof coffee or something where you’re putting in like your butter and your heavy cream and it’s like a fat bomb in the morning to full keep your energy from your MCT oil which is in coconut oil if because CTO is pretty expensive basically what MCT oil does is use the energy and it kind of makes Kirby I ever tell you I don’t know I’m not an expert on this yet but every day I’m on the computer on my phone looking at recipes looking up why we’re eating this why we’re doing this why this is good for our body why it’s not good for our body the sucky part I will say about keto is a lot of fruits you can’t have because turn to sugar and I will say I know diabetics cannot have fruit because turns of sugar and other things but I will say this if I went grapes or banana I’m going to have them and that’s why I say I’m not a full-blown keto Guido you know I’m saying if anyone knows what that reference is from because I’m not going to starve myself or you know torture myself me and my husband have cheat days sometimes our cheat ease is it’s usually Saturdays and sometimes our cheat days aren’t that bad also have a good breakfast at lunch and then cheat at dinner or cheat at lunch and then have a good dinner just because I’m so used to not eating carbs that I kind of don’t miss them but I miss more of my sweets so this weekend I’m having a doughnut because I’ve been talking about them and I’m craving them and I’m going to bring you along for my cheat days for my break downs for my struggles for my failures for my success for the proud moments because you’re human everyone is not perfect you have perfect moments you have perfect the things happen to you but you are not perfect and that’s just how it is and I’m going to say if there Halloween’s coming let’s get that out of the way first of all if I’m an EP zucchini don’t attack me no no no first of all low sugar I will bite I’m having candy that’s just that and the holidays are coming hello thanks getting stuffing I mean I’m stuffing and it is to die for I’m eating it Christmas Christmas I don’t know too crazy but Christmas is all about like the sweets it’s happening I’m having a candy cane having some peppermint bark it’s just gingerbread happening pumpkin spice latte had one today I’m not going to deprive myself it’s just I’m human okay this is getting a little long rooms at seven minutes oh um so yeah I just want me guys no please please please if you or someone who was struggling lose weight try to queue die and it’s also pretty healthy Quito slashed low carbs because Atkins they got some good snacks no I’m saying so if you guys want to join this journey with me or you just get in trouble is I will cook anything and I make a lot of polishes on bar Italian so it just kind of happens and we have so much polish recipes in our family and it’s just the food foods good guys I don’t there’s just no ifs ands or buts I love food anyways so I’ll show you the recipe I’ll show you as making it we’re learning together cuz I never made them but basically it’s just him as the cup and you put some egg and cheese in and you can throw whatever you want in there I don’t really have any tears of pepper so they’re gonna be a little plain this week but next week we’re gonna up the ante with fresh veggies and all the good stuff so let’s go make some guy it cups what your need is you’re gonna need um I have two small trees but a twelve tray of cupcake heroes any kind of spray one I’m canola oil and any time I want you a choice I chose handy turkey do so let me know and then cheese I chose American and I’m gonna put some onions in 10 is some pepper onion powder quite a powder and salt and then just something to has a spout so you can pour it into these nice neat and then pre-heat your oven to 350 and let’s get started [Music] you [Music] you [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so I’m currently just waiting for the egg cups to come out of the oven I’ve got that 10 minutes left my oven is electric cooks everything super fast so I date 25 minutes I don’t even go check on them at like 20 to 22 my cat’s going crazy back there because like I can cook a cake in like 20 minutes it’s just insane how fast things cook in my oven so I made about 12 and I think me my husband I’m gonna eat too and see how I feel I feel like three would probably fill us so this will get us breakfast for two teas and so it’s Tuesday Wednesday and then Thursday I can make just make us eggs in the morning and then we’ll go food shopping Friday and really you know get some health stuff you know guys they smell amazing I want to eat one but three hours in sooner pretty hungry are you loving cereal or something or something bad for me having string cheese which is good for you I’m having some caffeine free tea with some heavy cream I don’t have teas good for keto but ID at night and I’m having cream with it and no sugar so hey guys so I’m just doing like a mini check-in today today is they two full day of Kido so far her breakfast we had our little egg cups that I need last night they were so good they were so good the onions really neat difference because they made them like flavorful and a little sweet and just they him just like baked into that it was amazing and my husband’s really picky he hates onions and he ate them in like two seconds we checked three that filled me he said he could eat six of them you know he’s a man so men can just eat more I guess and then I wasn’t hungry for lunch and I didn’t have my coffee this morning just because sometimes it