whistle whistle what’s up dealer nice what’s up what’s up what’s up d learners what’s up D learners it’s a girl lady D I’m here today to tell you about my grocery haul for work snacks at Walmart so I get most of my snacks from one of two places it’s usually going to either be Walmart or Aldi so when I get my work snacks from Walmart I usually get things that I could keep at my desk that’s gonna keep me from eating other snacks like chips Doritos all those other types of things that are not considered keto friendly so I’m going to show you some of the things that I buy at Walmart I am NOT saying that these are the things you should buy but these are what I buy I try to get the most the cleanest stuff that I can get that’s packaged again fresh meat fresh fruit fresh vegetables fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh then second level is frozen then if you have two can but you know we as working moms out here in these streets have to do what we have to do to save money and be able to get the things that we need so that we can eat the way we’re supposed to them so I have all my stuff sitting next to me so I’m going to show it to you as I take it out the bag so I got these parmesan crisps I will eat these maybe with some meat they have no carbohydrates at all in them and also that and it depends on your refrigeration situation at work I’ll set my name on these and I will keep packages at work maybe one or two for the week I bought three this week but typically I only will keep one at work at a time and again you can show those in the microwave super says feed them up keep your favorite dressings and seasonings at work again you want to watch your Sugar’s and watch your carbs each of those bags probably have about one or two carbs in them and then when you calculate your net carbs so let’s just look at the back see this this whole thing so for four servings which is what this whole bag would be you’re getting two carbs for each serving so that’s eight minus the four diets of the dietary fiber which is one so one times four so eight minus four you’re getting about four net carbs in this whole bag and again it’s a full bag of vegetables and it’s probably gonna fill you up because I know if I eat that with some meat is gonna fill me up so I never tried this before it said it was new it has less than one that carbon less than one fiber and with these pouches you got to be careful because they like to put stuff like malla dextran and all of that stuff in there so you just always want to be careful when you’re getting packaged items like that so the reason I got this canned pink salmon is because when I looked at the one in the pouch it had more ingredients on it so this this one only has salmon and salt in it and that’s all I need is salmon and a little bit of sodium my sodium I’m not too worried about my sodium intake because I don’t eat carbohydrates which means well I do eat some carbohydrates but the carbohydrates I’m eating are are more pure forms of carbohydrates like vegetables so my body releases a lot of sodium so it does not affect my blood pressure and such to have that this is the first time I’m trying these sardines typically the name brand of sardines I buy is this season name brand but I’m gonna try this other one it says that they are scale-free sustainably caught in the North Pacific so mackerel sardines salmon all great things to keep at your desk I decided that I’m gonna try something new at my desk I can heat these up in the microwave or I can heat them up we have a little toaster oven at work so I just make sure that I have some aluminum foil and then I can heat this up if I wanted to and eat it hot or cold and this only has two carbs for the whole can no fiber it’s because it has some sugars in it that’s where the two carbons are coming from but it’s not high food to corn syrup so I mean sugar is naturally occurring in in earth so I’m okay that with the fact that it does have one two sugars and this one has one sugar in it I will go ahead and count this the day I have this I might get up to thirty net carbs that by the end of the day but usually I might at about twenty and I’m doing good I have not tried this yet but I keep seeing all these people that work that try aikido doing this doing these and it’s made with stevia so it seems pretty good three carbs and none of the carbs our fiber so I can’t subtract anything out of that so I like to eat those with some nuts and I’ll show you those in a minute I guess I did not do a excellent job packing but it’ll be alright I like these smoked kippers I mean oh all fish most of it and they can taste all the same to me but I’m trying to have some variety in my fish options and then again I’ve never tried this before but I looked at a couple different lemon pepper tunas and a lot of them had Mallard extra and dextrose in them which I really feel like I need that so you can put some bacon bits on some chicken and again I chose this great value chicken because when I look at the package compared to some of the other stuff it seemed like it had the least amount of jump all right I bought a lot of stuff today this is not how much I usually buy but I was completely out of snacks at work and I was so tempted to go into our snack area and eat some oatmeal pies so I need to have something available that I can’t eat so I just found this I don’t know how it tastes shed because I make my own bone broth but this is gonna be great in case of an emergency it has less than one carb nine grams of protein so I was really excited about that fine these olives I like olives and I will keep these at my desk and so you got the pimento olives and they have a zero carbs and then the these olives don’t have any carbs or any sugar in them and it doesn’t seem like they put a whole bunch of junk in it either and they’re non-gmo so they’re not genetically modified food so olives are a great source of fat I just found these I love pickles and I keep cans the pickles at my house and I just will go in the fridge rater and get some pickles and I usually put them in a container so that I can think I’m gonna work but now I can keep these at my desk so I’m so excited and all of the ingredients on here are pretty natural I try to look for things that have less than five ingredients if I can I mean it again it’s hard sometimes I got to spend a little bit more money than I wanted to like today I ended up spending more money but all of this stuff is gonna last me the whole month of September so I usually get my nuts from Aldi but because I’m only doing one haul this week I got nuts from from Walmart and these nuts are at four carbs too or fiber so that’s two net carb I went ahead and got some low-sodium sunflower seeds the reason I got low-sodium was because I am getting a lot of sodium from some of my other stuff that I’m eating these carbohydrates in here for a serving which is 1/4 of a cup is four to two fiber so it’s two net carbs if I ate this whole bag it would only be nine carbs – five fiber so that’s four cars for the whole bag that’s that bags gonna last me all month I like these they don’t have a whole lot of junk in them they have these and they have the Parmesan cheese flavor but because I’m trying those other Parmesan cheese next I went ahead and just got the regular cheddar cheese version of the whip and I can eat lips while other people are sitting around eating chips I’ll eat whisks and I will sometimes eat them with my with my meat whatever meat source I’m eating out of the can I like this lemon I mean lime juice I can’t even guess I’ll say this lime juice and I like this pure lemon juice so what I will do is just put about a tablespoon to two tablespoons in my water and just drink it like that both of them are zero carbs and they don’t have a whole lot of ingredients in them so that makes me pretty happy now this is the off keto thing that I do have and it is low sunny of the eight I do not like low sodium v8 it do not taste good to me so all I do is it’s one serving of vegetables it is four I mean six carbohydrates one fiber so that’s five net carbs so that’s high there’s a lot of net carbs but it is a whole serving of vegetables so I will just swallow it and I just swallow it and keep it moving it’s that’s what I do I get in on extra serving of vegetables and I’m good with that so today I found something new that I’ve never seen before you guys can let me know if you’ve tried it so we have got it’s we’re gonna say it’s called trim you know I don’t know but it’s got 28 calories seven grams of protein and no carbs no sugar it’s made with stevia leaf extract so I’m good with that again as long as it doesn’t have sucralose aspartame Mawlid extra dextran all of those words stevia is a natural monk fruit is natural and sugar is natural so I’m just trying to stay keep in my net carbs right around 30 to 20 and again the way I calculate net carbs is all I care about is how many carbs are in there total subtract my fiber state between 20 and 30 and that usually keeps me in ketosis and then one of those situations where I go up to low carb I might have between 50
