hello my beautiful you to family I hope your guys are doing great this is me again is about with more ideas of how to make the ketogenic lifestyle part of your life my goal is to help you make life easier and I want to show you some of the things I’ve done that have made my life so much easier and today I want to talk about snacks healthy snacks healthy on the go snacks and things are a low carb that you can some of them you can take them with you on the go so I’m going to talk to you guys about some of my favorite today okay I’m gonna start with one of the ones I love and I love them because they’re there they have a lot of fiber they they can be taken on the go and the first one is peanuts peanuts are not only really good they also have a lot of fat and they have a lot of fiber and my favorite way to eat them is by eating them with lemon and chili and in Mexico we eat this [Music] they’re called pork skins have you can see those are like little skins of the pork guys these ones are have zero carbs and they’re so delicious or my favorite way of preparing the peanuts mmm if I’m on the go I just eat them like this but if I’m home I usually get some pork skins and some peanuts and that’s some lemon and some chili and like a good Mexican a lot I like a lot of chili and I have them it’s a good snack just to you know satisfy you for a while and and in tip delicious so that’s my first knack on the go okay the second thing I always have with me are being a sausages why do I like being a sausages why because they’re extremely low carb they are extremely fatty you know and and they’re let’s face it Dirk they’re also like kind of cute I leave myself I love you know when I guess I have an emotional attachment because when I was a little kid I used to love playing with the Vienna sausages and I thought I always thought they were so cute so that’s a great option okay third option it never fails pork rinds hey this one’s did–what that’s right and these ones are like the real skin of the port so that’s the difference you see how this let’s look fry and these ones look mmm fresh okay so pretty much the same thing but prepared different so pork rinds why I love them I love them because there’s different flavors you can use them in so many ways you can take them on the go they don’t go really bad the only thing is you have to make sure they’re always hello shut down because they do become stale oh and another thing I found out and loved them never leave a pork rind because you have a lot of ads in your house that happened to my husband last week and he was so disappointed because he wanted to eat his pork rinds and they were all full of that so I learned from him so I keep them shut down very well hey another great option is coconut dry coconut I find these ones and you should have Marshalls Ross t.j.maxx this is right coconut is very low carb 65 pieces only has two net carbs and not only that but coconut is very very fatty and as we know those of us in the ketogenic diet love fatty we love fatty foods so these are really good and you can take it on the go so that’s why I love so now I’m gonna talk to you about those of us that like have a sweet tutu I also thought about you guys one of my favorite options oh sorry I moved the camera our sugar-free jell-o there’s all kinds of flavors it has zero carbs it’s delicious I always have jello on my fridge when I feel like eating with something you know leading a little something and I usually put a little bit of whip cream on the top I love it so sugar free yellow great second two options I cannot forget about chocolate okay these are the two two options I have for you when it comes to chocolate the first one is a hundred percent cocoa solids and the name of the brand is Montezuma this one is a little bit more better but it’s pretty good space believe you combine it with some nut butter mmm delicious and the second one is dark chocolate simple light dark chocolate there’s one for every four squares it’s two net carbs so I like both of them guys and I’ve actually measure my blood you eating this two chocolate and I’ve never seen my buzz spike up with this chocolate so but obviously you have to measure your own blood and see if you your your blood gets spiked and and and if it does that’s gonna be your choice to make if you want to eat it or not and last but not least this was I don’t have that often but they are so good I probably have one of them once a month and this once I buy at Costco I like them because they have like a little like cookie with caramel and they are very good um and this one literally only has three grams of sugar and also there’s for net carbs for one of these four or six let me do the math because I’m horrible at math yep they yep according to this is for net carbs that’s the another of the option so pretty much IV I wanna show you some of the things I incorporate in my life lifestyle how using the ketogenic low-carb diet changed my life and how I make it doable I’m definitely that a perfect person I’ve learned as I go but thanks to this way of living not only did I reverse my type-2 diabetes but I also lost 60 pounds