hurts my stomach so hey guys just jump in to do an update so I ended up not going for a walk today one because a lot of construction going around at my development right now for some reason and two it’s pretty warm out today um guys kids so I’m motivated so I did like a little tiny workout in here and then later on when it cools down and I go for a walk me and the husband has some errands to run right now so we’re gonna go do they and today I’m gonna start dinner shower for a snack just now because all I had today was my egg cups and coffee just cool it wasn’t hungry and I had lots of water for snack I had a cheese stick and ham and cheese roll-ups and some olives so yeah and I’ll let you know how everything hey guys so just check in for lunch I’m pretty hungry it is currently 201 this little fist it’s probably one don’t wanna know if it’s the babyís background so I want a sandwich and of course bread is a no-no so I’m not to make too two variations of a lettuce wrap I have some ground turkey and onions from last night I spent suicide and some sour cream on one and the other and put ham and cheese a little bit of mustard and we’ll see how that goes yeah I will record me trying them [Music] on my ham and cheese sandwiches I usually do on yellow mustard and I like it really spicy so I put horseradish sauce in it so that’s why I put on here let’s put some hand with some cheese suddenly oh okay guys I know terrible I didn’t heed my hair yet my makeup on but I told you I would try my lunch on camera so the first one I’m trying is the ground turkey and sour cream if I had like taco seasoning or like salt or something I put it on but I do not I just wrapped up like a burrito music a variation of a taco not you ma’am how’d you think I’d like that better than cuz I’m really piggy would take taco shells and tortillas and we’re trying to ham one which I’m pretty excited about I’m so just looking at meeting a same wish hey guys so I haven’t checked in in like a day or so so I thought while I’m laying in bed I just fillion so being just went food shopping today and we got all like little carb stuff I have decided that I’m not full-blown keto I don’t know I said this before but I’m slowly getting there or I’m just gonna stick to low carb definitely no pasta and no regular bread we bought Smits bread that’s like net carbs of like six for one piece which try not to eat anything with over six carbs which I don’t know that’s crazy or not but so one slice is six I’m I have one slice for breakfast and I’m I’m actually okay on having bread it’s more like pasta I miss so but I’m getting through it we got pork rinds my videos gonna stop in a minute so I’m just gonna go stop it oh this is not a good angle whatever I got the correct butter I got a heavy cream for my coffee which is so crazy this diet you can have heavy cream and cheese but you have to give your body like fat to fuel I guess we got tons of me I got a ton of vegetables all of which were on the list one thing I do miss is fruit that’s why I’m saying I’m not full bloom you know because I love my fruit and I know it has like sugar and I’m not eating a lot of it but like if I want an apple or an orange or some grapes or strawberries I’m gonna eat them you know I bought natural peanut butter I’ve also acting stuff cooks a little car shoot me what else we got tons of stuff a ton so so definitely not gonna sit here and tell you guys that like oh my god I’ve been doing so good like I haven’t sticking to it and you know for every meal I’m having low carb it’s just be lying if I say you can have a little a little cheat you know we still had cookies my house his mom just gave us a box devil dog so it’s right now that I would cheat I gave him them a cravings which I’m here when it happened it’s my first week and also it’s in the house okay we got rid of everything though like Justin kind of helped me out and he ate most of it but he loses weight so fast to where I struggle so he ate it and or we threw some of it out and so now it’s like even if I cream it there’s nothing I can do about it because the only thing I grab on my cabinet is healthy stuff I made parmesan crisps I bought cheese sticks because she meant cheese I bought cheddar and I bought mozzarella and I was going to make Quito mozzarella sticks but friggin Walmart I did the Walmart pickup at because I didn’t have time to go and they said the only thing like substitute was a frozen veggie it was like peppers or something and everything else is fine I ordered freakin $8 Island flour and didn’t come in can you kill me $8.00 from flour I don’t know if I don’t think it charged me I’m a flower is expensive she was I found was like a one-pound bag for $7.00 I think I was like 7 98 and I shop right it was anywhere from 9 to 13 dollars no ma’am flowers like $1 say today Saturday and hey it was my cheat day I’m probably gonna do Cheeta once a week though I think once I get stricter it’ll be a lot easier but we were at family’s house today and they had pizza for dinner I had a salad for lunch so just had lettuce chicken some cheese and dressing so that was fine I have a breakfast George’s here I had a low carb bar and then I had cheese and mortar so that was fine but it also had a stop it’s coffee so I’m not gonna deny myself because that’s when I want to quit the most so I’m gonna treat myself and then the stricter I get the easier it’ll be to say no this is my first week and I lost five pounds probably held back today but if it’s possible people we can do this [Music]
