hello welcome to my channel my name is Christy today’s video is going to be a teen keto lunchbox video meaning everything that I’ve packed in my 17 year old daughter’s lunch for the week she started keto in January of 2019 and currently has been going for seven months and lost over 50 pounds so make sure you subscribe to my channel if you want to see more keto videos and follow me on instagram for sneak peeks for Carrigan this morning I went with a really quick simple lunch because I didn’t pack last night I throw it together this morning so over here we have some almond flavored cheesecakes with fresh raspberry I made these at yesterday for dessert she’s taking two one for her and one for her best friend who recently started keto with her so I thought I would send her a little treat in as well over here we just have to ham and cream cheese roll-ups she didn’t want anything else in those today I gave her a serving of it just almonds for some extra fat speaking of extra fat I threw in a chunk of keto brick this one is the mocha not her favorite but she said she likes it her favorite is the cinnamon I’ve mentioned that before and then over here she has half a bag of the quest chips I showed these all the time all over them off at Amazon she took half the spike in Briley took the other half so these are just the ranch flavored protein chips and the girls really seemed to like them I use them as a treat maybe once twice a week sometimes but this is what she’s taking it for today and I’ll see if maybe she wants me to throw a cheese stick in there too but I’m thinking since she has such a large desert and two fats here that she will probably be fine Kerrigan’s lunch for the day is really simple but I feel like I packed with some extra foods she is giving blood today so I wanted her to have it some extra things that I usually don’t pack like the berries and vitamin water in a nut butter so today she’s already ate breakfast this morning which is something she usually doesn’t do so it’s sort of like a snack lunch so we did like a lunchable in here we have pepperoni and I like a beef jerky stick and I just cut it up into little pieces I did it some mild cheddar cheese it cut up into pieces also this is pretty much a whole cucumber that I salted with the pink salt is pink Himalayan again five blackberries from our farmers market and those are organic she has a fat bomb in case she needs it for some extra fat this one is the mocha a serving of almonds I added in a blueberry muffin that I made yesterday these are absolutely delicious and a vitamin water and this one is then the lemonade pretty much since she’s given but I just figure she may need some extra electrolytes in the end just in case here is a performance nut butter these are just in the tikka packs these are really convenient this is the macadamia nut coconut and cashew these are absolutely delicious so this is what she’s gonna take and we’ll see how she does today and last minute I decided to add a few crackers to her lunch also I’m just worried with her given blood that she may need extra throughout the day you know overprotective mother these are up on my channel I’ve already released this video these are absolutely amazing and you see how beautiful they are but these are really good and we all love them so make sure you check out that recipe Carrigan’s lunch for the day consists of chicken salad this is just the canned chicken I know it’s not the best I add a spoonful of mayonnaise a couple of chopped up pickles and a little bit of pickle juice and then stir that up add a little bit of the pink salt she absolutely loves this and with that I added some of my homemade crackers kid-friendly of course this recipe should be up on my channel by now if you want to check it out then she’s got three blackberries that we picked up at the farmers market and you know eat the berries like Nicole and for just as eat the berries I gave her a chunk of key Tobruk it said that she could have an extra fat in her lunch and this one is the mocha so this little chunk right here will have about 11 grams of fat in the end up for dessert she’s gonna have a smart cake she’s not gonna have this entire smart cake I’m up to it I’m gonna open it up and go ahead and put one of the smart cakes in something for her to take to school and then we’ll just put the other one in the refrigerator here these have 38 calories apiece and zero net carbs I did do a review on these I should have up about how they affect blood sugar your keto friendly so if you wanna a second to talk about Carrigan’s lunch over here she has half a bag of the quest chips these are the tortilla style ranch flavored chips again this is just half a bag we buy these by the case set off of Amazon and since they’re so expensive I use them sparingly and like I said I just go ahead and divide them up amongst the girls so probably we’ll get half Carrigan gets the other half right here is her treat for the day so like her dessert and what that is is one of these rebel snacks like revolution snacks and these are keto friendly this one is the dark double dark chocolate BOTS and they have like this ganache filling these are 100% plant-based in this one you get 8 bites so right here is what this one looks like it’s got less than one gram of sugar one net carb per serving but a serving in one of these is two so she’s getting half that so 125 calories for 2/3 protein it’s got great macros on it wonderful ingredients they do have these in like 3 or 4 different flavors we love them it is an amazing company it was like a startup company I think it’s a husband and wife I’ll try to have them linked down below I don’t have a discount code or affiliate code or anything for you guys but we really like their products and I try to support companies that we love we’re here drop-dead delicious so anyways I’m a firm believer in them and make sure you check them out on Instagram too I know they have an Instagram account but again this is the one we’re taking they also have one that’s matcha flavored and Carrigan adores it ok enough about that over here we have this cute little napkin from Dollar Tree I try to always dress up their lunch boxes with napkins and these little picks that hold things together are also from Dollar Tree this is just right here this one is two slices of ham deli ham and on the inside is cream cheese lots of cream cheese because my kids love cream cheese and then I crumbled up some bacon in it that’s what Kerrigan said she wanted so that’s what’s going on here there’s two of those then I cut up half of a cucumber I sprinkled a pink Himalayan salt on that again I just picked these up at Dollar Tree also this one is the superfine and I am loving it it’s got this opening right here so that you can just stick something down in there pull a little bit out and sprinkle it on love in this one and then right here is some extra fat for the day and what it is is a keto brick and this one is the mocha cream you get a whole brick in one of these but I melt them down and make like little bite-size pieces well this is actually bigger than by size a little bit smaller than like a Ricci cup or something like that so that’s what’s going on here and that’s going to give her eleven extra grams of five for the day that’s her lunch it’s really easy okay this morning it for a Carrigan’s lunch I went ahead and packed some leftovers from last night she has two pork chops these were made in the airfryer that the super thin ones and what I do is I just put those in the airfryer for about 10 minutes at 350 and I’ll coat them with olive oil and then sprinkle whatever seasoning we want I think this one might be barbecue and this one is maybe the Trader Joe’s 21 seasonings salute I’ve done some with garlic and onion powder it’s always different so I make several batches of those that’s what’s going on here then I cut up half a cucumber and put some pink Himalayan salt on there give her a few blueberries over here you guys are getting used to seeing this because I’m trying to get at lunch her some thought every day so I gave her a chunk of keto brick this one is 11 grams of fat in this little piece and the one that she is taking today is the cinnamon crunch and it is her favorite and we’re out so I’ll need to order some more and then I put an extra fight in there for her today and this is the perfect keto nut butters these have macadamia cashew coconut butter in MCT oil see there kita friendly and this entire pack is a little over 1 ounce she’ll get 210 calories from this if she eats it and 20 grams of fats and only 2 net carbs so I’ll put that in there as an option for her in case she feels like she needs extra she doesn’t eat breakfast Carrigan’s not a breakfast eater she has been having a weight loss stall so I think if I up her fat a little bit or she ups her fight a little bit it’s gonna help out I forgot to mention that she’s also taking a dipping sauce for her pork chops and what she does is she makes like a copycat chick-fil-a it sauce and that’s what she just about dips everything in so that’ll be put in her
