hello and welcome back to my channel my name is Tamsin Baker and I help women and moms to lose weight utilizing a ketogenic diet I do a new cute friendly recipe video here on this channel every Thursday followed by more of an in-depth keto chat every Sunday and Laura what I eat in a day mommy vlog every Tuesday so be sure to subscribe for more on all things keto today I’m talking about my top three favorite keto snacks and they’re a little bit different because I know just the regular like meat and cheese or nuts or veggies can get a little boring so I’ve got three kilo friendly snacks with three ingredients or less because keto snacks can get kind of crazy in the Department of all the fancy ingredients that you need so while these snacks are totally keto they’re also totally easy they won’t take her hour to put together but will still meet your kid tank diet needs you can also bulk these snacks to make them more of a meal or add them as a side to a meal all-around just a few nice simple recipes to have in your arsenal so without further ado let’s get started for our first snack you will need mixed nuts or some nuts of your choice I am especially partial to some pecans for this recipe unsweetened toasted coconut to add some texture flavor and fat and a few berries of your choice for some sweetness today I’m using strawberries and blueberries get yourself a cute little glass ramekin add in a small handful of your nuts maybe breaking up a few of the bigger ones add in your berries and top with your roasted coconut you can enjoy it just like this like a little keto trail mix or add a splash of almond milk I know it’s cheating because that makes it four ingredients but I really love this as like a little keto cereal you can add in flax seed or hemp parts or really anything that your heart desires for a cute little keto cup that also satisfies the sweet tooth our second recipe you have likely seen if you’ve been hanging out on the Pinterest Aikido boards and that is cucumber with whipped cream cheese and Trader Joe’s coveted everything but the bagel seasoning cut up your cucumber into little coins and then protip Pat them dry on the side they’re gonna be smearing then begin the schmear and a little goes a long way here I also highly recommend using whipped cream cheese even though you can use regular because the texture is better for something like this and you’re going to save on some calories top each of those they’re everything but the bagel seasoning and enjoy last but not least is a simple keto pesto turkey wrap using mozzarella cheese Turkey and pesto spread you will need the stove for this one so heat a pan to between medium and medium-high heat and then sprinkle with a small handful of your mozzarella once that gets nice and melty add a few pieces of your turkey on top with your pesto spread if you don’t have pesto on hand that’s totally not necessary for this recipe you can switch it up with some avocado and mustard or even just plain but the pesto just happens to be my favorite go-to right now once those edges start to get a little bit browned artfully fold your melted cheese creating a beautiful carb-free wrap I must say that I’ve really become versed in the art of hot cheese folding and there you have it three beautiful delicious and simple mini keto meal ideas that are sure to get you out of your snacking rut I am gonna go eat all three of these for lunch now that is going to be everything you need for three different keto snacks to help you switch things up a little bit leave a comment down below and tell me what your favorite go-to keto snack is because I’m always looking for more ideas let me know if you found this video helpful if you give any of these recipes a try give the video a like because it really helps to support my channel don’t forget to check that notification bell and giving you a lot of things to do don’t forget to subscribe thank you so much for watching and I will see you all on Sunday for our keto chat video should I tell you what it is should I spoke deets this Sunday we’re gonna be talking about clean first dirty keto the differences between the two which one I think is better for weight loss all of those juicy tidbits to come on Sunday so be sure to stick around for that thank you so much and I will see you all in the next video [Music]
